Poems written to Diane Pyne from Her Family A Poem to My Mommy Janet Diane Pyne As a babe, we needed our mommy. As a tot, she'd tickle our tummy. As a teen, we wanted to be free. As a parent, we went to her on bended knee. We're all grown up. Busy as bees making honey. As she lay dying, We realized we still need our mommy. Love, Nancy Together Forever My life consists of only you, For you make the sun rise and the moon fall. I have no care in life than to please you. Even though we will be apart, Our love will flow for an eternity. In the river of love and honesty. I've had no greater pleasure in life, Than you being apart of it. So as you're passing on, Remember me and the love we shared. Your Loving Grandchildren, and Daughter Susi, Love you Forever For You I could cry a thousand tears, Wishing for you to be here. For I miss you more than ever, Being apart is breaking my heart. We belong together, Nothing in this world, Could make be forget you. You are the greatest person there is, Life without you will be hard but, Since you'll be on my mind, You'll always be with me. To Grandma, Andrea A Garden For My Mom I hope when I go to sit there my heart will heal. She's left a whole in my heart that I need to fill. No tree, no flower will ever take her place But still, I hope when I sit there my heart will heal. She taught me the beauty of growing things, The nurturing of her spirit shows in everything. No tree, no flower will ever take her place But still, I hope when I sit there my heart will heal. I wish that she could see it-she has lost her sight. Angels are busy. A visit to my garden, I hope she might. No tree, no flower will ever take her place But still, I hope when I sit there my heart will heal. She's asked for her favorite color, all things blue. Her last request and for her, anything I will do. No tree, no flower will ever take her place But still, I hope when I sit there my heart will heal. I plant this garden so I can feel her presence- the sun, the wind, the smell. I hope she will be there. She says she will. No tree, no flower will ever take her place But still, I hope when I sit there my heart will heal. I love you Mom, Debbie
