Survived by daughter, Annie Ruth Jones; grandsons, Robert (Carla) Hill, Curtis Jones, Louis K. (Michelle) Jones; great-grandchildren, Cornelius Scott, Robert T. Hill, Jr., Christopher D. Hill, Jerisse D. Jones and Sterling Jones; sister, Annie Mae Walker; a host of nieces and nephews, among whom include devoted nieces, Karen Banks, "Lulu" Johnson and adopted niece, Pamela Allen. Funeral service Saturday 3 p.m. in the chapel of DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long St. Mr. Walker will lie in state Saturday after 9 a.m. at the mortuary, where the family will receive friends 2 p.m. until start of service.

WATSON Edna Mae Watson, age 79, of Plain City, died Tuesday, February 20, 2001, The Convalarium at Indian Run. Born October 15, 1921 in Johnson County, Ky. Founder and member Living Waters Church of God. Preceded in death by parents Warren and Mary (James) Blanton, son Eric Watson, brothers Sam Blanton, Scott Blanton and Bill Blanton, great-granddaughter Ashley Green and husband Mitchell Watson, 1980. Survived by son, Aaron (Anita) Watson, Plain City; daughters, Juliana (Henry) Smith, Columbus and Edith Houston, Columbus; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Alice Pharis, Columbus. Funeral 10 a.m. Saturday, February 24, Living Waters Church of God, 10910 US Rte. 42 N, Marysville, family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 202 E. Main St., Plain City, Oh. Rev. Jasper G. Marcum officiating. Burial Forest Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Living Waters Church of God.

WHEELER Raymond E. Wheeler, age 69, of Grove City, Oh., passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Arrangements being completed with MILLER FUNERAL HOME, Grove City.

WHEELER Ruth L. Wheeler, age 87, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Columbus and London, Oh., passed away Sunday, February 18, 2001. Preceded in death by her parents and son Robert Franklin Wheeler. Survivors are grandchildren and their families, Staci (Tim) McGraw, Bambi Sue (Dr. Lou) Prockniki, Terry Kim (Richard) Isch, Jr. and Bobbi Lyn (Chip) Jarman; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Anna Mae Story; niece, Carol Sue Ames and family. Memorial Service will be held this Saturday, February 24, 2001. Interment will be in Mesa, Ariz. at the convenience of the family.

WILLIAMS Phyllis Williams, age 79, of Westerville, Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at Manor Care. Former owner of Williams Grill; member of Westerville Art League and Twig 55. Preceded in death by husband John R. "Bud" Williams; parents Eugene and Elizabeth Gurganus; brother Battle Gurganus. Survived by daughter, Susan (Dan) Fawcett of Westerville; son, John Williams of Columbus; grandchildren, James (Karen) Fawcett of Lexington, Ky., Jennifer (Lance) Baker of Columbus; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jacob Fawcett; Brandon and Lauren Baker; sister, Margaret Grappo of Westerville; brother, William (Jean) Gurganus of Canton, Oh.; many relatives and friends. WISE Robert J. Wise, age 79, Wednesday, Mt. Carmel East Hospital. Maintenance Supervisor for National City Bank. Past President of National Engineers. Member First Church of Christian Science, Cindy Black Band, Continentals Band; taught refrigeration for Columbus Public Schools. Veteran WW II, U.S. Army Air Corps. Survived by loving wife of 54 years, Dorothy; daughters, Janice Lascola of Cape Coral, Fla. and Marilyn (Bill) Green of Pataskala; grandchildren, Joe Lascola, Dawn Corzatt, Heather and Brittany Green; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Hilkoski of Columbus; nieces and nephews. WOLLAM Waldo Lee Wollam, age 74, of Reynoldsburg, passed away suddenly Wednesday February 21, 2001 at home. Born in Reynoldsburg on June 6, 1926. Preceded in death by parents Waldo E. and Gail Wollam and brother Henry. Survived by loving wife of 55 years, Marie; sons, Steven E. (Linda) Wollam, Stanley E. Wollam; sisters, Barbara (James) Mount, Nancy (Mel) Clemens; many nieces and nephews. Retired Realtor from King Thompson, Holtzer Wollam. Served on Reynoldsburg City Council, 10 years as Truro Township Clerk, and 20 years with North American Rockwell. Member of Reynoldsburg Baptist Church. Graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in 1944. Lee served in the Navy during WW II. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 E. Main St., where the service will be Saturday 10 a.m. Pastor Steve Cavanaugh officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate. WOOLDRIDGE (QUIGG) Christina, age 22, and Timothy Wooldridge, age 19, of Pickerington, Wednesday, February 21, 2001 as the result of an auto-train accident. Both attended Pickerington High School and Tim was a former employee of Tomasco, where he was a welder. Christina is survived by her 3 year old son, Evan Smith; dad, Gene Quigg, Pickerington; mother, Carla (Santos) Quigg, Hilliard; brothers, John (Tracey) Edmondson, Canal Winchester, Adam Conrad, Cincinnati, Ohio; grandparents, Philip (Mary) Quigg, Fort Myers Beach, Florida; "father", Drew Howard, Dayton, Oh. Tim is survived by his stepson, Evan Smith; father, Don (Gayla) Wooldridge, Columbus; mother, Catherine Wooldridge, Columbus; brother, Brian (Megan) Wooldridge and their daughter Kayla, of Hilliard; sister, Jamie Wooldridge, Columbus; grandmother, Mary (Jeff) Young, Columbus; cousin, Robert E. (Sonya) Smith, Plumwood, Ohio. The are both survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many life long friends. Friends may visit Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DWAYNE R. WRIGHT Elder William G. Wright, Sr., 66, Wednesday, February 21, 2001 OSU Medical Center. Minister with Euclid Christian Missionary Church, Member Franklinton Ministerial Alliance. Survived by mother, Edna Mae Wright of Tampa, FL; wife, Hattie M.; sons, William and Anthony Wright, both of Columbus, William Harold Wright of MD; daughters, Bonita Odum and Evelyn (William) Penny, both of Cincinnati, OH, Amie Wright, Millie Smith and Renee Fields, all of Columbus; brothers, Robert (Archia) Wright, Conley (Geraldine) Johnson and Charles Wright, all of FL and Larry (Barbara) Wright of KY; 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. ALLISON James E. "Jim" Allison, 65, of West Jefferson, Oh., February 22, 2001 of a heart attack. CEO and owner of Magnetic Springs Water Co. for 27 years. Previously employed by Atlas Linen Supply Co. as a route salesman for 15 years. Served as a Green Beret and Paratrooper in the U.S. Army. Graduate of West High. Former board of director, International Bottled Water Association. Cub Scout Master and Kentucky Colonel. Member Madison Lodge #221 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Valley of Columbus, Aladdin Temple, Achbar Grotto, Hilltop Shrine Club. Jim was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and had many devoted friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by father Statler B. Allison, brother Jon S. Allison. Survived by wife of 46 years, Beverly (Harmon) Allison; son, Jeffrey (Sandra Powell) Allison of Upper Arlington; daughters, Tamara (Sean) Guinan of Falmouth, Me. and Sherry (Rick) Ramey II of Dublin; grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, Ashley and Andrew Allison, Samantha Ramey, Keelin and Delaney Guinan; mother, Mary Frances Allison of Columbus; sister, Jill (David) Mach of Minneapolis, Minn.; aunt, Leola Pflaum of Thornville; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Allison, Judy (Robert) Patton of Gaffney, S.C.; brother-in-law, Ronald Harmon of Buckeye Lake; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Pete Cameron, Jim Bolin and Bud Morrow. BOWER Gretchen M. (Sims) Bower, age 50, died Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at Riverside Hospital. Preceded in death by parents and brother and beloved grandmother Bea Weishaupt. Survived by loving husband, Galyn; daughter, Kayla; step-daughter, Christine; brothers, Larry Fontanini (Karen), David Sims (Christine), John W. Sims; and many loving family and friends. CANNON Dow "Jay" Cannon, Jr., age 75, Friday at his residence. Retired General Motors after 35 years of service. Veteran WW II, U.S. Army. Recipient of the Purple Heart. A Sergeant at Arms at the Nuremberg Trials. Member AmVets Post #89, Clinton Twp., Mifflin Post #9857 VFW, Bexley Post #430 American Legion. Survived by wife, Elizabeth; 6 children; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; 1 brother. Preceded in death by 2 sisters and 2 brothers. CASTRO Patrick Joseph Castro, age 79, of Grove City, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. He was owner and president of Electro General Plastics Inc. and a U.S. Army veteran of WW II. Preceded in death by his wife Belva. Survived by son, Pat (Kathy) Castro; grandchildren, Trisha (Mark) Matthews, Patrick (Deanna), Robert (Rebecca), Amanda, Scott, Kacy, Bonnie, Lisa and CJ Castro; great-grandchildren, Mark, Taylor, Anthony and Jacob; sisters, Mary Jane Curatolo and Theresa Stanonik; nephew, Anthony F. (Barbara) Castro; and other nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City, with a Prayer Service at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial and entombment Saturday 10 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery. CORNETT David M. Cornett entered eternal life on February 14, 2001 at ARH Regional Medical Center. David leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Leona of Urbancrest, Oh.; step-mother, Agatha Washington of Louisville, Ky.; son, Paul (Rebecca) Cornett; daughter, Pamela (Gene) Combs, all of Hazard, Ky.; 4 grandchildren, Nicole Hall of Richmond, Ky., Melissa (Ty) Ward of Columbus, Oh., Valerie Cornett and Emerson Combs of Hazard, Ky.; 3 great-grandchildren, Michael Phillip Cornett of Hazard, Ky., Jalen and Ty Ward, Jr. of Columbus, Oh.; brothers and sisters; other relatives and friends. COZZE Frank "Coach" Cozze, age 63, of Delaware, died Thursday, February 22, 2001 at Riverside Hospital. Retired physical education teacher at Thomas Worthington High School, where he was their baseball coach from 1967-1994. Received his B.S. degree at The Ohio State University and his Masters degree at Xavier University. Member of The Ohio State University baseball team 1966 and the national championship team 1967. Member of the Ohio State University Soccer Team 1966-1967 making Frank a two-sport letterman. Member of Varsity "O", Diamond Club, Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame inducted 1988, Central Ohio Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame inducted 2000, Ohio Horse Trotters Assn. An avid golfer and coordinated many summer baseball camps in Worthington. Member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Delaware. Member of U.S. Army, Berlin, Germany where he played football and baseball for the Berlin Bears 1957-1960. Frank will be remembered for his love of life, his contagious smile and his passion for teaching and coaching young people. Survived by his loving wife, Bonnie; daughters, Kari (Greg) Viland of Atlanta, Ga., Kelley Cozze of Sao Paulo, Brazil; grandchildren, Ellie and Nicholas Viland; mother, Helen Desrosiers; brother, Ronald (Linda) Cozze; and sister, Joyce (Jim) Van Natta, all of New Jersey; several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Friends may call at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N.
