Arlene G. Wymer

Arlene G. Wymer (Beigh), 76, of Findlay, passed away Saturday July 2, 2011 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Arlene was born February 12, 1935 in Fostoria, OH to Dorothy Alice (Maynard) Beigh (1908-1971) and Gerry LeDayle Beigh (Dale) (1907 - 1967). Arlene, early in her career, worked as a medical transcriber for the Blanchard Valley Hospital and then turned towards the successful and caring motherhood for her daughters and being a loving wife; in mid-life she returned to work at TV Times assisting at the offset press and finished her career at Video Towne. She was known for her insightful humor; deft skill at crossword puzzles, dinners out with Greeta's owner Joyce, and enjoyed sharing wine in the evenings with close friends and neighbors Carol and Joe. Arlene was an avid and accomplished bird watcher, having made several official sightings of rare birds in Ohio, and participated in the annual bird census for the National Audubon Society. Family and friends are invited to say their goodbyes at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday July 6, 2011 from 4:00-7:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Chaplain Kathie Tomazic will help loved ones celebrate Arlene's life and memories. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health & Hospice or to the National Audubon Society.
