ROGER LUCKY RICH
Roger Lucky Rich, 89, of Midland, Ohio died 12:36 PM, Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Clinton Memorial Hospital, Wilmington, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Homan Rich, who died in February 2001. They were married November 14, 1942. Mr. Rich was born April 25, 1921, in Loveland, Ohio, son of the late Clarence and Emma Newberry Rich. He served in the United States Army during World War II with the 448th Battalion in the European Theater.
Mr. Rich was a farmer in Clinton County for more than 60 years. He was founder and an honorary member of the Blanchester FFA. He was a member of the Clinton County Dairy Board for 20 years and the Clinton County 4-H Board for 20 years. He served on the Southwestern Polled Hereford Association. He was a 4-H advisor for 40 years and was honored with the Clinton County Friend of 4-H Award. He was an active member of the American Legion 179 in Blanchester and the Harness and Hitch Club. He was a member of the Chester Friends Meeting.
Mr. Rich is survived by two sons, Larry (Carol) Rich of Blanchester, Ohio and Jerry (Debbie) Rich of Burnside, Kentucky; a daughter, Reba Cooper of Blanchester, Ohio; a brother, A. Lee (Betty) Rich of Knoxville, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Kym (Chuck) Parks, Jeff (Teresa) Rich, Jason Rich, and Corey (Beth) Rich; four great-grandchildren, T.J. Parks, Cassie Parks, Colton Rich, and Zachary Rich; and a special neighborhood of friends. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Charles Cooper; a sister, Wanda Balcom; a brother-in-law, Robert Balcom; and his special dog, Billie.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, November 22, 2010 at Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Michael and Nancy McCormick officiating. Burial will be in the Blanchester I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 21, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the 4-H Foundation.

LEONA ALICE HARVEY
Leona Alice Lyons Harvey, of Wilmington, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Clinton Memorial Hospital. She was born October 23, 1933, daughter of the late Cora Blanche and Samuel Lyons. She was a 1951 graduate of Martinsville High School and was an alumnus of Wilmington College.
She was a devoted member of the First Church of God in Wilmington where she was a Sunday school teacher. Her hobbies included music, traveling, and various types of games and sports. She enjoyed outings with family and friends and church activities. She was a loving and nurturing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who also encouraged and guided other children who were a part of her life.
She is survived by two brothers, Robert Lyons of Vero Beach, Florida and Russell (Donna) Lyons of Hillsboro, Ohio; five children, Norman Harvey Jr. of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, William Harvey of Wilmington, Ohio, Marvin (Faye) Harvey of Graham, North Carolina, Carole (Michael) Jones of Wilmington, Ohio, and Mary (Timothy) Fraley of Leesburg, Ohio; their father, Norman Harvey Sr. of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Vincent Harvey of Orlando, Florida, Ashley (Randy) Current Jr. of Sabina, Ohio, Virginia Jones of Wilmington, Ohio, Chelsea Holsinger of Maumee, Lisa Jones of Wilmington, Ohio, Amber Harvey of Madison, North Carolina, Chase Holsinger of Leesburg, Ohio, Sarah Kiprotich of Marietta, Georgia, and Aaron Burkhart of Mikado, Michigan; four great grandchildren, Dixie Current of Sabina, Ohio, Hannah Burkhart of Marietta, Georgia, Isaac Kiprotich of Marietta, Georgia, and Isaiah Kiprotich of Marietta, Georgia; two foster grandchildren, Casadora Pittman of Graham, North Carolina and Secret Pittman of Graham, North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many special friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at the First Church of God, 200 A Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Larry Speelman officiating. Burial will be in Martinsville I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the First Church of God. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Care Hospice, P.O. Box 123, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 or to the First Church of God, 200 A Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177, with memorial contributions to the church directed to the children's ministries in respect for her love of children.

IRENE HINES
Irene Hines, 54, of Wilmington, Ohio died 10:25 AM, Saturday, November 20, 2010 at her residence. Her husband, Rickey Hines, survives. They were married September 6, 1972. Mrs. Hines was born March 12, 1956 in London, Kentucky, daughter of the late Emery and Nora Price Parsley.
She had worked for the Wilmington News Journal as a newspaper carrier for 10 years. She also did housekeeping. She attended the Beechgrove Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Hines is survived by three sons, Rodney Hines of Wilmington, Ohio, Damon Hines of Wilmington, Ohio, and Casey Hines of Wilmington, Ohio; two brothers, Frank Parsley and Sam Parsley; four sisters, Alliemae (James) Owens, Louise (John) Jennings, Clara "Happy" (Eugene) Hatcher, and Reda Neou; nine grandchildren, Tyler, Harley, Hope, Sierra, Angel, Nick, Tasha, Aaron, and Skyler; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, a sister, Lorene Parsley, is preceded in death.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, November 29, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio. Burial will be in Clinton County Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 28, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 to assist with funeral expenses.

EILEENE L. WISWELL
Eileene L. Wiswell, 88, of Wilmington, Ohio (formerly of Eau Gallie, Florida) died 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Continental Manor Nursing Home, Blanchester, Ohio. Her husband, Walter J. "Shorty" Wiswell Sr. preceded her in death December 10, 1992. Mrs. Wiswell was born January 2, 1922 in Wilmington, Ohio, daughter of the late Howard M. and Olive Davis Crouse. She attended Martinsville School, but graduated from Wilmington High School.
Mrs. Wiswell worked for the Red Cross during World War II. Later she was employed by Wilmington Publishing and the Wilmington School System. She was a member of the Wilmington Church of Christ. She had been involved with the Wilmington Fire Department Women's Auxiliary "Fire Belles" and had been a member of the Fire Belles bowling team. She had also been active with Cub Scouts. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved her family.
Mrs. Wiswell is survived by a son, W. Jay Wiswell of Wilmington, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jaye Lynn (Jerry) Stapleton of Belgium, Mark Allen (Jennifer) Wiswell of Wilmington, Ohio, Jodi Caye (Jeff) Leasher of Blanchester, Ohio, and Michael Jay (Dianna) Wiswell of Wilmington, Ohio; seven great grandchildren, Cari Chae Ross, McKenzie Clayton Wiswell, Kaylee Brooke Wiswell, Allisun Jade Leasher, Autumn Janell Leasher, Lane Michael Wiswell, and Emily Lynn Wiswell; and two great-great grandchildren, Joshua Ross and Gracie Wiswell. In addition to her husband and parents, a daughter-in-law, Carolyn Mae Wiswell, and a brother, William D. Crouse, are preceded in death.
Graveside services will be held at Sugar Grove cemetery at the convenience of the family.

RUTH ROHE
Ruth Rohe, 94, of Wilmington, Ohio (formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio) died 10:45 AM, Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation Residence. Her husband, Norbert Rohe, preceded her in death. Mrs. Rohe was born February 3, 1916 in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of the late Julius and Amelia Coger. She was a longtime employee of McAlpins in Cincinnati; she enjoyed dancing.
Mrs. Rohe is survived by two grandchildren, Gary Rohe and Sharon (Antonio) Testa; three great grandchildren, Nickolas (Amber) Testa, Christopher Testa, and Anna Testa; and two great-great grandchildren, Blaine Testa and Audree Testa. In addition to her husband and parents, a son, Gerald Rohe, and 10 brothers and sisters, are preceded in death.
At her request, Mrs. Rohe will be cremated. No services are scheduled.

GERALD W. HOLL
Gerald W. Holl, 74, of Wilmington, Ohio died 6:58 PM, Friday, November 12, 2010 at Wilmington Nursing & Rehabilitation Residence. His wife, Virginia "Ginny" Valentine Gibson Holl, whom he married March 17, 1990, survives. Mr. Holl was born April 30, 1936 in Sarver, Pennsylvania, son of the late Wilbert and Dorothy E. Bachman Holl. He was a graduate of Wilmington College and served in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Holl retired from Cincinnati Milacron. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wilmington, a 39-year member of the Wilmington Lion's Club, and a member of the B.P.O. Elks 797.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Holl is survived by a daughter, Nicole (William) Hicks of Columbus, Ohio; three stepchildren, James Moyer of New Lexington, Ohio, Lynn Moyer of Columbus, Ohio, and Anthony (Christine) Gibson of Colorado; a sister, Glenda Rogers of Gulf Port, Mississippi; eleven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the First Baptist Church, 79 E. Locust Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Pastor Noah Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove cemetery with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 49 Memorial Squad. Friends may call from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Wilmington, 79 E. Locust Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
