Lenore R. Yahraus
(1924 - 2004)

ENGLEWOOD, Fla. - Lenore R. Yahraus, 80, of Englewood, Fla. and formerly of Bryan, Ohio, died Friday, June 25, 2004, at Englewood Community Hospital in Englewood.
Born April 1, 1924, at Bryan to Evelyn (Clogher) and Harry H. Freed, she married Albert W. "Al" Yahraus on Sept. 17, 1978, and he preceded her in death on April 10, 1995.
She had been a bookkeeper at the Bryan Public Library.
Surviving are her daughters, Sandi McCarthy Stevenson of Bradenton, Fla. and Susan McCarthy Campbell of Lancaster, Pa.; stepchildren, William (and wife, Judy) Yahraus of Bryan and Mrs. Jerrold (Kay) Spangler of Bryan; two grandchildren, Alexander McCarthy Campbell and Kathleen Freed Campbell; five stepgrandchildren; seven stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Richard (Phyllis) Goldstein of Indian River, Mich.; and brothers, William G. (Susan) Freed and Lyle J. (Linda) Freed of Bryan.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Burr Funeral Home and Crematory in Bryan.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Father Charles Ritter to officiate. Burial will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery in Bryan.
Memorials may be made to the Bryan Public Library or the Williams County Humane Society.

Harry L. Wilson Sr.
(1928 - 2004)

KIMMELL, Ind. - Harry L. Wilson Sr., 75, of Kimmell, Ind., died Saturday, June 26, 2004, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. following an extended illness.
Born Dec. 28, 1928, at Steubenville, Ohio, to Erma (Smith) and Maurice Wilson, he married Anna Nash Stauffer on Sept. 16, 1990, and she survives.
A former deputy for the Williams County Sheriff's Department, he had retired as a tool and die maker at the 50 Corporation after 30 years of service.
He had served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. A member of the NRA and Farm Bureau, he had attended Sparta United Church of Christ.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Mrs. Bill (Penny) Braker of New London, Ohio; two sons, Harry L. (and wife, Debi) Wilson Jr. of Gravois Mills, Mo. and Lee Eric Wilson of Fort Wayne; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Bob (Bonnie) Nelson of Toledo, Ohio, Shelly Siebenaler of Edgerton, Ohio and Mrs. Neil (Becky) McBride of Bryan, Ohio; a stepson, Robert Ramsey of Toledo, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four brothers, Vance Wilson and Wayne Wilson of Edgerton, Roger Wilson of Edon, Ohio and Allen Kohout of Steubenville, Ohio; a sister, Vivian Bever of Hastings, Mich.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Orr Funeral Home, Ligonier. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Military service will follow in Sparta Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Morgan L. Weber
(1964 - 2004)

NAPOLEON - Morgan L. Weber, 39, of Napoleon, died Saturday, June 26, 2004 at his residence in Napoleon.
Born July 11, 1964, in Napoleon to Bonnie Jean (Foreman) French and Ronald "Butch" Weber, he married Marguerite Pierce on July 27, 1985, and she survives in Napoleon.
He was employed as a heavy equipment operator at N&R&G Recycling, Inc. in Napoleon.
In addition to his wife and his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Lacy Weber and Angie Carroll, both of Napoleon; a son, Ryan Weber of Goldsboro, N.C.; five sisters, Theresa Eitemiller of Leipsic, Bobbi Jo Rowe of Napoleon, Gerri Ester of Napoleon, Mrs. Kevin (Jacquie) Unverferth of McClure and Ruby Schnipke of North Baltimore; two brothers, Ron Weber of Stryker and Shelby Weber; paternal grandparents, Ron and Mary Weber of Bowling Green; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and maternal grandparents, Harry and Margaret Foreman. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon.
An Indian memorial service will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the Walker Mortuary. Interment will be private.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Irene Rose Miller
(1925 - 2004)

NEY - Irene Rose Miller, 79, of Ney, died Saturday, June 26, 2004, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, after an extended illness.
Born May 30, 1925, to Fern (Sell) and Otis Moog, she married Eugene (Stubby) Miller on Aug. 4, 1943, and he survives.
A 1943 graduate of Farmer High School, she had retired from Spangler Candy Company in 1987. She was a member and past president of the Farmer Legion Auxiliary.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Burl Miller of Ney; two daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Kathy) Baysden of Farmer and Mrs. Michael (Ethel) Oskey of Cecil; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Evabelle Smith of Bryan, June Grandey of Hicksville and Betty Arend of Dunedin, Fla.
Preceding her in death were her parents and an infant daughter.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. in the Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Farmer Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice, The Caring Way, of Defiance County.

Mary G. Zimmerman
(1911 - 2004)

ARCHBOLD- Mary G. Zimmerman, 92, of Archbold, died Friday, June 25, 2004, at her home.
Born Sept. 10, 1911, at Fulton County, to Katherine (Shibler) and Charles Winzeler, she married Roscoe Zimmerman on Dec. 25, 1941, and he preceded her in death in 1995.
A teacher for most of her life, starting in one-room schools in German Township, she had taught in the Moine School, the Stamm School, the Spiess School, and had taught one year in a one-room school in Ai. After that, she taught for 33 years in the Archbold school system. After her retirement she substitute taught for another 16 years. She also volunteered at Sauder Village, where she taught in the one-room school and also quilted.
She ws a member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church in Archbold, the Ohio Education Association and the National Education Association.
She is survived by her son, Roger (and wife, Mary) Zimmerman of Cleveland Heights, and a sister, Doris Meyer of Archbold.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her husband, were her parents; two sisters, Madlyn and Catharine; and five brothers, John, Edwin, Carl, Fredrick and Charles.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of St. MartinŐs Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the church with the Rev. Thomas Lyberg to officiate. Interment will follow in the Archbold Cemetery. Arrangements are by Grisier Funeral Home, Archbold.
Memorials may be made to Hospice, The Caring Way, of Williams and Fulton Counties; Lutheran Social Services; or St. Martin's Lutheran Women.

Robert C. Hoffman
(1926 - 2004)

Robert C. Hoffman, 77, of Bryan, died Wednesday afternoon, June 23, 2004, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Born Oct. 27, 1926, at Bryan, to Ruth (Schaffer) and Burnell Hoffman, he married Evelyn Warner on Aug. 17, 1948, and she survives.
Retired in 1998 as Bryan City Clerk Treasurer, a position he had held since 1969, he was a member of the Bryan American Legion Post No. 284 and the Bryan Board of Public Affairs. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Robert Alan of Columbus, Kevin Michael of Hermosa Beach, Calif., Terry Lee of Monroe, Mich. and Brian Todd of Columbus; and two brothers, Eugene (and wife, Betty) Hoffman of Archbold and Larry (Donna) Hoffman of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held today from 5-8 p.m. in the Burr Funeral Home-Bryan.
Private graveside services will be held in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan, with the Rev. Larry Snavely of the First Church of Christ to officiate.
Memorials may be made to the Williams County Humane Society.
