Predeceased by sisters Maxine Rinehart and Z. Alice Hollinger. Survived by sister. Bernice V. Stein, Columbus, Oh.; niece, Margaret Ware, Eastlake, Oh.; nephews, John Mitchell and Dewey Mitchell, Columbus, Oh. Also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews. HOPKINS Margaret D. Hopkins, 84, of Delaware, died Monday, February 12, 2001 in Worthington. She was born February 19, 1916 in Mich. to Harold Dickerson and Genivive (Roblee) Dickerson. Mrs. Hopkins was a longtime Delaware resident. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, a graduate of The Ohio State University and a member of Alpha Chi Omega. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Brenda Hopkins of Delaware; 3 daughters and 1 son-in-law, Marjorie Hay of Worthington, Mary Lou and Donald Shannon of Delaware and Nancy Hopkins of Delaware; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, George C. Hopper of Cincinnati. She was preceded in death by her husband George H. Hopkins, 1981. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 3-4 p.m. at BENNETT BROWN RODMAN FUNERAL HOME, Delaware, where a memorial service will be Wednesday at 4 p.m. with Rev. Paul Randall officiating. Private family burial will be at a later date. Contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43215. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Lyndon Johnson and Gary Johnson; sister, Karen Johnson; other relatives and many friends. Member and Lay Leader, Bellpoint United Methodist Church. Veteran U.S. Navy. JORDEN Norma J. Jorden, age 72, of Columbus, February 11, 2001 at her home. Member of Madison Christian Church. Formerly a member of Benfield Christian Church for many years where she was the organist. Member of O.E.S. Beacon Chapter No.593. Retired secretary from Ironsides. Preceded in death by parents Herman and Mildred Casto. Survived by husband of 52 years, James W. Jorden; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Jack Hook of Grove City, Sandra and James Jones of London, Oh., and Kathy and Paul Fletcher of Summerville, Sc.; grandchildren, Michael, Jeffrey, Matthew, Ashley, Kristin and Benjamin; sister, Bette (Bill) Rutherford of Reynoldsburg; brother, John Casto of Columbus; many nieces and nephews. LATTA (FLOWERS) Elizabeth Fay Latta-Flowers, born in Columbus, Oh. May 18, 1950, passed January 27, 2001 in Los Angeles, Calif. Graduate of Grandview Heights High School, 1968. Graduate of OSU School of Social Work, 1975. Preceded in death by father James Flowers. Survived by son, Michael of Los Angeles; mother of Mary Frances Flowers; sisters, Sheri Flowers, Deborah Cool-Flowers and Mary Helen Flowers, all of Albuquerque, N.M.; sister, Becky (Jim) Raby of Powell, Oh.; nephews and niece, Joshua and Jordan Allen-Flowers and Mark, Eric and Jessica Raby; very special friend, Ben.

LEINHEUSER Ralph J. Leinheuser went to be with Our Lord on his birthday, February 11, 2001. He was 77 years old. He was a 1942 graduate of Rosary High School. He attended Franklin University for 3 years. From 1942 to 1946 he served in the U.S. Navy with Duty on the U.S.S. Omaha Cruiser during WW II. He was the Superintendent of Albers, a division of Colonial Stores Inc. After Colonial Stores moved their warehouse to Atlanta, he worked for Merchandise Warehouse and finished up his working career at Hewlett Packard when he then retired. He was a 45 year member of St. James the Less Catholic Church. Ralph directed the church choir at St. James (replacing Fr. Kalaf) for 3 years. He was actively involved with the Variety Show as their pianist. He volunteered at the St. James the Less Food Pantry and the Director of Christopher House ministry for over 10 years, sending prayers all over the world. He also had membership with AMVETS Post 89. He was a songwriter, pianist and a lover of Big Band music especially Count Basie. He was strong in his Roman Catholic faith. He was a dedicated father and grandfather, friend and neighbor. He is survived by son, James C. Leinheuser; daughter, Elissa A. "Libbi" (Farris) Wilhite; granddaughters, Andrea Fox of Auburn, Calif. and Amanda Fox of Ukiah, Calif. Surviving sisters, Genevieve (Paul) Nordman, Dorothy Weber; sister-in-law, Marge Leinheuser. He is preceded in death by parents Prof. I.A. and Genevieve Leinheuser, sister Rita Leinheuser, brother Vincent Leinheuser, nephew and God son Terry Leinheuser, brother-in-law John Weber. LEWIS Caleb A. Lewis, age 77, February 11, 2001 at the residence. Retired employee of 31 years The Timken Co. Employee of Merck-Medco RX Services. Member of Trinity Baptist Church where he served as an associate minister and also as a member of the Prison Ministry. Preceded in death by wife Elizabeth Lewis, parents Washington and Kate Lewis, 9 brothers and sisters and grandson Paul Lamont Lewis. Survived by sons, Caleb Alexander, Jr. (Victoria), Paul R. and David S. (Christine) Lewis; daughters, Mattie Y. and Lisa Lewis; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Thelma Lewis and Pearl Lindsey; mother-in-law, Mattie Coggins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Friends may call Thursday February 15, 2001 at Trinity Baptist Church, 461 St. Clair Ave. after 10 a.m., where family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12noon. LEWIS Terry A. Lewis, 49, of Columbus, died after a long Courageous battle with AIDS. He leaves his loving family, close friends and best friend, his dog Buck. The family in its grief would like to thank the staff at OSU Hospital and the James Cancer Hospital, especially Dr. Michael Para and Dr. Manisha Shah for their care. LUTZ A Memorial Service for Garson A. Lutz, age 87, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2001 at Overbrook Presbyterian Church, 4131 North High St., Columbus with the Rev. William Leety officiating. A reception will follow in the church parlor. Dr. Lutz died January 21, 2001 and was a former research chemist at Battelle Memorial Institute.

MANN Mr. Arthur Michael "Buck" Mann, Jr., 26, of Sebring, died Saturday, February 10, 2001 in Ormond Beach, Fla. A native of Columbus, Oh., he came to Sebring in 1984 from Big Pine Key, Fla. He was a self employed painter. He is survived by his parents, Arthur "Mike" and Derinda J. Mann, Sebring; grandparents, A.C. and Marjorie Mann, Columbus, Oh., Virginia Henderson, Columbus, Oh., Yvonne Bean, Johnstown, Oh. and was preceded in death by his grandfather Raymond W. Bean, a former resident of Sebring; sisters, Katrina Starcher and her husband, Shawn, Maitland, Shawndell Rasch and her husband, Major Robret, Ft. Levenworth, Kan., Shelly, Mindy Nutter, Chrissy Senneken, Columbus, Oh.; nieces, Brittany Nicole Hardy, Maitland, Darby June Rasch, Ft. MARTIN Frank E. Martin, age 84, of Columbus, formerly of Greensville, Ky., passed away Friday, February 10, 2001 at Doctors West Hospital. Veteran of U.S. Navy, WW II and retired construction worker for Elford Construction Co. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Ellen; son, Frank Jr. and wife, Ada; daughter, Donna Marie; son, Darryl and wife, Debra; son, Marcus; daughter, Heather; grandchildren, Frank III, Armani, Alexis and Brandon. There will never be another like you. MERWINE James Wellington "Jim" Merwine, age 73, of Garland, Tex., formerly of Reynoldsburg, February 8, 2001 in Tex. Veteran WW II. Retired Battalion Sergeant Major after 19 years, Army Ohio National Guard. Former serviceman, Sun TV. Charter member Reynoldsburg VFW Post #9473 and member of American Legion and the First United Methodist Church of Rowlett, Tex. Survived by wife, Marsha J. (Titko) Merwine; daughter, Michele Susanne (David) Young, Garland, Tex.; son, Paul James (Susan) Merwine, Omaha, Neb.; grandchildren, Trey and Lauren Young, Naomi and Danielle Merwine. MEYER Florence Ruth Meyer, age 85, of Plain City, died Monday, February 12, 2001 at Doctors Hospital West. Born September 21, 1915 in Lilly Chapel, Oh. Formerly a teacher and retired Engineer for Aero Projects of West Chester, Pa. Member of the Plain City United Methodist Church and Soroptimist Club of West Chester, Pa. Preceded in death by parents Robert S. and Elizabeth (Gunter) Meyer, brothers Raymond A. Meyer, Robert V. Meyer and Willard J. Meyer and nephew Stephen Meyer. Survived by sister, Marcella R. Meyer of Plain City; nephew, Robert V. Meyer of Galena; niece, Beverly Meyer of New Fairfield, Conn.; 2 grandnephews; 2 grandnieces. The body has been cremated and no visitation or service. MINTON Helen V. Minton, age 91, of McArthur, died Monday, February 12, 2001 at Adena Regional Medical Center. Born November 12, 1909 in Jackson Twp., Vinton County, daughter of the late Elmer W. and Mary Miller Allen. Homemaker. Member Antioch Christian Union Church. 1928 graduate of Richland Rural High School and was the last of her class. Member Sereno Chapter #128 O.E.S. in McArthur. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Forrest Brown of Londonderry; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Exie D. Minton of Lexington, Ky.; sister, Ivy Henderson of Ray; grandchildren, J. Rick (Barbara) Jones of Frankfort, Ky., Debra Barnett (Wynn) Walker of Winchester, Ky.; great-grandchildren, Todd Allen Barnett and Meredith Jones. She married Willis "Bill" Minton on July 5, 1932 and he passed away September 27, 1993. Also, preceded in death by daughter Sharon Minton, brothers Ivan, Clarence, Arthur and Marvin Allen and sister Mildred Phillips. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at GARRETT FUNERAL HOME, McArthur, with Revs. Gary Sollars and Danny Minton officiating. Burial will be in Locust Grove Cemetery. MOORE Diane L. Moore, age 69 of Grandview, Ohio, Sunday February 11, 2001 suddenly at her residence. Preceded in death by father S. George Smith and mother Donna Harmon Sharkey. Survived by son, Jeff (Beverly) Rannebarger of Gahanna; daughter, Beth Rannebarger of Columbus; sisters, Georgi (Giles) Turk of Eagle, Colorado, Michelle (Edward) Matto of Upper Arlington; grandsons, Don Shultz and Dan Rannebarger; several nieces, nephews and close friends.
