Her husband, James Sr., died in 1991; a son, James J. Jr., died in 1981. Survivors: Two daughters, Nancy Lyon of Memphis and Marguerite Loperfido of Jamesville; two sons, Daniel of North Syracuse and Michael of Syracuse; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. He was a member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church in Syracuse, American Legion Post 1832 in Mattydale and Salina Senior Citizens in Liverpool. He was a life member of Pastime Athletic Club. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II.Survivors: His wife of 20 years, Shirley M.; a daughter, Shirley Marsh of Syracuse; two brothers, Charles of Camillus and Arthur of Syracuse; four grandchildren.
