BUNNER Danby M. Bunner, 68, of Columbus, formerly of Shawnee, passed away in Columbus. Son of the late Alvinza and Viola "Wolf" Bunner. He was a branch sales manager for Lance Inc. A Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of New Lexington Eagles Aerie #2070. He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Jackie Summers of Hemlock, Donna and Floyd Hinkle of Moxahala, Sherri and Randy Hummel of Wellston, Paula and Todd Altier of Corning; aunts, June and Gertrude Bunner of Columbus; 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother A.E. "Duke" Bunner. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Thursday, February 15 at the J.E. HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME, 118 West Walnut St., Shawnee, and after 12 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2001, where funeral service will be held 3 p.m. with Rev. Sanford Short officiating. Interment Shawnee Cemetery.

BUXTON Elmer J. Buxton, age 78, of Galena, Sunday, February 11, 2001 at home. Veteran of WW II. Member of Spring Road Church of Christ. Preceded in death by daughter Linda Pruett, brothers and sisters Leroy Buxton, Catherine Kemp, Dorothy Thomas, Billy Buxton and Fred Buxton. Survived by loving wife, Hazel; children, Jacquelyn Michael, Lorraine (John) Paver, Vaughn (Jim) Hall, William (Beth) Buxton, Constance Mondt and Rosemary (Tom) Svec; 28 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Ed Buxton; sister, Phyllis (Jim) Ream. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Service will be held at the Spring Road Church of Christ, 74 S. CHANDLER Dave Allen Chandler, age 62, passed February 9, 2001 at OSU Hospital North. Past employee of the Columbus Public Schools. Established urban day care centers, worked with clergy to aid Columbus homeless families and community shelters for 25 years. Member of Omega Phi Psi, Old Timers Sports League, Fly Town Reunion Committee. Past member of Bethany Baptist Church. A member of Bethel A.M.E. Church. Graduate of Central High School, Class of 1956. All City and All State Football, All U.S. Army Football, All NAIA Central State University. Graduate of Central State, Class of 1966 with a degree in Elementary Education. Graduate of The Ohio State University, Master of Arts program and Adult Education, Ph.D Candidate. Lifetime Alumni Association member at O.S.U. Preceded in death by parents Davella Allen and Catherine Rogers Chandler and brother Vincent Chandler. Survived by son, Chaka (Juliet) Chandler; brothers, Wallace and Bobby (Marscha) Chandler; sisters, Vivian Chandler and Marguerite Hearns; brother-in-law, Leroy Bennett; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including special friends, Dr. Jay Cummings, Dr. Greg Thomas, Jack Green, Jeffrey Scott, Art Broadnax, Raymond Stokes and Stanley Craig. Friends may call Friday, February 16, 2001 at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 2021 Cleveland Ave. after 6 p.m. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Homegoing service at Bethel A.M.E. COURY John J. Coury passed away February 11, 2001. Survived by loving wife Chizuko. Family Bonnie Gene, Michael, Dennis, Genevieve, Lillian, Gabriel, Sara, Payton and Jonny. CROOK J.C. Crook, age 82, died February 12, 2001 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He retired from Conrail. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents John R. and Ora D. Crook; sister Bertha Martin; great-granddaughters Maniesha and Maria Jones. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Jettie; children, Jessie (Paul) Love, Patrick Crook, and Mary Walker; grandchildren, Bryan (Sephanie) Jones, Randy Jones, Brian Walker (Sandra), John, Stacie, and Carey Walker, Patrick Jr. (Yvette) Crook, Marlon (Tenesia) Crook; special granddaughter, Nicole Bonner; daughter-in-law, Saundra Crook; also 17 great-grandchildren. Mr Crook was an avidfisherman and had the opportunity to fulfill his dreams by going deep sea fishing. There will be no calling hours. Private graveside service February 15, 2001 at Eastlawn Cemetery, Rev. Richard Dunbar officiating.

DULL Robert L. Dull, 80, of Van Wert, died February 13, 2001 at his residence. He is survived by his widow, Louise; step-son, Donald (Camile Knight) Wallick of Columbus; 3 children, plus 2 other step-sons. Service will be held Friday 10:30 a.m. at COWAN & SON FUNERAL HOME, Van Wert. Calling hours Thursday 2-9 p.m.

DUNHAM Barbara Fay Dunham, age 53, of Columbus, Oh., passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2001 at Mt. Carmel East. She is survived by her husband, Aaron Dunham; children, Lisa McFarland of Groveport, Michele (Tony) Bruns of Wapakoneta, Dana (Jerry, Jr.) Flood of Groveport and Monica (Ken) McFarlane of North Huntington, Pa.; grandchildren, Danielle and Christeen McFarland, Michael and Chase Flood, Victoria and Justin McFarlane; mother, Lelia Perry of Groveport; father, Warren D. Perry of Fla.; brother, Don (Lynn) Perry of Westpoint, Va.; niece, Amy (Michael) Saunders of Richmond, Va.; nephew, Jason Perry of Westpoint, Va. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 16 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday. Rev. G.A. GILL Frank Gill, age 92, Tuesday, at the residence. Member of St. James the Less Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Lions Club and International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Lodge #1707. Retired employee of Conrail after 42 years of service. Survived by wife, Margaret Gill; children, Mary Margaret Murnane of Columbus, Frances (C. Thomas) Rodenfels of Fla., Frank (Pam) Gill of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret (Al) Greshel of Fla.; many nieces and nephews. GOLDEN Sam Golden, of Columbus. Survived by his sisters, Ada Roth, Sarah Edith Golden and Rose Wigman. Graveside service will be held Thursday 1:30 p.m. at the New Agudas Achim Cemetery, corner of Performance Parkway and Alum Creek Dr. with Rabbi Cary Kozberg officiating. GOLDSTEIN Jack M. Goldstein, Sr., age 68, passed away suddenly Monday, February 12, 2001. He was a Westerville resident for 34 years where he worked as a Nationwide agent for 27 years. He was a graduate of Groveport High School and The Ohio State University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Business, and was a U.S. Army officer. He is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Cora (Billups) Goldstein, wife Betty Mae and brother Dr. Harry Goldstein. He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda; son, Jack M. Goldstein, Jr.; daughters, Connie (Kevin) Corodimas, Dee (Greg) Ennen, Lorna (Marty) Williams and Cheryl Goldstein; grandchildren, Jacqueline Angel Corodimas, Jeremy, Amanda and Amber Ennen, Holly and Joseph Williams; brother, Dr. Fred "Skip" Goldstein; step-children, Rhonda Luker, Brad (Carrie) Annis, Jeff (Sheri) Annis, Michelle (Brian) Keltner; step-grandchildren, Kara, Ashley, Leigha, Ayrn, Jordan, Lehne, Randi, Korey, Celina, Austin, Bradley and Jacob; step-great-grandchilden, Eric and Dylan; numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends. His family will receive friends Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg. GRAHAM Harold Cromwell Graham, 77, died 2/10/01, Fairmont, W.Va., formerly of Columbus after a 4 year battle with cancer. Retired after 35 years, Buckeye Steel Casting. WW II Navy Veteran. Preceded in death by friend George, daughter Cindy, grandchildren Ray and Barbara. Survived by loving wife of 19 years, Virginia; sons, David of Fairmont, Robert (Tracey), William, Michael, Steven of Columbus, Joseph of New Orleans; daughters, Margaret (Gary) Smallwood, Deloris (Michael) Hatfield of Columbus; step-children, Donald (Michelle) Bock of Columbus, William (Viola) Bock and Norma Bock of Fairmont; sister, Margaret Metz of Va.; 24 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. GRAY Calvin F. Gray, age 44, went to be with the Lord February 9, 2001, OSU Hospital. He was a member of Christ Memorial Baptist Church, where he served as a Trustee, Vice President of Adult Usher Board and Audio Technician. He was employed at the Dana Corp. He is survived by soul mate, Janice Gray; daughters, Catrina (Walter) Bell and Casaundra Gray; step-son, Dante Wallace; parents, Walter and Lerdell Gray; half-sister, Carolyn (Richard) Subart; special brother, William "Leon" Packer; nephew, Alexander Subart; other relatives and many special friends. Funeral service 8 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2001, Christ Memorial Baptist Church, 3330 E. Livingston Ave. Rev. Shedrick L. Fowler officiating. Entombment Friday 10 a.m., Union Cemetery. HAMMOND Mamie Joe Alexander Jenkins Hammond, age 85, February 12, 2001 at OSU East. Retired self-employed beautician of 55 years. Lifetime member of Second Baptist Church. Graduate of East High School, Class of 1932. Attended Spellman University. Preceded in death by husband Arthur Hammond, son Leroy Osborne and parents Arthur and Sallie Jenkins. Survived by loving and devoted daughter, Patricia A. Adams; grandsons, Philip C. (Suzanne) Polk, Brian L. and William H. Adams III; granddaughters, Sandra and Patricia Osborne, Cynthia (Clifford) Morgan; 8 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends, including special friends, Joan Roberson, Sophia Chatman, Georgia Smith, Edna Griffin, Zack Ruhl, Don Lindstrom, Florence Bannerman and Robert Bannerman. Preceded in death by parents Mack and Estella Miller Blair, husband Cleophus Hansford, son Cleophus Hansford, Jr. Survived by sons, Eugene (Jacqueline) Hansford, Walter (Orlean) Hansford; daughter, Doris Byrd; 8 grandchildren; many great- and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Pernilla Mae Mites; dear nieces, Margaret Berry Lanier and Wanda Payne; dear friend, Frank Stewart; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. HICKMAN Charles Hickman, 74, of Grove City, passed away at Mt. Carmel Medical Center, February 12, 2001. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired CPA and a Veteran of WW II. Preceded in death by parents Charles and Gladys Hickman. Survived by wife of 50 years, Dorothy; children, Charles III (Rosi), Linda (Chris) Putkovich, Mark (Patricia), Amy (Dennis) McClure; grandson, Charles IV. Visitation Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 1 hour prior to service at MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City. Funeral will be Thursday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. HINES Charlotte Hines, 86, February 9, 2001, Grant Hospital. Preceded in death by husband Allan Hines and son Jessie Hines. Graveside service to be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Green Lawn Cemetery. Deacon Tom Johnston officiating. Arrangements completed by JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME.

HODGE Keith Richard Hodge, of Pickerington, Oh., died on February 13, 2001 in Riverside's Kobacker Hospice. He was born September 17, 1945 in Terre Haute, Ind. He was preceded in death by his mother Ada McGurk Hodge. Keith is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia; his son, Charles; father, Edward B. Hodge; sister, Susan Hodge of Terre Haute, Ind.; brother, Charles (Mary) Hodge of Plymouth, Mich.; and their two children, Daniel and Alan Hodge; 15 brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and their 17 children. He was a 1963 graduate of Wiley High School in Terre Haute, Ind., received a B.A. from Dartmouth College in mathematics, a M.S. in mathematics from Miami University (Fla.) and a M.S. in computer science from U Mass Boston. Keith taught mathematics for several years at Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He co-owned Huckleberry's Homemade Ice Cream Shop with his wife in Provincetown, Mass. for 5 years. For the past 13 years he worked at Lucent Technologies as a software developer. He was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church in Pickerington. He enjoyed running and playing tennis. A memorial service will be held for Keith on Thursday February 22, 10 a.m. at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 268 Hill Rd. North, Pickerington, OH. 43147 with Pastor Dave Shugert officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, 2021 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Suite 125, Columbus, Oh. 43229 or Riverside Hospice, 3595 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43214 in Keith's memory. Arrangements by DWAYNE R.
