Keith Price
Keith Price, 56, New Athens, died Monday, February 2, 2004. He was born May 27, 1947 in Wheeling, West Virginia a son of Wayne and Mary Laverne Cross Price.
He was a charter member of the New Athens Buck Club, a member of the Polish Club in Fairpoint, the American Legion, UMWA, attended the New Athens United Methodist Church as a child and was a heavy equipment operator for Consolidation Coal Company.
He is survived in addition to his parents, by two sons: Jamie and his wife Tammy Price of Lancaster and Rob and his wife Virginia, Price of St. Clairsville, Ohio; two grandsons: Tristan and Tyler; a brother John Price and his wife Sharon of Flushing; a sister Shari Ferda and husband George, of Flushing; and six nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles Mehl and Rev. Al Hoder officiating. Burial will follow at Longview Cemetery, New Athens, Ohio with full military graveside honors conducted by the Cadiz American Legion.

Patricia Smith
Patricia Ann Smith, 54, of Wheeling, W. Va., formerly of Belmont, Ohio, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004 at Peterson Rehab, Wheeling, W. Va., She was born Feb. 19, 1949 in Moundsville, W. Va., a daughter of the late George and Tersa Brookover Kinsey.
Patricia was a homemaker and a Protestant.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Albert Dayton; three brothers, Louis and Glen Kinsey and John Brookover.
Surviving are her husband, Clifford Smith of Wheeling; a son, John Dayton of Moundsville, and a daughter, Patricia Dayton of Wheeling, W. Va.; 13 grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley McCarthy of Bethesda and Betty Hoover of London, Ohio; five brothers, George Kinsey, Jr. of Bellaire, Stanley of Malvern, Ohio, Frank of St. Clairsville, Robert of Wheeling, W. Va., and Gary Kinsey of Morristown, Ohio.
Friends will be received Friday, 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., at the Kelly-Kemp- Braido Funeral Home, 322 North Main St., Bethesda, Ohio. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

Ruth H. Ingram
Ruth H. (Conkel) Ingram, 85, of S. Huron St., Wheeling, W. Va., died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling. She was born May 17, 1918 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late John W. and Blanche (Maguire) Conkel.
Ruth was owner/operator of the former Ingram's Grocery Store on Wheeling Island and a Methodist.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert H. Ingram; four brothers William, Chester, George, and Jack Conkel and two sisters, Marie Getrost and Emma Stringer.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Robert H. (Marlene) Ingram, Jr. and Richard S. Ingram, all of Wheeling; two grandsons, Robert H. Ingram, III and Scott Shea Ingram and five great grandchildren.
Friends will be received Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, Ohio, where services will be held Friday, Feb. 6, 2004 at 1 p.m., with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.

Frank Goletz
Frank Goletz, 96, of Maynard, Ohio, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, W. Va. He was born Aug. 12, 1907 at Crescent, Ohio, son of the late Albert and Mary Klich Goletz.
He was a retired employee of Consolidation Coal Company, Georgetown #10 mine, a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church at Maynard and a member of the PNA Lodge #456 at Maynard.
In addition to his parents Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Cecelia Stachyra Goletz; two brothers, John Goletz and an infant brother, John; two sisters, Mary Libertosky and Agnes Garczyk.
Surviving are two sons, Frank A. Goletz and his wife Marianne and Edward Goletz and his wife Barb all of Maynard; a daughter, Jean Kanoski and her husband Dick of Columbus, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Feb. 6, 2004 at 10 a.m., at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Maynard with Fr. Thomas Graven the celebrant. Burial follows at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Maynard Community Vol. Fire Dept., Box 301, Maynard, OH 43937 or St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Maynard, OH 43937.
Vigil services will be held at 3:00 p.m. followed by PNA Services at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Shayne M. Nolen
Shayne M. Nolen, 27, of Dover, Ohio, formerly of Shadyside, Ohio, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004, at Dover, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born Oct. 13, 1976 at Bellaire, Ohio, a son of Ronald L. Nolen, Sr., and the late Karen Lowery Nolen.
Shayne was an employee of AVC Communications of Dover and a Methodist by faith.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard Nolen, Sr. and Marliyn Sechrest Nolen Richmond; his maternal grandfather, John Gallagher.
Surviving are his father and step-mother, Ronald and Linda Satty Nolen, Sr. of Shadyside; three brothers, Bruce Dunn and his wife, Janet, of Shadyside, Marc Nolen and his wife, Kristy, of Dover, Ronald Nolen, Jr., and his wife, Pam, of Bridgeport, Ohio; one step brother, Scott Seitz and his wife, Paula, of Benwood, W.Va.; one step sister Heather Seitz of Myrtle Beach, S. C.; his maternal grandmother, Ellen Gallagher of Adams, Mass.; his paternal step grand - father, Ralph Richmond of Machias, N.Y.; six nephews, Josh, Jason, Andrue, Kyle, Derek and Devin; six nieces Lauren, Lindsey, Grace, Hannah, Samantha and Shannan; several aunts and uncles.
Friends will received Friday from 9 a.m., until time of service at 11 a.m., at the Bauknecht - Altmeyer Funeral Home, & Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio, with Rev. Dennis Hancock officiating. Burial follows in Belmont County Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Mary E. Dowdle
Mary E. Dowdle, 82, of Jewett, Ohio, died Thursday evening at Gable Care Center, Hopedale, after a short illness. She was born in Tippecanoe, Ohio, on Nov. 26, 1921, daughter of the late Ralph and Delora Morris Cecil. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Eugene, April 6, 1974 and two brothers, Floyd and Ralph Cecil.
Mary was a beloved mother and grandmother who enjoyed walking and was very devoted to her Church. She took much pride in her family and friends.
She was a graduate of Uhrichsville High School, a member of the Jewett United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women's Group, and the Scio Eastern Star. She was also an associate member of the Harrison County Retired Teachers Association.
She was retired from Scio Pottery, after many years and the Jewett School, where she was a teacher's aid. She had also worked for the Grange Insurance.
Mary is survived by a son, Brad Dowdle and wife, Sue, of Bethesda, Ohio; two daughters, Deloras Amore of Mingo Junction, Ohio and Mrs. Nettie Albaugh and husband, Thomas, of Cross Lanes, W.Va.; two grand - children, Kenny Jones and Amy Kinder; five great-grand children: Terence, Aaron, Courtney, Savanna and Austin.
Friends may call at the Blackburn Funeral Home on East Main Street in Jewett, Ohio on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m., where services will be held on Saturday morning, Feb. 7, 2004. Eastern Star services will be at 11 a.m., followed immediately by the Funeral Service with Rev. William Westling officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, near Jewett.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewett United Methodist Church, West Main St., Jewett, Ohio, in Mary's name.

Mindi S. Minder
Mindi S. Minder, 33, of Elm Street, Martins Ferry, Ohio, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, W. Va. She was born Nov. 21, 1970 in Wheeling, a daughter of Stanley and Sharon (Kitson) Minder.
Mindi was employed with Gatto Food Service of Bellaire and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry, the Ohio Valley Jaycees and Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Eugene S. Minder and her maternal grandfather, George K. Kitson.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Martins Ferry, are a brother, Bryan (Dana) Minder of Martins Ferry, paternal grandmother, Estella (Kelley) Minder and maternal grandmother, Glenna (Bowery) Kitson, both of Martins Ferry; a nephew, Michael Minder and a niece, Allyson Minder, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received 6 to 9 p.m. at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, Ohio. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated, Friday, Feb. 6, 2004 at 10 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry, with Rev. Thomas Magary officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 20 N. Fourth St., Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935.

Mary Ann Joy
Mary Ann Joy, 93, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004 in Bellaire.
Mary was born March 14, 1910 in Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Nunzio and Carmella Cicci Rusciolelli.
She was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Bellaire.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Joy; two sons, Richard A. Joy and infant son, James Joy, a daughter, Stella Jean Crawford; two brothers, Ralph and Tony Rusciolelli.
Surviving are a son, Ralph E. Joy and his wife Lucy of Spring, Texas; a brother, Arthur Rusciolelli of Bethel Park, Pa.; two sisters, Josephine Wisnewski of Venetia, Pa. and Pauline Popp of Middleburg Heights, Ohio; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great - great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, on Saturday from 8 a.m. till 9:15 a.m. Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 9:30 a.m., in St. John Catholic Church with Monsignor Gene W. Mullett officiating.
Entombment in Guardian Angel Mausoleum of Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.

Wilbur Semelveis
Wilbur Semelveis, 79, of North 7th Street, Martins Ferry, Ohio, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004 at his residence.
He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on Oct. 29, 1924. He was the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Szilogyi) Semelveis.
He worked as an electrician at Ohio Power, Brilliant, Ohio for 30 years, until he retired in 1985. Wilbur also served his country in World War II, in the U.S. Army Air Corp.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Iva Louise (Haught) Semelveis.
Surviving are a daughter, Kristine Ann Oliver, of Martins Ferry, Ohio; one sister, Ethel (Robert) Richardson of Tiltonsville, Ohio; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry, Ohio. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be sent to, First Baptist Church - Roof Fund, 306 Locust St., Martins Ferry, Ohio 43935 or Belmont County Animal Rescue League, 45244 National Rd. W., St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
