DYER Wanda L. Dyer, age 80, of Grove City, passed away February 22, 2001 at the Columbus Westpark Nursing Home. She was born February 4, 1921, the daughter of Earl and Margaret Dutoit and sister of Earl Dutoit, Jr. She retired from Southwestern City Schools and was a lifetime member of the Union (Briggsdale) United Methodist Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Richard Dyer; son, Richard, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Patricia; granddaughters, Janelle (Joe) Forbes and Jessica Dyer; and numerous relatives. Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. Sunday and 1 hour prior to service at MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Pastor Stephen Beck officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery, Franklin County. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Union United Methodist Church Briggsdale, 1665 Harrisburg Pike, Columbus, Oh. 43223 or the Alzheimer's Assoc. of Central Ohio, 3380 Tremont Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43221.

EDWARDS Beverly J. Clark Edwards, age 63, Tuesday, February 21, 2001 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. An employee of DSCC. Preceded in death by her father John W. Clark, step-father George L. Young, grandmothers Wilma Harden, Lennie Clark, grandfather Jessie L. Harden, brother George L. Young, Jr. Survived by her loving husband, Ralph Edwards; mother, Deborah N. Young; son, Kenneth Clark; granddaughters, Tanika, Kenisha and Shannon; grandsons, Jarryl, Devon and Jesse; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Keith H. Young of Calif.; sister, Phyllis J. Campbell; niece, Robyn M. Pope; great-niece and nephew, Phylicia and John Pope; aunt, Carrie Harden; many cousins and special friends. Funeral 11 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2001 at the Chapel of C.D. WHITE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1217 Mt. Vernon Ave. Rev. Guy Schley, Officiant. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.

FISHER Christiane Regina Fisher, age 53, of New Albany, Oh., passed away peacefully on February 21, 2001 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital, while in the company of her family. She was born in Berlin, Germany. Preceded in death by her father Heinz Leutholdt. She will be profoundly missed by her survivors, husband, Thomas P. Fisher; daughter, Stephanie M. Fisher (fiance, Bradley Scott Robinson); sister, Helga Helke of Wis.; brother, Reinhardt Leutholdt; mother, Elsa Leutholdt, both of Berlin, Germany. She is retired from Community Mutual Insurance in Worthington. Member of Church of the Resurrection Parish in New Albany. She was a local pioneer recipient of a double lung transplant in 1992 at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, Mo. She won countless battles with numerous illnesses and a great deal of thanks are extended to the many compassionate physicians and nurses that cared for her over the years. She had an abiding love and concern for all of God's creatures. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2001 at the Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church, 6300 East Dublin Granville Rd., New Albany, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service. Msgr. J. Colby Grimes officiating. A luncheon will be held in the Church immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 1950 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, Oh. 43228 or the Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Drive, Hilliard, Oh. 43026 in her memory.

FORBY Laura Jane Forby, age 38, Thursday, February 22, 2001 at Doctors West. Survived by husband, Robert, Jr.; sons, Michael (Alena) Forby, Greg Forby, John Forby and Tim Forby; granddaughter, Cindy Rose Forby; brothers, Eric Risinger, Chuck (Patty) Risinger and Scott (Teresa) Risinger; father, Bob (Beth) Risinger; mother, Margaret (Walter) Smith; step-brother, Bret (Terry) Bodell; step-sister, Tina (John) Chubb; father- and mother-in-law, Robert and Peggy Forby; best friend and sister-in-law, Lori Forby; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. FUNK Louise D. Funk, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, February 22, at Westminster Thurber Retirement Community. A long-time resident of Grandview. She was preceded in death by husbands Ken R. DeBeck and Lee W. Funk, Jr. and daughter Patricia Hall. Survived by daughter, Bette Dugger (Mrs. Dean A.), of Upper Arlington; grandchildren, Glen (Joan) Dugger, Karen (Whitney) Logan, Kathy (Bob) Crouch, Michael (Anna) and Colin (Charlotte) Ferguson, and Tracy (Tim) Parsley; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Woodson New of Ind. Member of First Community Church. Formerly a member of Women's Pharmacy Club, University Mother's Club, Pi Beta Phi Mother's Club, and the OSU Faculty Club. Service of memory for family will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, in Burkhart Chapel at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd. Rev. Barbara Cunningham officiating. Private interment at Green Lawn Cemetery. GREEN Helen Marie Green, age 70, Thursday, February 22, 2001 at Kobacker House. Retired from Sunshine Dry Cleaning Centers. Survived by daughter, Sharon (Franklin) Belcher; son, David (Bonnie) Green; granddaughter, Emily Marie Belcher; brothers, Jim (Martha) LeMaster and Jack LeMaster; sisters, Joan (Bob) Bauer and Judy (Harold) Billups. HARTUNG Jack Lee Hartung, age 77, of Ostrander, Oh., Thursday, February 22, 2001 at Kobacker House. Retired after 29 years of service from North American Rockwell. A graduate of West High School, Class of 1941. A Navy Veteran of WW II. Member of the American Legion Post #0079 of Marysville and V.F.W. Post 3320 of Marysville. Preceded in death by beloved wife Marie, brother Robert Hartung and parents Leon and Ruth, good friend Ralph Sanese. Survived by children, Jackie (Bob) Engle of Columbus, Jim (Barb) Craig of Columbus, Eddie Craig of Columbus, Sandy (Charlie) Craig of Reynoldsburg and Robert (Rose) Hartung of Dublin; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Joan (Denny) Drummond of Fla.; sister-in-law, Christine Hartung of Columbus; numerous nieces and nephews and relatives. Jackson Mary Grace Jackson, age 8 years, died Thursday, February 21, 2001 at Children's Hospital. She is preceded in death by grandfathers Richard Jackson and LeRoy Huelsman. KEMPER Kathryn I. Kemper, 50, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2001 at Fairfield Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, John W. and Fairy Kemper, Lancaster. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster, with Pastor Arthur "Chip" Koch and Rev. Harold Sturm officiating. KIRK Sylvia G. Coffman (Hamilton) Kirk, age 98, of Marysville, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at Heartland of Marysville surrounded by her family. Former footwear fancy stitcher at J & K Shoe Co., charter member Westerville Bible Church, attended Berean Bible Church, expert seamstress and lovingly made hats, dresses and wedding gowns for her granddaughters, loved to crochet and knit, enjoyed tending her flower gardens. Predeceased by husbands Garold Hamilton and Roy Kirk. Survived by daughter, Martha (Howard) Wentz, Marysville; special nephew who was like a son, Dan Coffman, Dublin; granddaughters, Cindy Rausch (Dr. Ron) Riegel, Marysville and Karen (John) Boley, Alexandria, Ind.; 6 great-grandchildren, Michelle (Michael) Davet, Sarah Jane Rausch, Doug Rausch, Jill Boley, Jacqueline Boley and John Boley; sisters, Margaret and Virginia; brother, Carl Coffman; a special niece, Jean Gibson, Pacific, Mo.; special friend, John Cox, Columbus; many nieces and nephews.
