She was a clerk at Unity Insurance for nine years and had also been a bookkeeper at W.O. Zischang Co., a family business. She was a member of Holy Trinity Seniors, Our Lady of Pompei Seniors and the Home Bureau. Survivors: A daughter, Julianne Michaels of Baldwinsville; a sister, Rita Capozzi of Syracuse. Margaret Usborne, 103, of Meadowview Apartments, Central Square, died Monday. Born in England, she lived in California several years and lived in Pierrepont Manor and Pulaski before moving to Central Square in 1981. She was a caregiver for many years and had been a caregiver for actor and comedian Joe E. Brown in California. She attended Brewerton Assembly of God Church. Survivors: Several nieces and nephews and her caregivers, Sandra Smalley and Joan Gillette, both of Central Square. Memorial services: Will be announced. Burial, Constantia Rural Cemetery. Elsie McFall Robinson Weaver, 96, of Williamsburg, Mich., died Oct. 21 of congestive heart failure. Born in Auburn, she lived in Jordan, Cato and Cape Vincent before moving away in 1996. She was a homemaker and was of the Methodist faith. A son, Richard G. Robinson, died previously. Survivors: Her husband of 20 years, Peter J.; two daughters, Barbara J. Lawrence of Williamsburg and Karen G. Davidson of Traverse City, Mich.; three sons, Frederick E. Robinson of Liverpool, Peter Weaver of LeRoy and Richard Weaver of Franklin, N.C.; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren. Marcelle S. Knapp Allen, 85, of Northwoods Health and Rehabilitation Center, Cortland, died Wednesday. Born in Syracuse, she graduated from Syracuse Normal School. She lived in North Syracuse from 1949 to 1989 and had also lived in Cicero. She was a schoolteacher in Baldwinsville. She was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church in North Syracuse, a member of the Women's Bowling Association of Syracuse and an honorary member of the Syracuse Bowlers Hall of Fame. She was secretary for the Junior Bowling Association of Central New York.Survivors: Three daughters, Bonnie McDevitt of Pompey, Linda Blackburn of Brewerton and Debra Evans of Manlius; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Ray M. Bump, 73, of 5345 Valley Mills Road, Munnsville, died Wednesday. Born in Oneida, he graduated from Oneida High School and attended Morrisville Agricultural & Technical College. He retired in 1999 as owner and operator of a dairy farm on Bishop Road in Munnsville after 49 years. He was a member of the town of Stockbridge Board of Assessors and was chairman for several years. He was a board member of Agway and its petroleum division. He was a member of Stockbridge Ruritan Club and Vernon Masonic Lodge.Survivors: His wife of 51 years, the former Barbara Elphick; a daughter, Sandra Hollingsworth of Clockville; two sons, Bruce and William, both of Munnsville; a sister, Jeanette Watson of Blossvale; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Born in Seneca Falls, he lived in Jamesville for several years before moving to Central Square about 26 years ago. He was an inspector for Rollway Bearing in Liverpool for more than 40 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.Survivors: His wife, the former Lillian Dixon; four daughters, Kathleen Schad and Christine Flaherty, both of Central Square, Carol Zacharski of Manlius and Patricia Vogt of Victor; a son, Joseph W. He retired in 1998 as captain of the Syracuse Fire Department after 26 years and had been a merchandise and display person at Dunk & Bright Furniture Co. for 36 years. He was fire commissioner for Otisco and Amber Volunteer Fire Departments and was a member of the Retired Fire Fighters Association. He retired in 1983 as a teacher at Frederick Leighton School and Kingsford Park School in Oswego and had also taught at Northside School in Levittown. He was a bailiff with Oswego City Court. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and received the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star. He had also served with the New York National Guard.Survivors: His wife, the former Helen Mullen; a daughter, Maureen E. Geist of New Jersey; two grandchildren. James D. O'Neill, 79, of Manlius died Monday. Born in Mottville, he graduated from Skaneateles High School and Syracuse University. He retired in 1986 from Allied Chemical in Solvay and Morristown, N.J., after 33 years. He also worked for the Catholic Diocese of Syracuse. He was a member of the Cavalry Club and a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II. A son, Thomas, died in 1991.Survivors: His wife of 51 years, the former Theresa Frank; three daughters, Marilyn Kerwin and Patricia Connell, both of Syracuse, and Elise O'Neill of Orlando, Fla.; two sons, Robert of New Jersey and James F. of Manlius; a brother, S.
