Thomas E. Delaney Sr., 58, of Penfield died Wednesday. Born in Watertown, he graduated from Watertown High School and lived in the Liverpool area before moving away in 1989. He was a regional manager for B.J.'s Wholesale Club for nine years. He was head coach of Liverpool's 1978 New York state Little League champion and was past commissioner of the Liverpool Babe Ruth League.Survivors: Two daughters, Christine Perault and Robin MacBlane, both of Natick, Mass.; three sons, Thomas Jr. of Fairport, Kevin of Cicero and Michael of Webster; five sisters, Mary Timlick of Iroquois, Ontario, Canada, Carol Cring, Sally Ulmen and Jane Broedel, all of Ocala, Fla., and Janet Anderson of Batavia; a brother, Richard of Oswego; eight grandchildren. He was an Army veteran of World War II and served in France.
