BROWN Wilma Burns Brown, age 86, Tuesday, March 20, 2001 at St. Ann's Hospital. Daughter of Robert Burns and Elizabeth Hargett. Survived by relatives, including Roger Brown. BUNDY Earl L. Bundy, 82, formerly of Columbus, Oh., passed away on Monday, March 19, 2001 at the Park Place Rehabilitation Center in Chanute, Kan. Born November 3, 1918, the son of Charles H. Bundy and Freida Miller Bundy in Savonburg, Kan. He graduated from Chanute High School in 1936. Earl was a 1938 graduate of the Chanute Junior College and graduated from Arkansas State College in 1940 with a degree in Engineering. In 1946 he attended Graduate School at Kansas State University. On January 13, 1942 Earl enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corp. He served during WW II as a Master Sargent in Italy in the 15th Air Force. After his tour of duty, he was employed in the Oil Well Division of U.S. Steel. He retired in 1981 after 31 years as area manager of the Oil Well Division for areas east of the Mississippi. Mr. Bundy was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church, a former member of the Bethel United Methodist Church in Columbus, Oh., was a very active member of NEMAP! Food Pantry in Columbus, Oh., a life member of the V.F.W. Post 1654, the American Legion Post 170, Elks Lodge, Cedar Lodge 103 and Scottish Rite Masonic Lodge of Fort Scott. Earl also was a former president of the Rotary Club in Olney, Ill. In 1947 he was united in marriage to Martha L. King in Olney, Ill. and she preceded him in death in 1992 after 46 years of marriage. In 1996 he was married to Virginia McLaren and she survives of the home. Also surviving are his 2 sons, Robert of Johnsburg, Ill. and Thomas of Edwardsville, Ill.; 1 daughter, Jane of Columbus, Oh.; 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters; aunt, Golda Bush of Chanute, Kan.; 2 step-sons, Richard and David McLaren; 2 step-granddaughters; 2 step-grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Wayne. Family will receive friends from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2001 and from 12noon-1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2001 at the GIBSON-KOCH-FRISKEL CHAPEL, Chanute, Kan. Graveside funeral service will be he! ld on Friday March 23 at the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Sumner, Ill. COLSTON Barbara N. Colston, passed away on March 10, 2001. A retiree from Central Ohio Psychiatric Hospital. She is preceded in death by parents Edward J. and Dorothy L. Colston. Survived by daughter, Kimberly (Troy) Woodruff of Tallahassee, Fla.; brothers, Edward (Wilda) Colston, Columbus, Oh., Phillip Colston, San Francisco, Calif.; grandchildren, Lamar Colston-Rice Sr., Jonathan Rice, Jason Rice, Jennifer Rice, Lindsay Rice, Trayvon Woodruff and Toyia Woodruff, all of Tallahassee, Fla.; great-grandchild, Lamar Colston-Rice Jr.; nephew, Christopher (Carmen) Colston; many relatives and friends. Memorial Celebration to be held Wednesday, March 21, 2001, 7 p.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 453 N. 20th St. Fr. Thomas Petry officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until time of service.

COON Eric Alan Coon, age 32, long time resident of Delray Beach, Fla., died on Saturday, March 17, 2001. He was born on June 23, 1968 in Columbus, Oh. to Alan Royce and Marla Kaye (Durbin) Coon. He came to the Delray Beach area in 1975 with his family from Columbus, Oh. Eric was of the Lutheran faith and was an employee of J & J Produce, Inc. of Lake Worth, Fla. Eric was predeceased by his father Alan Royce Coon on March 28, 1972. Survivors include his loving and devoted mother, Marla Kaye Coon of Delray Beach, Fla.; his brother, Chad Coon of Allison Park, Pa.; his aunt, Monta Troutman of Oxford, N.C.; his uncle, Bill Coon of Delaware, Oh. Also surviving are several cousins, including Scott, Skip, Lori and Michael; and a host of many friends. Eric will be greatly missed by his entire family and all that knew him. A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2001 at the SCOBEE-IRELAND-POTTER FUNERAL HOME, 300 Northeast Fifth Ave., Delray Beach, Fla., ! 561-276-7474, with Dr. Ron Dingle officiating. Interment will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 12noon until the time of service.

CULP Rita D. Culp, 84, died Monday, March 19, 2001 at Manorcare Heath Services. A longtime member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Mary (David) Pittman, Tony (Debbie) Culp and Dan (Jayne) Culp; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Culp-Campbell; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Carl (Mary) Butler; sister, Bertha Culp. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul R. Culp, sons Paul D. and Jerry Culp, grandson Jason Culp. DANIELS Frank A. Daniels, Sr., dearly beloved by family and friends, passed away March 20, 2001 at Kobacker House. Born April 30, 1944 in Whitehouse, KY. Member of Alkire Road Church of Christ. FIESSINGER John W. Fiessinger, age 74, of Reynoldsburg, passed away Monday, March 19, 2001 at his home. He was currently employed by The Ohio State University, retird from GE and was a WW II U.S. Navy Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents John and Virgil Fiessinger. He is survived by his wife, Elsie; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Cletus Gasson, Ariz.; step-children, Donald (Karen), Robert (Sue), John (Joyce), Doug (Beverly), Luanne and Joe (Paula) Seymour; father-in-law, Gordon Medlock, Canal Winchester; sister-in-law, Marjorie Roller, Canal Winchester; brother-in-law, Conrad Criss, Wellsburg, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews. FLAHERTY James Robert "Bob" Flaherty, age 79, of Columbus, died Sunday, March 18, 2001 at the Villas at St. Therese, surrounded by his family. He was a retired Senior Engineer with Bell Labs (AT&T), an active member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, a Past Grand Knight and 4th degree member Knights of Columbus Council #5253, a U.S. Navy WW II veteran and a member of the Bexley Conservation Club. Bob is survived by his children, Kathleen B. Murray of Flemington, N.J., James Robert (Janet) Flaherty Jr. of Columbus, Kristine Flaherty of Columbus, Jerry P. (Becky L.) Flaherty of Pickerington; grandchildren, Colin Murray, Anne Murray, Jessica Flaherty, Patrick Flaherty, James Flaherty, Nick Flaherty and Zoe Flaherty; brother, Rev. Charles B. FORSHEY Velma E. Forshey, age 86, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2001 at Lutheran Village. She was born, raised and educated in Marietta, Oh. Retired from Ohio Bell. Longtime member of the United Methodist Church. She attended Morgan Memorial United Methodist Church and also Bexley United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband Harold H. Forshey. Survived by brother-in-law, Ralph R. Forshey of Marietta, Oh.; several nieces and nephews in Southeastern Ohio. Friends may call at WOODYARD EAST CHAPEL, 2300 E. Preceded in death by sons Neal Emerson and Milo James Graham. Survived by husband of 50 years, Fred Graham; son, Timothy N. (Cynthia) Graham of San Diego, CA, and his son, Timothy J. HANNAH Justine Hannah, 64, of Columbus, died March 20, 2001 in First Community Village of Columbus. She was born July 18, 1936 in Beauty, Ky., the daughter of William and Roxie (Blackburn) Maynard. Preceded in death by parents, granddaughter Krystal, grandson Dylan, 3 brothers Jessie, Virgil and Jasper and 2 sisters Lassie and Oretha. HATFIELD Jayne M. Hatfield, 70, a homemaker and music teacher, died on March 16, 2001 at Wuesthoff Hospital. She was a member of Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, Cocoa. Mrs. Hatfield was born in Columbus, Oh. (Bexley) and more recently lived in the Allentown, Pa. area before moving to Rockledge in 1996. Mrs. Hatfield attended The Ohio State University studying music and journalism. She taught piano and enjoyed developing younger peoples appreciation of music. She will always be remembered for her kindness and concern for others. Mrs. Hatfield was active in Churches and various civic organizations where ever she lived. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Cocoa Beach Power Squadron, USPS. Mrs. Hatfield is survived by her husband, Larry Hatfield of Rockledge; 2 sons, Craig and Scott Hatfield, both of the Allentown, Pa. area; sister, Virginia Miller of Bexley, Oh.; granddaughter, Danielle; grandson, Ryan. HEISE Helen Oakley Heise, 92, died Tuesday in the Columbus Health Care Center. Survived by sons, John Heise of Columbus, William (Becky) Heise of Grove City and Paul (Twila) Heise of Dayton; daughters, Geraldine "Gerry" (Richard) McDonald of Lancaster and Beverly Gay Heise of Columbus; grandchildren, Steve McDonald of Columbus, Linda McDonald of Lancaster, Michael Heise of Dayton, Jason Heise of the USAF and Dan Heise of Columbus; sister-in-law, Marie Clifton of London; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Heise, daughter Lulu Dale Heise, son Douglas Heise, grandson Tony Heise and brother Edgar Clifton. HERDERICK Annamary Herderick, age 95, died Tuesday, March 20, 2001 at the Inn at Chestnut Hill. Formerly of Bruck St. A member of St. Leo's Parish, past president of the Sodality. Also past active member of the Summit Station Senior Citizens Dance Group. Long time member of the Columbus Maennerchor, Swiss Club and the Germania Club. Preceded in death by husband Leo. Survived by daughters, Rita (Richard P.) McCann of Gahanna, Mitzi (Bert) Derouaux of Spring Lake, MI; grandchildren, Mark Derouaux, Ann Welch, Brian, Richard, Terry and Leo McCann, Kathy Tuthill and Colleen Buzza; 13 great-grandchildren.
