MULLINS Marilyn L. Mullins, age 54, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2001 at home. Preceded in death by parents Mabel and Henry Buhrts Sr., brothers Robert, Henry Jr. and Charlie Buhrts, sister Betty Darrow. Survived by husband, Eugene; sons, James Isaacs and Dean Mullins; daughters, Rebecca (James) Alvarez, Loretta, Carol, Denisa and Wilma Chaffin, Teresa (Claude) Prince, Virginia "Skip" (Brian) Peterson; sisters, Virginia (George) Carter, Mary Ann (James) Duty, Margaret (Kenny) Cordell, Jeannie (Harold) Tyler; grandchildren, April, Sara, Henry, Brandon, Joseph, Justin, Elijah, Nicholas, Christopher and one on the way; many nieces and nephews. MYERS Norma Jean Myers, age 87, died February 19, 2001 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles. She is survived by sister, Hazel Harden; brother, Bill James; brother-in-law, Jack Littleton. Friends may call at the SCHOEDINGER CLEVELAND AVE. McCLANAHAN Dr. Bert McClanahan, age 87, Monday, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Attended Hiram College and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Class of 1948, having received the Callahan Award for being first in his class. Member of Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity. He practiced dentistry for 48* years in Clintonville. Dr. McClanahan was a member of the Columbus Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association and was Past President of Central Ohio Academy of Dental Practice Administration. He was also a member of The Ohio State University Presidents Club, Ohio State University College of Dentistry Alumni Association and Civitan of North Columbus. He is preceded in death by his first wife Anne, grandson Scott M. Gillespie and sister Besse M. Sproull. He is survived by his wife, Sue; daughter, Dr. Carol Gillespie; grandson, Michael Gillespie; brother, James (Beulah) McClanahan; sister-in-law, Janet (David) Martin; father-in-law, David Herbert, both of Dresden, Oh.; brother-in-law, Frank Preidis of Columbus; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 4476 N. High St. (2 blocks north of Henderson Rd.), 268-8811. PAUL (PINCHAK) Deborah Jane Paul (also known as Pinchak), age 44, died February 17, 2001 at home in the arms of her loving husband after a 4* year battle with breast cancer. Debbie was born October 5, 1956 in Los Angeles County, Calif. She is preceded in death by her parents Margie Lois Daniel and Ralph Paul. Debbie is survived by her son, Nicolo Paul Pinchak; husband, Dr. G. James Pinchak; sister, Shirley Ruff; brother, Jerry Paul of Columbia, S.C.; brother, Fred Paul of Marietta, Ga.; sister, Brenda Paul of Burlington, N.C.; and several nieces and in-laws. Debbie is instrumental in the development and use of occupational and educational information to help youth and adults across the nation make wise career and college decisions. Most recently she served as Director of Education for Business Professional of America (BPA). Previous employers include COIN Educational Products, The State of Illinois, Georgia State University, MacMurray College and Tusculum College. She was a graduate of North Georgia College and completed graduate work at the University of Illinois. A Memorial Service will be held 4:30 p.m. Saturday, February 24, 2001 at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, 93 W. Weisheimer Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43214, 614-267-4946. Rev. Dr. Mark Belletini and Rev. Wendy Fish officiating. All friends are welcome. Flowers should be sent directly to the church. PEACOCK Eleanor Elizabeth Peacock, age 90, of West Jefferson, Oh. and a former resident of Melanie Manor in Grove City. Member of Grove City Christian Church. Former longtime member of Chicago Avenue Christian Church, where she was a deaconess for many years, past member of Partea Club, past president of PTA. Graduate of Central High School in 1928. Preceded in death by husband James Lomax Peacock and parents George and Bertha Schorr. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Patricia Peacock of Chillicothe; granddaughters, Diana Stires, Carol and Jim Stokes, both of Grove City and Jill Kritz of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Ashley and David Stires, Jessica and Kelly Stokes, and Justus Kritz; nephew, Ralph James Peacock, Grove City; very dear friend, Dorothy Hanby, Newark. Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City. Funeral Friday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Ed Hughes officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.

PINKERMAN Charlotte E. Pinkerman, age 74, of Columbus, died Tuesday, February 20, 2001 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired as Secretary/Treasurer of Hub Federal after many years. Daughter of the late E. A. & Margaret Hesson Pinkerman. She is survived by her sisters, Mildred Rhoades, Irma Dowling, Norma O. Bowen and Betty Szaks; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Member of the Christian Church. She attended The Ohio State University. Other than her family and work, she loved golf, tennis, and horseback riding. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2001 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, OH. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service. Burial Union Cemetery.

POOLE Patricia "Patty" D. Poole, age 66, went to be with the Lord Monday February 19, 2001. Member of Parsons Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents William (Luella) Gwilym, brother Leroy Gwilym. Survived by husband, Berley; sons, Chuck (Kathy) Schirtzinger and Randy (Tammy) Schirtzinger; daughter, Denise (Doug) Belcher; 19 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn (Don) Wasem and Diana (Mike) Abdon; brother, Donald (Paulette) Gwilym; sister-in-law, Bobbi Gwilym; numerous nieces and nephews. REES Ronald P. Rees, age 66, of Gahanna, died Saturday, February 17, 2001 at OSU Hospital East. Retired Data Supervisor with Ameritech after 32 years of service. Member of Stonybrook United Methodist Church. Also member of Pioneers of America, Linden Lodge #637 F&AM, Aladdin Temple Shrine and Scottish Rite. Preceded in death by parents Paul L. and Elsie V. Rees, son Michael Rees, sister Ivadell Rees, brother-in-law Ronald Hardin. Survived by wife of 48 years, Colleen; son, Craig (Julie) Rees of Reynoldsburg; grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew and Marc; brother, Harold (Doreen) Rees; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike and Sally Hardin of Blacklick, Gary and Gretchen Hardin of Gahanna; sister-in-law, Sally Hardin of Logan; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. ROBERTSON A private service will be held at a later date for Mary W. "Patsy" Robertson, 74, of Granville. Mrs. Robertson, a former journalist for Fairchild Publications in New York City and The Columbus Dispatch, died February 20, 2001 at her residence. She was born February 13, 1927 in Columbus to the late Langdon T. and Mildred (Bonney) Williams. Mrs. Robertson was a 1944 graduate of the Columbus School for Girls and a 1947 graduate of Vassar College. She and her late husband, Robert L. Robertson, served 2 years with the Peace Corps in Turkey. Mrs. Robertson served on the board of directors of the Welsh Hills Symphony and was a member of the Granville Garden Club. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Phelps L. and Karen Jones of Granville; 2 step-sons, John R. Robertson of Albuquerque, N.M. and Patrick F. Robertson of Anacortes, Wash.; brother, L. Thomas Williams of New Albany; 2 grandsons, Andrew and Scott Jones of Granville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Robertson, who died November 12, 1995. Memorial contributions may be made to the Homeward Bound Humane Society, 548 Dog Leg Rd., Newark, Oh. 43055 or to Hospice of Central Ohio, 1435-B W. Main St., Newark, Oh. 43055-9810. SCHULZ Frederick M. "Fritz" Schulz, of Grove City, died Monday February 19, 2001 at home one month before his 89th birthday. He retired from Green Lawn Cemetery in 1981 as Yard Superintendent after 52 years of faithful service. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, an avid Euchre player, loved flowers and the outdoors, and loved being with his family and friends, and was loved by all. He was preceded in death by wife Amy Jean in 1991 and a grandson Larry Adams. He is survived by children, Bobby (Charlene) Schulz, Vicki West, Holly Baker, Susie (Lou) Morrell, Billie Jo (Peter) Romans, Ellie (Kevin) Hunter, Anna May (Richard) Adams, Mary Lou Miller and Freddie (Darlene) Schulz; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter; and a sister, Anna Schulz. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway Grove City. Funeral Service will be Wednesday 1 p.m. at the Chapel at the Green Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum with Rev. Curtis Sheets officiating. Interment to follow in Green Lawn.

SIMMS Elmer E. "Gene" Simms, age 76, Monday, February 19, 2001 at home. Veteran of WW II, U.S. Army. Member of United Steelworkers #2173. Retired from Timkin Roller Bearing. Preceded in death by parents Elmer I. and Florence Rice Simms, 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Survived by wife, Betty Steinbrook; daughter, Deatra "Dee" and husband, Randy Lee; son, Tom Roush and Karla of Pomeroy, Oh.; granddaughter, Emily Anne Dillard; grandsons, Tyson Lee, Justin and Jason Demoss; brother, Earl Simms; nieces and nephews. STANLEY Russell E. Stanley, 46, of Columbus, formerly of Chillicothe, died at 5:20 a.m. February 19, 2001, Ohio State University Hospital East. He was born November 20, 1954 in Chillicothe to Harold Brown and Jean Stanley. Surviving are his mother; 4 brothers, David L., Harold J., Sean F. and Shannon F., all of Columbus; 3 sisters, Hope, Charity and Candy Stanley, all of Columbus; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father. Mr. Stanley was a food service worker for Aramark, Columbus. He was a member of the Restaurant and Bartenders Union Local #10. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at HALLER FUNERAL HOME, Chillicothe, Oh. with Elder Melvin Maughmer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe, Oh. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Haller's.
