She would have been 100 on May 10.

She was born in Bethlehem, Pa., the daughter of German immigrants. In 1928, she married Vernon Woodward of Norwood, an accountant at Procter & Gamble.

While living in Greater Cincinnati, Mrs. Woodward was a member of the Mother Singers, the Cincinnati Woman's Club, the Cornell University Women's Club and the Church of the Ascension and Holy Trinity. For many years, she volunteered at the gift shop run by the Women's Service Guild of Goodwill Industries in Woodlawn.
