ELLSWORTH E. QUIGLEY JR.
Ellsworth E. Quigley Jr., 72, of New Vienna, Ohio died 12:42 AM, Sunday, April 18, 2010 at his residence. His wife, Lois A. Amstutz Quigley, whom he married April 2, 1957, survives. Mr. Quigley was born December 7, 1937 in New Vienna, Ohio, son of the late Ellsworth E. Quigley Sr. and Violet Wallace Quigley. He served in the United States Marine Corp.
Prior to 1980, Mr. Quigley had been involved in farming and was also a traveling salesman. He was a member of the Family Fellowship Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Wyoming Antelope Club in Florida, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1161 in Hillsboro, Ohio. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and the AMVETS. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and reading.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Quigley is survived by two sons, William (Cristy) Quigley of Kingsville, Texas and Joseph Quigley of New Vienna, Ohio; a daughter, Diana Quigley of Wooster, Ohio; a half brother, John (Jean) Stratton of Dayton, Ohio; six grandchildren, Joseph Quigley Jr., Dustin Quigley, Crystal Quigley, Taylor Quigley, Nathan Cowart, and Andrew Cowart; and two great grandchildren, Kolton Quigley, and Kielyn Quigley.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, April 23, 2010 at L. Eugene Smith & Son Funeral Home, 64 S. South Street, New Vienna, Ohio with Pastor Larry Blowe officiating. Burial will be in New Vienna I.O.O.F. cemetery with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 49 Memorial Squad. Friends may call from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 22, 2010 and from10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Friday, April 23, 2010 at the L. Eugene Smith & Son Funeral Home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Community Care Hospice, P.O. Box 123, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.

EDNA TREXLER SHOEMAKER
Edna Trexler Shoemaker, 75, of Wilmington, Ohio died 6:24 AM, Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at her residence. Her husband, William Shoemaker, whom she married November 1979, survives. Mrs. Shoemaker was born August 10, 1934 in Spencer, North Carolina, daughter of the late Robert and Jessica Loflin Trexler.
Mrs. Shoemaker was a longtime substitute teacher for the Wilmington Middle School, retiring in 2008. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and was known as "MeMaw" to several young people in the community. She was an avid fan of Wilmington High School athletics. She was also a collector of antiques, and enjoyed going to auctions with her husband in search of good deals. She graduated from Wilmington College cum laude, and was a member of the Green Key Honor Society.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Shoemaker is survived by a daughter, Cathey Brandt Terrigno of Wilmington, Ohio; a son, Michael Kelly Brandt of Clearwater, Florida; two stepsons, William Shoemaker Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio and Jason Shoemaker of Wilmington, Ohio; a sister, Becky (Lee) Wilson of Charlotte, North Carolina; and six grandchildren, Paul Kurtis (Jennifer) Pietrini of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1Lt. Felice Terrigno of Fort Hood, Texas, Matthew Brandt Terrigno of Bridgton, New Jersey, Jessica Terrigno of Bridgton, New Jersey, Gianluca "Luca" Terrigno of Wilmington, Ohio, and Alyson Shoemaker of Wilmington, Ohio. In addition to her parents, two brothers, Glen Trexler and Grady Trexler, are preceded in death.
Friends may call from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday, April 26, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Community Care Hospice, P.O. Box 123 Wilmington, Ohio 45177.

CHARLES W. BECKETT
Charles W. Beckett, 74, of Wilmington, Ohio died 7:00 AM, Monday, April 26, 2010 at his residence. His wife, Bernadine Hackney Beckett, whom he married March 3, 1956, survives. Mr. Beckett was born January 15, 1936 in Harveysburg, Ohio, son of Lucile Ferris Beckett of Wilmington, Ohio and the late George C. Beckett. He was a 1954 graduate of Harveysburg High School.
Mr. Beckett farmed and worked at NCR in Dayton before working at GM Delco Products in Kettering. He retired from GM Delco Products where he had been a supervisor. After retirement, Mr. Beckett worked at the Elks pro shop in Wilmington. He was a member of Olive Branch United Methodist Church, and had been attending Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington. He was also a member of the Elks Golf Club and served in the Ohio National Guard.
In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Beckett is survived by two sons, Doug (Patty) Beckett of Clarksville, Ohio and Dean (Sharon) Beckett of Wilmington, Ohio; two daughters, Cindy Beckett of Dayton, Ohio and Debbie (Chuck) Gillen of Wilmington, Ohio; three brothers, Don (Pat) Beckett of Lebanon, Ohio, Keith (Wilma) Beckett of Dunlop, Tennessee, and Alan (Patty) Beckett of Oregonia, Ohio; two sisters, Cathy (Roger) Collins of Wilmington, Ohio and Susan Irwin of Wilmington, Ohio; his uncle, Craig Beckett of Oregonia, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Bridget Beckett of Clarksville, Ohio, Tiffany (Chad) Fallis of Greenville, Ohio, Justin (Elisha) Beckett of Wilmington, Ohio, Dirk (Trish) Beckett of Wilmington, Ohio, Lauren Beckett of Wilmington, Ohio, Trisha Gillen of Columbus, Ohio, and Kristen Gillen of Wilmington, Ohio; five great grandchildren, Jace Fallis, Cole Fallis, Brooklynn Beckett, Addison Beckett, and Duke Beckett; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Pastor Chad Fallis officiating. Burial will be in Miami cemetery, Corwin, Ohio. Friends may call from 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home.

SHEILA SITES
Sheila Sites, 45, of Wilmington, Ohio died 2:40 AM, Thursday, June 3, 2010 at her residence after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Her husband, Jeffrey Sites, whom she married June 27, 1987, survives. Mrs. Sites was born December 4, 1964 in Ashland, Ohio, daughter of Janet Funk Rockenfelder of Ashland, Ohio and the late Gilbert Rockenfelder. She was a 1983 graduate of Ashland High School and a 1987 graduate of The Ohio State University.
During her life, Mrs. Sites worked as a chemist at numerous locations, including the City of Lubbock, Texas Water Treatment Plant, De Yor Laboratories in Boardman, Ohio, and most recently, the City of Wilmington Water Treatment Plant. She also spent ten years as a sanitarian at the Clinton County Health Department. She had a great love of service to the community. She was a co-founder of the Wilmington Area Humane Society. She served in several offices for The Ohio State Alumni Club of Clinton County. She was also a 4-H advisor, president of the horse committee, and attended the Wilmington Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband and mother, Mrs. Sites is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Sites of Wilmington, Ohio and Megan Sites of Wilmington, Ohio; and two sisters, Nancy Bringman of Hilliard, Ohio and Mary (Ken) Hoffman of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, June 7, 2010 at the Christ United Methodist Church, 11409 Clermont Avenue, Ashland, Ohio with Pastor James Cox officiating. Burial will be in Ashland County Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Sunday, June 6, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio and from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday, June 7, 2010 at the Christ United Methodist Church, Ashland, Ohio.

LYMAN "JUNIOR" "JUNEBUG" WILLIS
Lyman "Junior" "Junebug" Willis Jr., 76, of Hillsboro, Ohio, formerly of Wilmington, Ohio, died 7:30 PM, Friday, June 4, 2010 at Heartland of Hillsboro. He is survived by his wife, Rita Cordy Willis of Wilmington, Ohio. They were married for 36 years. Mr. Willis was born May 28, 1934, in Washington Court House, Ohio, son of the late Lyman Mac Sr. and Goldie May Rickman Willis.
Mr. Willis retired as a staff sergeant from the United States Air Force in 1976 and had been stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He first served in the U.S. Army before transferring to the U.S. Air Force. He served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. After he retired, he worked for the Wilmington City Schools.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Johnnie Willis, Steven Willis, and Kenny Smallwood; four daughters, Brenda Page (Dean) Smallwood, Nina Willis, Peggy Willis, and Christine Morris; three sisters, Martha Willis, Pat Morton, and Marie Willis; several grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Craig Willis; a brother, Daniel Willis; and two sisters, Cordella Rivera and Loucille Retter.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM, Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South St., Wilmington, Ohio with Pastor Tom Knauff officiating. Burial will be in Martinsville I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, June 9, 2009 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 644 Linn St., Suite 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.

RUSSELL W. "RUSS" FRAZIER
Russell W. "Russ" Frazier, 96, of Wilmington, Ohio died peacefully Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at home surrounded by his loved ones. His wife, Maxine "Mickey" Frazier, preceded him in death January 23, 2008. They were married May 17, 1935. Mr. Frazier was born December 16, 1913 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of the late Harry and Bessie Camp Frazier.
Mr. Frazier retired in 1979 from Wright Patterson Air Force Base where he was a tool maker/machinist. After his retirement from Wright Patterson, he retired a second time from the Elks Golf Course. Russell was a wonderful father, father-in-law, and grandfather who lived life to the fullest. When not golfing, He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Frazier is survived by two children, Kathryn (Jon) Mueller and Gary (Susan) Frazier; a daughter-in-law, Judy Frazier; seven grandchildren, Tim Frazier, Jeff (Jackie) Frazier, Mike (Sandy) Frazier, Aimee (Dan) Blakeman, Matthew (Molly) Mueller, Courtney (Aaron) College and Russell Frazier; 14 great grandchildren, Kristin (Scott) Grennell, Josh Frazier, Jonathan Frazier, Hunter Frazier, Logan Frazier, Jacob Frazier, Ashley Frazier, Tyler Frazier, Blake Frazier, Drew Blakeman, Taylor Blakeman, Brooke Blakeman, Cameron Blakeman, and Haden Mueller; and two great-great grandchildren, Alexia Frazier and McKenzie Frazier.
In addition to his wife and parents, two sons, Richard Frazier and John Frazier, are preceded in death.
Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Deacon Bob Baker officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home. MARY LOUISE HARRIS
Mary Louise Harris, 82, of Martinsville, Ohio departed this life Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at The Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Sherman E. Harris. Mrs. Harris was born May 25, 1927 in Greenfield, Ohio, daughter of the late John A. and Elizabeth M. Williams Smith. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She gave her all to her family. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones and friends.
Mrs. Harris is survived by three sons, Dean Riley of Martinsville, Ohio, Terry (Brenda) Riley of Martinsville, Ohio, and David (Linda) Harris of Martinsville, Ohio; four daughters, Diana Thomas of Martinsville, Ohio, Debbie Stone of Martinsville, Ohio, Sandy (Ron) Lapping of Columbus, Ohio, and Sharon McCollum of West Liberty, Ohio; 20 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, two sons, Larry Riley and Medford Harris, and a brother, Thomas Smith, are preceded in death.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Rev. Wylie Perkins officiating. PHYLLIS R. BOCKELMAN GEORGE
Phyllis R. Bockelman George, 76, of Apache Junction, Arizona (formerly of Clarksville, Ohio) died Friday, May 28, 2010 at Horizon Bay Assisted Living, Apache Junction, Arizona. Her husband, Eugene E. George, preceded her in death January 17, 2005. They were married July 14, 1952. Mrs. George was born April 14, 1934 in Clarksville, Ohio, daughter of the late Bertram M. and Lavonne Gleason Bockelman. She was a graduate of Clarksville High School.
In addition to being a wife and mother, Mrs. George was the long time owner of Creative Ceramics in Clarksville. She was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church and had served as the treasurer of the Clarksville High School Alumni and as had been a board member for Clinton County Children's Services.
Mrs. George is survived by four sons, Steve (Martha) George of Connecticut, Keith (Virginia) George of Arizona, Mark George of Franklin, Ohio, and T. Michael (Renae) George of Clarksville, Ohio; a daughter, Christine Lancen of New Vienna, Ohio; a brother, Patrick (Diana) Bockelman of Michigan; a sister, Jennifer (Mark) Knepper of Indiana; nine grandchildren, Kirsten, Craig, Matthew, Nicholas, Casey, Austin, Carissa, Eric, and Dylan; three great grandchildren, Christian, Emma, and Aubri; and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Friday, June 4, 2010 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 73 N. Mulberry Street, Wilmington, Ohio with Rev. James M. Wedig officiating. Burial will be in Clinton County Memory Gardens.

LOIS A. GREENE
Lois A. Greene, 76, of Martinsville, Ohio died 2:15 AM, Friday, May 28, 2010 at Quaker Heights Nursing Home, Waynesville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane M. "Skip" Greene, who died June 12, 2008. They were married March 26, 1949. Mrs. Greene was born July 12, 1933, in Montgomery County, Ohio, daughter of the late Joe and Lill Hoffman Gebhart. She was an animal lover. She had many beloved pets and had volunteered at the animal shelter. She enjoyed many years of watching her grandchildren play sports.
She is survived by a son, Wayne (Casey) Greene of Blanchester, Ohio; a daughter, Lynn (Alfred) Goley of Wilmington, Ohio; three sisters, Josie Lindsay, Patty Van Buren and Glenna Bishop, all of Miamisburg, Ohio; four grandchildren, Ryan (Stephanie) Greene, Heather (Dan) Tebler, Dustin Greene, and Kelsey Greene; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Goonan, and a grandson, Corey Greene.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 5, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South St., Wilmington, Ohio.

DOUGLAS C. BAGFORD
Douglas C. Bagford, 53, of Clarksville, Ohio died 1:00 PM, Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Bethesda North Hospital. Mr. Bagford was born January 26, 1957 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of Sid and Jean Mussetter Bagford of Wilmington. He was a 1975 graduate of Clinton Massie High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wright State University.
Mr. Bagford worked as a C.P.A. for General Electric in Cincinnati. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington, the Clarksville F&AM; Lodge 323, and the Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and reader, as well as a passionate collector of various artifacts.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bagford is survived by two sisters, Becky (Jeff) Conard of Wilmington, Ohio and Mindy (Steve) Hathaway of Clarksville, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Amber (Shane) Carter, Joshua (Megan) Conard, Matthew (Cassandra) Conard, Tyler Conard, Sydney Hathaway, Ethan Hathaway, and Evan Hathaway; great nieces and great nephews; and numerous friends and co-workers.
Funeral services will be 3:30 PM, Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington, 55 Megan Drive, Wilmington, Ohio with Pastor Kelly D. McInerney officiating. Burial will be in Clarksville cemetery. Friends may call from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Masonic services at 8:00 PM) Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Bible Baptist Church Building Fund, 55 Megan Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
