MILLER James W. Miller, age 77, of Columbus, passed away Friday March 30, 2001 at the residence. He was born June 9, 1923 in W.Va. Retired from General Motors as a Mill Right. A Veteran of the U.S. Army of WW II. Preceded in death by mother, father and brother. Survived by wife, Martha Miller; sons, James Jr. and Cindy of Ga., Gary and Nuunua of Fla., Ron and Debbie of Ga., Kenny of Hilliard; daughters, Share and Dan of Reno, Nev., Shiela and George of Ga.; 2 step-children, Gail and David, both of Columbus; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 3 step-grandchildren; sisters, Verna Richmond, Lottie and Preston Jennings; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. PACK Lloyd Pack, 81, of Pataskala, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 29, 2001. Member of Heritage Free Will Baptist Church since 1954 and was a Deacon. Veteran of WW II with the Coast Guard. Lloyd retired from North American and also drove for COTA until 1983. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Helen Pack; 2 sons, Robert L. (Loretta) Pack of Canal Winchester and Edward A. (Marie) Pack of Moore, Okla.; 1 sister, Jewell Sparks of Tucson, Ariz.; grandchildren, Teresa (Matthew) Edic of Columbus, Robert Timothy Pack of Canal Winchester, Kristina (Philip) Hicks and Aaron Pack, both of Norman, Okla. and Amy Pack of Moore, Okla.; great-grandchildren, Timara Pack and William Edic. Preceded in death by his parents Lee and Ethel Pack and 1 brother. PARSLEY Joann Parsley, 63, of Columbus, beloved mother and grandmother, died Tuesday, March 27, 2001. Retired after 30 years of service as a retail manager at Schottenstein's North. Survived by her children, Laura Fann, David (Deborah) Parsley, John Parsley, Brenda (Richard) Pletcher and Alice Dallara; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. RATERMAN Martha Feth Raterman, 87, died at her home in Signal Mountain, Tenn. on Thursday, March 29, 2001. She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Francis E. Raterman, they were married in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1943 where he was with Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard as Superintendent of Labor Relations. They spent the next 35 years in Government Service. They retired to Signal Mountain in 1974 and attended St. Augustine Catholic Church. She is survived by 1 daughter, Mrs. Donald (Victoria) Raterman Swisher of Signal Mountain; 2 sons, Bernard J. of Fredericksburg, Va. and Francis E. Jr. of New Orleans, La.; sister, Sr. Anne Feth of Mount Notre Dame, Oh.; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday April 2, 2001 from 6-8 p.m. at the SALM-McGILL AND TANGEMAN FUNERAL HOME, Sidney, Oh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday April 3, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney, Oh. with Rev. Patrick Sloneker. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney. RINEHART Kenneth A. Rinehart, age 82, of Grove City, passed away Thursday March 28, 2001 at Monterey Care Center. He was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Washington Grange, Roundtown Roamers Camping Club and was a WW II Veteran. Preceded in death by parents Florence and Harley Rinehart, first wife Lillie, brothers Harold (Goldie), Forrest (Marvene), Glenn (Marjorie), Raymond (Maxine) and Lloyd Rinehart. Survived by wife, Ethyl M.; daughters, Carol (Jim) Rich, Judy (Erle) Taylor, Myra (Bob) Magalich and Melissa (Paul) Schemrich; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruth (Edwin) Swayer and Mary (Roy) Bethel; sister-in-law, Virginia Rinehart; many nieces and nephews. RIZEK Mitchell "The Camel Rider" Rizek, age 62, died Thursday, March 29, 2001 at Riverside Hospital. Member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 189. Member St. Elizabeth Parish. Preceded in death by parents John and Sadie Rizek, brother Namie Rizek, father-in-law Osher Fraley, brothers-in-law Ralph Rigano, Jack Sauer, Don Bowman. Survived by devoted wife, Judy; daughters and sons-in-law, Michele (Dan) McCallister, Maria (Steve) Huck; grandchildren, Mikey and Justin McCallister, Kayleigh and Madison Huck; sisters, Rose (Lou) Fancelli, Vicki (Dave) Merz, Gennie Bowman; mother-in-law, Florence Fraley, Jackson, Oh.; sisters-in-law, Marsha Rigano, Jean (Paul) Hackler, Jackson, Oh., Mary (John) Albert, Jackson, Oh., Jean Rizek; many nieces and nephews. SCHNEIDER Edgar P. Schneider, age 80, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2001 at the Doctors West Hospital. Born October 28, 1920, he is the son of the late Walter and Lillie Schneider. Mr. Schneider was a WW II Army veteran, a member of the Masonic Temple 689 of Grove City. Edgar was also preceded in death by wife Betty J. Schneider, brother Pete, sister Ella May and step-son Mark West. Surviving are his wife, Marjory; children, Karl (Diana) Schneider, Kathryn Renick and Neil (Denise) Schneider; step-children, Joel, Rodger and Pam West; grandchildren, Karen, Kristy, Joshua, Philip, Melissa, Chad and Dustin; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. Funeral service 1 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2001 at the SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, with Rev. Ty Myers, officiating. Interment at Grove City Cemetery. SHERBURN Neil R. Sherburn, 69, of Newark, Oh., March 30, 2001. Born May 7, 1931. SIMPSON Mildred "Mae" (Mills) Simpson, age 85, went home to be with Jesus, March 30, 2001. She was a member of Brown Rd. Community Church. Survived by sister-in-law, Jean Mills; many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and loved ones. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., where the funeral service will be Monday at 11 a.m. Rev. Thomas Barkerk officiating. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.

TUDAS John H. Tudas, age 79, of Pickerington, died Thursday, March 29, 2001 at his residence. Retired locomotive engineer for the Pennsylvania Rail Road. Veteran WW II U.S. Army, serving during the Normandy D-Day Offensive. Member of Moose Lodge #652, American Legion Post 0011, Lancaster, Lafayette Lodge #652 F&AM and the Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus. Preceded in death by brother Lewis Tudas. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carmela; children, Carolyn (Steve) Garner and Jeff (MaryBeth) Tudas; beloved grandchildren, Patrick and Christopher Garner, Jessica, Blair, Ryan and Sean Tudas; sisters, Alice Svihla, Marietta Kirchner, Helen Rambo; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Francis and Dolores Alessi; 10 nephews; 4 nieces; and other relatives and friends. WAMSLEY James R. Wamsley, 75, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2001 at his home. He was born November 10, 1925 in Henderson, W.Va., the son of the late William W. and Mollie (Smith) Wamsley. James was a WW II Navy veteran and was retired from Rite Rug with 30 years of service. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather and took great pride in his family. Preceded in death by first wife Evelyn, daughter Nancy Gothard, granddaughter Evelyn Rigsby, great-grandson Jason Aliff, step-son Brian S. Shoaf, brothers Charles, Cecil, Lloyd and Marvin Wamsley and sister Esther Reynolds. James is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis; sons, James Wamsley, Jr. (and friend, Jerry Kidwell) and Craig A. (Stefanie) Wamsley; daughters, Linda (Leroy) Conant, Pamela (Brian) Aliff and Diane (Brett) Holbrook; grandchildren, Leroy (Tracey) Conant, Jr., Judy (Danny) Conant Bovie, Dennis (Rhonda) Haines, Donald (Teresa) Haines, David Haines, Brian (Sharleen) Aliff Jr., Bradley Aliff, Nathan Holbrook, Ashley Wamsley and Craig "C.J."
