Robert Brown
Robert M. (Teter) Brown, 82, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2004 at his home. He was born July 4, 1921 in Barnesville, a son of the late Virgil Brown and Pearl Denny Brown.
Teter was a Protestant. He retired from Bobs Chevrolet of Barnesville, and was a veteran serving in the US Navy during World War II.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Delpha Murphy Brown an infant daughter, Deborah Ann Brown and a sister, Pauline McGlumphy.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Bruce (Pixie) Barber of Alliance, Ohio; a son, Terry Brown of Barnesville; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial graveside services, 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004 at Southern Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 702 East Main St., Barnesville, in charge of arrangements.

John K. Green, Jr.
John K. Green, Jr., 81, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004 at the East Ohio Regional Hospital at Martins Ferry, Ohio.
He was born in Bellaire, Ohio, on Aug. 1, 1922, the son of the late John W. and Ella Lucas Green.
John was a retired automotive mechanic for the former McClain Motor Company of Bellaire, and a member of the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Belliare, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers.
Surviving are four sons, John R. Green of Bellaire, Ohio, Larrie D. Green of El Paso, Texas, Kenneth Green of Richmond, Virginia and Rodger E. Green and his wife April of Columbus; one sister, Hazel Lewis of Columbus, Ohio and one brother, George Green of Youngstown, Ohio; nine grandchildren and nine great - grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Michael Tolliver officiating. Interment in the Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the New Beginning Church, 3400 Franklin Street, Bellaire, Ohio 43906.

Stanley Ronevich, Jr.
Stanley Ronevich, Jr., 77, of Dillonvale, Ohio, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004 in his home of natural causes. Stanley was born Sept. 5, 1926 in Ramsey, Ohio, son of the late Stanley and Elizabeth Ceculski Ronevich, Sr.
Stanley was a former coal miner and was a retired press operator from the former Harmony Industries in Goulds. He was a member of St. Adalbert Roman Catholic Church in Dillonvale, the Polish Nation Alliance in Martins Ferry, the Dillonvale American Legion Post #529 and the Yorkville V.F.W. #4811. Stanley served his country in World War II in the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his sister, Hattie Dvorcek.
Stanley is survived by his wife, Mary Nameth Ronevich of the home, two sons, Marion and wife Sandy Ronevich of Unionport and Dr. Bob and his wife Nancy Ronevich of Wintersville; six grandchildren and six great -grandchildren; two brothers, Walter of Wheeling, W. Va., and Raymond of Dillonvale; two sisters, Ann Feher of Adena and Dolores Ronevich of Wheeling, W. Va.
Friends may call Tuesday evening from 5 to 9 p.m., at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 107 Hill St., Smithfield. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m., at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Dillonvale with Monsignor John Kolesar as the celebrant. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.Wake services will be held Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Full military graveside honors will be conducted by the Dillonvale American Legion.

Mary DeFrank
Mary DeFrank, 88, Eileen St., Rayland, Ohio, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004 at her home. She was born March 8, 1915 at Cianciana, Sicily, daughter of the late Salvatore and Angela Bella Via Maraventana.
Mary was a member of St. Lucy's Catholic Church, Yorkville, Ohio, Italian-American Club, Yorkville Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Catholic Women's Club having worked at St. Lucy's fish fry for over 30 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles DeFrank (1-16-1973); two sisters: an infant sister and Nena Calbone; a great grandson, Eddie Jay Dwyer.
Surviving are two daughters, Josephine "Josie" Talbert and Angela "Angie" Dwyer, both of Rayland; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation, Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m., at St. Lucy's Catholic Church, Yorkville with Father Bernie Krajcovic, celebrant. Burial follows at Upland Cemetery, Yorkville.
Rosary services will be held today at 3:30 p.m. and Yorkville Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary services will be held at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Lucy's Catholic Church or Valley Hospice, 98-B East Cove Avenue, Wheeling, WV 26003.

David Wilson
David J. Wilson, 80, of Holloway, died Monday, Feb. 2,2004 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born Aug. 21, 1923 in Belmont County, a son of the late Earl Wilson and Jenny Piper Wilson.
David was retired from Union Local high School Maintenance Dept. after many years of service, he was a member of the Holloway United Methodist Church, the Holloway Old Timers, and served his country during World War II in the U S Navy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary W. Gladden Wilson, a sister, Delores Kelly and two brothers, John and Dutch Wilson.
Surviving are three sons, Alan (Linda) Wilson of St. Clairsville, David Wilson of Byesville and Dennis (Lisa) Wilson of Flushing; four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and a special friend, Ilene Hartley of Flushing.
Friends will be received Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 322 North Main St., Bethesda, where services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Flushing American Legion Post #366 will hold services at the funeral home. Burial in Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing, Ohio.

Leopold Wojtowicz
Leopold Wojtowicz, 91, of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.
He was born Feb. 2, 1913 in Poland, the son of the late Michael and Blanche Wojtowicz.
Leopold was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Wolfhurst; a member of the PAP Club in Wheeling and was a retired recorder for Wheeling - Pittsburgh Steel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Stella Henrietta Wojtowicz and a brother, Matthew Wojtowicz.
Surviving are his wife, Cecelia Tomaszewski Wojtowicz of Bridgeport, two sons, Gerald (Patricia) and Victor (Diane) both of Wheeling, W. Va.; two daughters, Sylvia Smith of Scottsdale, Ariz. and Pam Moray of Wintersville; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Friends are invited to attend funeral services for Leopold on Thursday at 11 a.m., at Park View Memorial Cemetery, Mausoleum Chapel in Wheeling.
Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio.

Jill Johnston
Jill A. Morris McMillan Johnston, 58, of Noble Street, Bellaire, Ohio, formerly of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004 at home. She was born Aug. 27, 1945 at Wheeling, W. Va., the daughter of Violetta Fulton Morris of Bridgeport, Ohio and the late James Morris.
Jill was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wheeling, W. Va.
In addition to her father, Jill was preceded in death by her first husband, Mickey McMillan and a sister, Linda K. Drewett.
Jill is survived by her mother, her husband, David G. L. Johnston; a son, Shannon J. McMillan of Knox, Ind.; one sister, Cathy Davis and her husband William of Bridgeport; a step-daughter, Deborah Wyss and her husband, David, of Clyde, Ohio; three step-grandchildren, Rachel, Daniel and Joshua Wyss.
Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m., with Rev. Larry Lewis, officiating. Interment in Parkview Memorial Gardens, Wheeling, W. Va.

Amos Schnegg
Amos H. Schnegg, 92, of Cats Run, Powhatan Point, Ohio, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio.
Amos was born Oct. 31, 1911 in Powhatan Point, Ohio, a son of the late Christian B. and Luella Elizabeth Swegard Schnegg.
He was a retired coal miner from the North American Coal Co. #1 Mine. A member of UMW District #6.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Emma, Wilma, Betty and Lottie.
Surviving are four step-sons, Gerald (Judy) Moore of Shadyside, William (Cindy) Moore of Powhatan Point, Ohio, Buss (Patty) Moore of Moundsville, W. Va., and Alf (Cheryl) Moore of Powhatan Point, Ohio; four step-daughters, Mary Jo Ryan, Geraldine (Rich) Sponaugle of Bridgeport, Ohio, Peg (Dan) Hilton of Florida and Donna Foltz of Powhatan Point, Ohio; 27 grandchildren; 35 great grand children and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 186 Main Street, Powhatan Point, Ohio on Thursday, from Noon until the time of service at 2 p.m., with Pastor Donald Lawson officiating. Interment in Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan Point, Ohio.

Robert Seevers
Robert W. Seevers, 77, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, W. Va.
He was born Sept. 20, 1926 in Bellaire, a son of the late Vincent and Ethel Mae Paul Seevers.
Robert was employed by the B & O Railroad in Mingo Junction and was retired from the former International Harvester Company in Shadyside; a Presbyterian, American Legion Post #52, Bellaire; VFW #626 Bellaire and Bellaire Eagles Aire #371 and a World War II Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Olack Seevers in 1975 and a sister, Dorothy DeMastus.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia Carol Thomas Seevers; six sons, Robert of Indiana, Rick of North Carolina, Ronald of Bellaire, Richard of Columbus, Randall of Philadelphia, Pa., and Roger Seevers of Bellaire; a brother, Paul Seevers, of Wolfhurst; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, with Rev. John Brandenburg, officiating.
Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire.
American Legion services, 7 p.m., Thursday, in the funeral home.
