Christine N. "Tene" Morey Flower, 78, of Hastings, died Friday. Born in West Monroe, she lived 55 years in Hastings. She retired in 1984 after 27 years as a technician at General Electric Co. She was a member of West Monroe United Methodist Church and Hastings Senior Citizens. Leona "Donnie" Nichols Gray, 81, of Minoa, died Saturday at Iroquois Nursing Home. Born in Collamer, she graduated from Minoa High School. She worked 19 years at New York Telephone Co. She was a member of Minoa First United Methodist Church and past president of the United Methodist Women. She also was a member of the Women's International Bowling Congress and the Minoa Golden Age Club. Her first husband, Thomas Nichols, died in 1965; her second husband, Charles Gray, died in 1995; a daughter, Rosanne Nichols, died in 1956.Survivors: Five daughters, Donna Nichols and Diane Roder, both of East Syracuse, Peggy Nichols and Nancy Palmer, both of Minoa, and Tina Haines, of Kirkville; a son, Frank Nichols, of Manlius; four sisters, Winifred Mengel, of Oswego, Beatrice Reith, of Watertown, Jean Fallon, of Waddington, and Bethyl Turverey, of Florence; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. Ross Dougall Booth Jacobs, 77, of 13715 state Route 3, Henderson Harbor, died Friday. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, he lived 30 years in Syracuse before moving to Henderson Harbor in 1988. He received a doctorate in biochemistry from McGill University. He retired in 1988 after 30 years as an associate professor in biochemistry at Upstate Medical University. He was a Canadian air force veteran.Survivors: His wife of 49 years, the former Adele Peron; three daughters, Jacqueline Jacobs, of Carlisle, Mass., Caroline Liquori, of Chittenango, and Andree Jacobs-Perkins, of Rochester; a son, Ross C., of Syracuse; nine grandchildren. Dorothy Palmer McVinnie, of Manlius, died Friday at Francis House. Born in Rochester, she graduated from Syracuse University. She retired in 1977 after 30 years as a federal employee with the Social Security office in Syracuse. She was former president of the Corinthian Club, where she also was secretary of its Foundation. She was a member of the boards of the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra and Syracuse Stage. She was a volunteer in the pediatric unit at Crouse Hospital.Survivors: Her husband, J. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Baldwinsville, Baldwinsville-Liverpool Chapter 219 Order of the Eastern Star, the Female Charitable Society in Baldwinsville and the Retired Public Employees Association. She was an Army Nursing Corps veteran of World War II. Her first husband, W. Kenneth Dolan, died in 1960; her second husband, James F.
