Martha Albers, of auto family
Martha Trennepohl Albers, widow of Cincinnati auto dealer and manufacturer Joseph H. Albers, died Monday at her Wyoming home. She was 99.
Mrs. Albers grew up in Batesville, Ind., and moved to Northside after her parents died. She later worked at Procter & Gamble's Ivorydale packaging plant, where she met Mr. Albers.
Chris Albers, her grandson, said Mrs. Albers was a woman of quiet honor and strength.
'She was like one of Willa Cather's heroines, a woman who had mastered the art of living,' said Mr. Albers, who is president of Lomar, the company his grandfather founded.
Mrs. Albers was a tireless worker for Catholic charities such as Girls Town, the Siena Guild and Glenmary Home Missioners.
She also leaves a daughter, Lorraine Dwyer; a son, Dr. John E. Albers; 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. A son, Joseph C. Albers, preceded her in death.

Louise Webster, cooked for restaurants
Louise Webster, 85, whose tasty dishes pleased diners at a number of restaurants in southeastern Indiana over the years, died Tuesday. The Lawrenceburg resident was 85.
Mrs. Webster worked at the Marathon, King Hotel, Wildridge's, Berry's and other restaurants in Lawrenceburg and Aurora. She was a member of Patriot Baptist Church.
She leaves a son, Harold Webster of Lawrenceburg; daughters, Barbara Huddleston and Dorothy Saylor, both of Lawrenceburg, Mary Lou Ballard of Florence, Ind., and Della Holliday and Joyce Markland, both of Aurora; 22 grandchildren and several great-great- and great-grandchildren.
