WALLACE RAMSAY
1917-2006
BETHESDA - Wallace B. Ramsay, 89, of Belmont, died Sunday (Oct. 22, 2006) at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, W.Va.
He was born Aug. 23, 1917, in Jacobsburg, son of the late Lewis W. Ramsay and Hattie B. Brown Ramsay.
Mr. Ramsay was a Methodist by faith and a life long farmer. He was a bus driver for 35 years for the Union Local Schools, a former Smith Township trustee, and retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
He was a member of Centerville Senior Citizens.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilda Mae Abel Ramsay; an infant son, Marvin Ramsay; and two sisters, Geneva Kocher and Hilda Thompson.
He leaves two daughters, Nancy (James) Loy of Bethesda and Catherine Ramsay of Bellaire; a son, Ray (Dana) Ramsay of Belmont; grandchildren, Gail Passmore of Belmont, Robbin Mitchell of Wheaton, Ill., and Brad Loy of Bethesda; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Dessie Roby of Belmont and Wanda Stewart of Castalia.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, Bethesda, where services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Theresa Bobot officiating.
Burial will be in Belmont Cemetery.

FRANK MILLER JR.
1963-2006
Frank Miller Jr., 43, of Salesville, died Saturday (Oct. 21, 2006) in Cambridge.
He was born Jan. 10, 1963, in Cambridge, son of Frank Miller Sr. of Salesville and Sandra (Ryan) Miller of Cambridge.
Mr. Miller was a truck driver for 15 years. He last worked for D&S Distribution.
He was a gun and firearms collector.
He was preceded in death by a step sister, Pam Engle; and his step mother, Mary Miller.
He leaves two brothers, Tom Miller of Salesville and Rodney (Denise) Miller of Bethesda; a sister, Mary (David) Edwards of Kimbolton; two step brothers, Sam (Darlene) Clary of Salesville and Dan Clary of Quaker City; two step sisters, Kathy Moseley of Quaker City and Celina Croft of Freeport; nieces and nephews, Darryl, Denise, Melissa, Michael, Sarah, Tim, Justin, Andrew, Gretchen and Rachel; several aunts and uncles; and his close friend of 20 years, Judy.
No calling hours will be observed.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Hermon Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Eschbaugh officiating.
Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, is handling the arrangements.

Frank Martinski, 72, of Byesville, died Sunday (Oct. 22, 2006) at Veterans Hospital, Cleveland.

BETTY ZANE DUFFY
1925-2006
LONDONDERRY - Betty Zane Duffy, 81, died Sunday (Oct. 22, 2006) at the Red Carpet Health Care Center, Cambridge.
She was born April 13, 1925, in Belmont County, daughter of the late Teddy Roosevelt Armstrong and Rachel Ann Tidrick Armstrong.
Mrs. Duffy had formerly lived on a farm near the Oak Grove area. She attended Oak Grove United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She enjoyed crocheting and gardening, loved her flowers and the birds.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Duffy, in 1998; a daughter, Donna Duffy; a son, Roger Duffy; and a sister, Peggy Blackstone.
She leaves two daughters, Lucy (Garry) Burroughs of Lore City and Clara (Sparkle) (David) Cunningham of Piedmont; a daughter-in-law, Mary Duffy of Texas; two brothers, Lewis (Margaret) Armstrong of Cambridge and Leonard (Ginny) Armstrong of Piedmont; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bond Funeral Home, Londonderry.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Grove United Methodist Church with Pastor Bob Merritt officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
