He was born May 10, 1916, in Manchester Township, daughter of Perley Emmitt and Emma (Spears) Sealock.

She was born June 3, 1954, in Cambridge, daughter of Betty (Franks) Stashonsky Tracy and the late Henry L. Stashonsky.
Ms. Tice was preceded in death by a brother, David L. Stashonsky.

Mr. Boggs was a retired pipefitter, having served with the Chrysler Corp., Twinsburg.
