Irma I. Fisher
(1904-2005)

FREMONT, Ind. - Irma I. Fisher, 100, of Fremont, Ind. and formerly of Edon, Ohio, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Born April 3, 1904, in Edon to Emma (Luke) and Frank Young, she married Oscar Fisher on Oct. 7, 1925, at Edon, and he preceded her in death in 1980.
A homemaker, she was a member of the Fremont United Methodist Church where she was the organist for 14 years. She was also a member of the Minerva Club.
Surviving are two sons, Norman (and wife, Betty) Fisher and Neil (Billie) Fisher, both of Fremont; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Ned Fisher; a daughter, Nathalie Crain; two sisters and a brother.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5-7 p.m. in the Beams Funeral Home, Fremont.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Edon Cemetery, Edon.
Memorials may be made to the Fremont United Methodist Church.

Donald E. Borton
(1924-2005)

SIDNEY - Donald E. Borton, 80, of Sidney and a former resident of Bryan, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
Born Dec. 6, 1924, in Xenia, to Sarah Ann (Rutledge) and Golder Borton, he married Betty Mae Shoemaker on March 1, 1947, and she preceded him in death on Sept. 30, 1995.
A 1943 graduate of Kiser High School, Dayton, he served with the United States Navy until retiring in 1969 as a radioman chief. He was then employed for 14 years at Aro Corp. in Bryan, retiring in 1987. A lifetime member of the American Legion Post No. 217 and the V.F.W. Post No. 4239, both of Sidney, he was a member of Amvets Post No. 1986, Sidney, and the Church of Christ in Christian Union, Rosewood.
Surviving are a son, David Borton of Sidney; a brother, Golder Charles (and wife, Pauline) Borton of Saint Paris; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Edward Borton; two half brothers, Elmer and Murl Borton; and four half sisters, Ellen Butts, Vivian Cline, Mabel Davis and Hazel Lacy.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at noon in the Richeson-Wickham and Atkins Funeral Home, 216 S. Springfield St., Saint Paris. Burial will follow in Upper Honey Creek Cemetery near Christiansburg with military graveside services.

Ivan R. Grieser
(1916 - 2005)

ARCHBOLD - Ivan R. Grieser, 89, of Archbold, died Tuesday morning, Feb. 1, 2005, at the Fulton County Health Center at Wauseon. He had been failing in health for a number of years.
Born Jan. 14, 1916, near Wauseon, to Rosa (Beck) and Daniel Grieser, he married Kathryn Wyse on April 30, 1941, and she survives. They had lived in the Archbold area, most recently in Fairlawn Village.
During World War II, he served in Civilian Public Service in Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Colorado. He was a carpenter and worked at Archbold Ladder Company until retiring in the early 1980Ős. Since his retirement, he was a volunteer for Fulton County Services providing transportation for people unable to drive.
A member of he Central Mennonite Church, he had served as Sunday school teacher, Sunday school superintendent, council member, committee member and as a trustee.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Dan Grieser of San Jose, Calif. and Tim (and wife, Sue) Grieser of Archbold; three daughters, Mary (Chuck Prather) and Elizabeth (Alan Miller), both of Denver, Colo. and Anne (Brian) Rex of Perrysburg; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Marvin (Estelle) Grieser of Pettisville; and four sisters, Dorothy Grieser, Lucile Grieser, Arlene Grieser and Doris Liechty, all of Archbold.
Preceding him in death were his parents; an infant son, David; four brothers, Orland Grieser, Cletus Grieser, Chauncey Grieser and Dale Grieser; and a sister, Florence Grieser.
Visitation will be held Friday from 3-8 p.m. in the Fairlawn Chapel.
Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Fairlawn Chapel with Pastors Jeffrey Smith, Wanda Stopher and Dale Wyse to officiate. Interment will precede in the Pettisville Cemetery. Short Funeral Home in Archbold is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Mennonite Central Committee or the American Heart Association.

George H. Brezovacki
(1927-2005)

COLDWATER, Mich. - George H. Brezovacki, 77, of Coldwater and formerly of the Bryan/Edgerton, Ohio area, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2005, at the Community Health Center of Branch County.
Born March 27, 1927, at Rib Lake, Wis., to Catherine (File) and John Brezovacki, he married Mary L. Mitchell on Sept. 28, 1951 at Paulding, Ohio, and she survives.
Retired from the General Motors Foundry in Defiance, Ohio in 1976 after 30 years, he had also worked at the Sears store in Bryan for 15 years. After moving to Coldwater, he worked at Century Bank and Trust.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the UAW No. 211.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Thomas of Coldwater; a daughter, Patricia Rowe of Albion, Ind.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, John of Tuscon, Ariz. and Jim of Boca Raton, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister, Kaye Thompson.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in the H.E.  Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, 108 S. West St., Angola, Ind.
Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Coldwater.

Loyal G. Ebersole
(1952-2005)

FAYETTE - Loyal G. Ebersole, 52, of Fayette, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at his home.
Born Feb. 18, 1952, at Morenci, Mich., he was the son of Geraldine (Wollter) and Lavoyd 'Bud' Ebersole.
A lifelong Fayette area resident, he was a farmer and was employed at Roadway in Archbold. Surviving are a son, Eric Ebersole of Archbold; a daughter, Amber (Ed Eisel) of Alvordton; three grandchildren, Lacotus, Kylee and Dylan Ebersole; his father, Bud Ebersole; a brother, Lyle Ebersole; and special friend, Audrey Delicato, all of Fayette.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Ebersole, and stepmother, Doris Ebersole. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-8 p.m. in the Eagle Funeral Home in Fayette.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Winston Hatcliff to officiate. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Union Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice, The Caring Way, of Williams and Fulton Counties.

Bruce Crum
(1947 - 2005)

WESTLAND, Mich. - "Bruce" Gary Crum, 57, of Westland and Montpelier, Ohio, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, at his Montpelier residence.
Born Nov. 4, 1947, in Ypsilanti, he was the son of Clara (Parker) and Alex Crum.
A 1966 graduate of Wayne Memorial High School in Wayne, Mich., he retired from Ford Motor Co. in Saline, Mich. in 2001, after approximately 30 years as a high-low driver. He had also worked for a number of years in his fatherŐs collision shop. He was a U.S. Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. Surviving are a daughter, Nicole L. Crum and a son, Brandon S. Crum, both of Westland; two grandchildren, Allissa L. Crum and Ethan H. Morga; his mother, Clara "Pee Wee" Crum of Zephyr Hills, Fla.; a brother, Alex (and wife, Karen) Crum Jr. of Milford; and a sister, Mrs. Ronald (Sandra) Kea of Grayling.
Visitation will be held Friday from 2-7 p.m. in the Uhts Funeral Home, Westland.
Interment will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Glenwood Gardens, Wayne, Mich. Thompson Funeral Home of Pioneer is in charge of local arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Liver Foundation.
