Rev. Robert M. Dunn, Baptist pastor
Rev. Robert M. Dunn, 66, former director of ministries for the Cincinnati Baptist Association, died Jan. 5.
Rev. Dunn and his wife, Ann, taught English in China. He was on a two-year assignment with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention at the time of his death.
Among churches he served as pastor were Greenview Baptist Church in Florence, Ky., and First Baptist Church of Dent.
Rev. Dunn, who held a doctor of divinity degree, taught at the Boyce Bible School and served on the boards of the Northern Kentucky Convalescent Center and Kentucky Baptist Association. In 1983, he began work as director of missions of the Cincinnati Baptist Association and retired as a home missionary in June.
He also leaves a daughter, Sandi Webb of Burlington, Ky.; sons, John of Cape Coral, Fla., Tony of Cincinnati, Scott of Florence and Keith of Danville, Ky.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Donald Lehman, noted in machine industry
Donald F. Lehman, 74, of Middletown, Ohio, died Thursday after an extended illness.
Mr. Lehman worked for Black Clawson Co.'s Shartle Division, now Thermco Black Clawson Inc., from 1953 until his retirement in 1988. His career with the company spanned positions from laboratory technician to product manager to technical director, the position he held at the time of his retirement.
Most noted for his contribution in developing machine components, Mr. Lehman held a number of patents for his many inventions in the stock preparation area for the pulp and paper industry. He also published numerous technical papers.
He leaves his wife, Ann Lehman; sons, a daughter, a brother and a sister. Arrangements were through Wilson Schramm Funeral Home.

Donald E. Hacker, a pioneer in the development of aircraft engine machining technology, died Tuesday at Bethesda North Hospital. He was 72.
He retired from General Electric in 1986.
He was project director for the Horizontal Turning Cell, a revolutionary robotic technology. His work on the cell was featured in American Machinist Magazine.
Much of his tenure at GE was devoted to metallurgical testing of metals for strength under high performance situations. On several projects, he served as a liaison between the company and the Air Force.
Away from the office, Mr. Hacker was a baseball coach and was active in booster clubs at Moeller and Ursuline Academy, where his children excelled in athletics. He was a member of the General Electric ELFUN Society, an avid golfer, and a member of St. Gertrude Church in Madeira.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Kelly Hacker; sons, James Hacker of Cincinnati, Robert Hacker of Loveland, Michael Hacker of Bloomington, Ind.; daughters, Judy O'Donnell and Donna McCudden, both of Cincinnati; five brothers and sisters; and 10 grandchildren.
