Attended Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church. Graduated 1943 from Portsmouth High School. Received B.A. from The Ohio State University in 1949. Army ROTC, Distinguished military Graduate. Preceded in death by brother Paul E. Reeg. Survived by wife of 50 years, Joanne E. Reeg; daughters, Lt. Col. Nancy J. Reeg Gordon, Emily S. (Gary) Lantz; grandchildren, Mark C. Lantz, 2nd Lt. Steven R. Lantz, Andrew D. Lantz. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 East Johnstown Road, (on Rt. 62, * mile east of Hamilton Rd.) Gahanna, where Funeral Service will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2001. Pastor Steve Resch officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. ROBBINS Rev. Carl Bethel Robbins, age 81, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2001. Former pastor of the Church of Jesus Christ. Survived by wife, Mary Evelyn; brother, Bufford Robbins; sisters, Zelma Lee Ely and Jeweline Witt; nieces and nephews including a special niece, Kay (Cliff) Mollett and their children. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the O.R WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., where the Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. Rev. Michael Mollett will officiate. Interment Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.

SILAS Norma Ruth (Blackford) Silas, of Columbus, died Saturday, March 24, 2001 at her residence. Arrangements to be completed by SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL (861-6268).

SKAGGS Billy Ray Skaggs, 38, of Columbus a former West Portsmouth resident, died Friday, March 23, 2001 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. He was born July 29, 1962 in Portsmouth to Billy Gene and Juanita Johnson Skaggs of West Portsmouth. He was a former employee of Southern Ohio Correctional Facility and was currently a contract plumber for Guaranteed Plumbing in Columbus. He was also an Air Force Veteran. He is also survived by his wife, Cindy Mitchell Skaggs of Columbus; a daughter Lesia Skaggs of Portsmouth; a stepson, Bobby Lemon of Columbus; 1 brother, Preston Eugene Skaggs of Sciotoville; 3 sisters, Susan Elizabeth Toller of Rarden, Yvonne Renee Kinney of West Portsmouth and Margaret Louise Ginn of Blue Creek. Also surviving is a grandmother Belle Durham of West Portsmouth. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2001 at the ROGER W. DAVIS FUNERAL HOME in West Portsmouth with Reverend Roy Fannin officiating. Interment will be at Scioto Burial Park with military Gravesite Rites by James Dickey Post American Legion. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-9 p.m. on Monday and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

SNASHALL Miriam J. Snashall, age 75, of Grove City, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2001 at her residence. Arrangements being completed with MILLER FUNERAL HOME, Grove City.

STAUFFER Earl Richard Stauffer died March 24, 2001 at The Forum at Knightsbridge at the age of 89. Born June 11, 1911 in Orrville, Ohio. Graduated from Orrville High School. Attended Fenn College in Cleveland and was a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Commerce. Retired after 42 years as accountant with the Columbus Coated Fabrics Division of Borden Chemical Company. He was part-time accountant and secretary of the Keen-air Corporation for several years. He was an adherent of Calvary Bible Church and former member of Boulevard Presbyterian Church, where he was a deacon and elder, and of Overbrook Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Edith (Flory) Stauffer, and two brothers Harvey and Cloyd Stauffer. Survived by Evelyn, his wife of 61 years; two daughters, Sharon (Lamonte) Retz and Marcia (Joseph) Harvey of Columbus; granddaughter, Jennifer (Marc) Battistone of Pittsburgh; grandson, Geoffrey (Susan) Retz of Columbus; great-granddaughter, Emily Battistone. Service will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2001 11 a.m. at the WEIR-AREND FUNERAL HOME, 4221 N. High St. (3 blocks S. of Henderson Rd.) where friends may call 1 hour prior to service. Entombment Union Cemetery Mausoleum. Pastor Peter Foxx officiating. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute to Hospice at Riverside/Grant or Calvary Bible Church in his memory.

SULLIVAN Margaret "Peggy" (Donovan) Sullivan, of Pickerington, passed away peacefully at home in the company of her family March 24, 2001. Born April 29, 1942 in New Bedford, Mass. to the late Nora Agnes and Stephen Patrick Donovan. She earned her nursing degree from St. Ann's Hospital School of Nursing, Fall River, Mass. in 1963. She married Timothy B. Sullivan on November 12, 1966 at Holy Name Church. She has four children, Kerri-Anne Sullivan, Austin, Tx., Daniel Patrick Sullivan, Cincinnati, Michael Brendan Sullivan, Sheila Sullivan, both of Pickerington. Also survived by daughter-in-law, Cindy R. Sullivan; brother Stephen P. (Nancy) Donovan, Jr.; sister, Noreen (Vito) Nuzzi; sister-in-law, Maureen (Erwin) Bacon; brothers-in-law the Rev. Daniel Sullivan and the Rev. Jack Sullivan; nieces and nephews Stephen Patrick (Sunny) Donovan, III, Sean Donovan, Brendan Donovan, Kathryn Donovan, Andrea Nuzzi, Barbara Nuzzi, and Paul Nuzzi. Peggy was a passionate gardener and was a member of Chevington Woods Garden Club for 26 years. She was a loving wife and mother and supported her children in all their endeavors. She was a caring neighbor and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Friends may visit 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Road N. (St. Rt. #256), Pickerington. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 600 Hill Road North, Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.

WHITMAN Marguerite A. (Hill) Whitman, 93, of Grove City, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2001 at Columbus West Park Nursing Home. Marguerite was a member of the Grove City United Methodist Church, Evans Senior Center, was a past member of the Eastern Star and was formerly employed by Kenstar Pharmacy. She was born in Grove City on February 12, 1908, the daughter of the late John W. and Rhetta (Birkhead) Hill. Marguerite is also preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by 9 nieces and nephews, several grand-nieces and nephews and cousins. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where the Funeral Service will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2001. Interment to follow at Grove City Cemetery.

ADELSBERGER Maureen "Mo" Adelsberger, 54, of Plain City, died Monday in Madison County Hospital. She had been employed as the office manager for the Save-A-Lot Foods Warehouse in Columbus. Survived by husband, Joe Adelsberger, whom she married on October 11, 1969; son, Scott Adelsberger of Plain City; daughter, Sheri (Keith) Kelley of Cleveland; brothers and sisters, Harold (Betty) Sebastian of London, Faye (Lamar) Steen of South Charleston, Elmer (Marietta) Sebastian Jr., Gloria (Raymond) Rodgers, Nancy Haney, all of Springfield, twin sister, Irene Sebastian of Greeley, Colo., Vivian of Calif. and Mike Sebastian of South Charleston; several nieces and nephews; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ralph and Marie Adelsberger of London. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the EBERLE FUNERAL HOME, London with Rev. Carolyn Peacock officiating. Interment Plumwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.

ANGIULO (LEISTNER) Donna Leistner Angiulo, age 42, of Upper Arlington, Went to be one of God's angels on Monday, March 26, 2001 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was an artist who specialized in sculpting clay and glass works. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Jim Angiulo; parents, Martha and Jim Sheets of Upper Arlington; sister, Nancy Leistner of Hilliard; several aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends. A 1976 graduate of Upper Arlington High School, she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor Degree in Music Education in 1980 and attended O.S.U. School of Business. As an artist, she studied extensively at Museum of Fine Arts School and Mass. College of Art in Boston, MA. and the National Academy of Art in New York City. Donna was former president and member of Westwood Acres Community Organization and an avid quilter, reader and gardener. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Thursday at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2001. The Rev. Vicky Smith officiating. BELL Ralph H. Bell, 83, of 360 Prairie Ave., Apt. 107, Wilmington, Oh., formerly of Columbus, died 10:20 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2001 at Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2001 at REYNOLDS-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 327 N. South St., Wilmington, Oh. with Dr. G. David Hawley officiating. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2001 at Mt. Perry Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 p.m. on Thursday. BLIEK Edwin J. Bliek, age 81, of South Sodus, N.Y., died on March 25, 2001 at the Myers Campus of Wayne Via Health in Sodus, N.Y. Mr. Bliek is survived by his wife of 60 years, Julia; sons, John (Audrey) of South Sodus and James of Columbus, Oh.; daughter, Kathy (Bill) McCann of South Sodus; 3 grandsons, John (Julie) Bliek, Jason Bliek (Angela Ellsworth) and Justin Hollis; 4 great-grandchildren. Friends may call Wednesday evening 7-9 p.m. at the NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 West Main St., Sodus, N.Y., where funeral service will be held Thursday March 29 at 2 p.m. Expressions of sympathy as flowers or contributions to the Alton, New York, United Methodist Church are welcome.

BRINKLEY Baby Hanesa Brinkley, age 9 months, was taken back home by the Angels Monday March 26, 2001 at Children's Hospital. Survived by parents, Tiffany Brinkley and Zakaria Mahad; great-grandparents, Cordella Brinkley and Paula Lewis; grandmother, Yvonne Brinkley; grandfather, Paul Lewis; aunts, Tressa Brinkley, Adele Brinkley, Vanya Lewis, Trinia Lewis; and other relatives. Homegoing celebration 11 a.m. Thursday, March 29, 2001, J.W. ROSS FUNERAL HOME, 1173 E. Hudson St. Rev. Robert Taylor officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service.

BROOKS Pauline Brooks, age 86, of Columbus, died Sunday, March 25, 2001 at Doctors Hospital West. Preceded in death by husband William Brooks. Survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. There will be no service or visitation. Arrangements by RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME, 2383 North High St., Columbus.

CHURCH Margaret Lewis Church, age 79, died March 25, 2001 at Fairhaven Community Nursing Home, Upper Sandusky, Oh., following a long courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Mrs. Church formerly lived in Cleveland and Euclid. The family moved to Worthington in 1964. She was preceded in death by parnets Ray and Margaret Lewis of Cleveland, Oh., brothers Jack and Raymond of Chicago, Ill. and James of Euclid, Oh. She is survived by husband, Ralph Church of Delaware, Oh.; daughters, Mardy Dane (Michael) of Kirtland, Oh., Holly Wendell (Jerry) of Westerville, Oh., Lynn Church-Akin (Jack) of Columbus, Oh.; son, Ralph Donald Church (Danila) of Padua, Italy. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. In 1943, Mrs. Church graduated from Kent State University. She was a loving wife for 57 years and a very caring mother. She worked for 28 years at Lazarus Northland and was a charter member of the Worthington American Cancer Society Thrift Shop. She was a member of the Westerville Community United Church of Christ, 770 County Line Rd., Westerville, Oh., where a memorial service will be held on Friday March 30 at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be at Homeland Cemetery, Rootstown, Oh. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio, 3380 Tremont Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43221. OHIO CREMTION & MEMORIAL SOCIETY/RODMAN FUNERAL SERVICE.
