Survived by loving children, Karolyn (Terry) Yoakum of Westerville, Oh., Alan Klemm of Glandorf, Oh.; grandchildren, Mike, Julie, Amy, Jill, Steve, Brian, Eric, Chris, Kevin, Bridget, Kerry and Jamie; many great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Tuesday 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 313 N. State St., Westerville. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery. Friends if they wish, may contribute to the American Cancer Society, 900 Michigan Ave., Columbus, Oh. 43215-1165.

LEIGHTY Joe R. Leighty Sr., age 71, of Columbus, passed away Monday, April 2, 2001 at Riverside Hospital. Mr. Leighty was a C.P.A. and owned his own practice in Grove City until his recent retirement. He was a well known and admired musician in the Columbus area. Joe belonged to Grove City United Methodist Church and the Ohio Society of C.P.A.'s. Survived by his wife, Donna Marie; 3 daughters, Carol and her husband, Phil Scala of Grove City, Mary Jo and her husband, Tim Doran of Dublin and Peggy Leighty of Columbus; a son, Joe Jr. and his wife, Karla of Grove City; 5 grandchildren, Zachary, Kirby and Kelly Doran and Lucas and Logan Leighty; 2 brothers, William E. of Sidney, Oh. and John and his wife, Marcia Leighty of New Carlisle; and 5 nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Services will be held Thursday 10 a.m. at the funeral home where his nephew, John Leighty, will officiate. Burial in Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco, Oh. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

LINDSAY Bernard Lindsay, age 76, of Columbus, died Sunday, April 1, 2001 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Member of the Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Volunteer at St. Ann's Hospital and a Doorman at Summit Chase Apartments. Retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Veteran U.S. Army, WW II and Korea, USAF in Vietnam. Survived by wife, Marie; daughter, Patricia Tilghman; son, Edward Lindsay of Philadelphia, Pa.; daughter, Brenda M. Hunt, Columbus; grandchildren, Marcy T. Lowe of Atlanta and Wm. L. Watts of Birmingham; 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday April 6, 2001 at The Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith at 7 p.m., where friends may call 1 hour prior to the service. Graveside service will be held Saturday April 7, 2001 at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery. Elder William Polly officiating. Arrangements by SCHOEDINGER LINDEN CHAPEL, 2740 Cleveland Ave.

MOELLER Iris Irene (Troyer) Moeller, 96, died peacefully on April 1, 2001, at her home in Kensington Place in Columbus. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Rev. Paul Moeller of Columbus; daughters and sons-in-law Joan (Richard) Deyoe of Olympia, Wa.; Mary (Michael) Benis of Columbus; sons and daughters-in-law Phil (Marcia) Moeller of Denver, Co.; Bob (Wanda) Moeller of Sharon, Ct.; grandchildren John Deyoe of Olympia, Wa.; Keith (Louise) Deyoe of North Bend, Wa.; Doug Moeller of Berkeley, Ca.; Jason Benis of Columbus; Alison Benis of Chicago, Il.; Adam; Nathan; and Brittany Moeller of Denver, Co.; and great-granddaughter Erin Deyoe of Vancouver, Wa. Iris was a graduate of Ohio State University, a former teacher, long-time student of nature, faithful servant of God, and a blessing to all who knew her. Private burial will be in Continental, Oh., followed by memorial services on Friday, April 6, at 1:30 p.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 23019 Kellogg Rd., Grand Rapids, Oh., and on Saturday, April 7, at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 211 N. Merkle, Columbus. The family will receive friends after the services. In lieu of flowers those who wish may contribute in her name to either Hosanna or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or to a charity of their choice.

MORRIS M. Dan Morris, age 65, of Apopka, Florida, March 31, 2001. Born May 14, 1935 in Bealsville, Oh. and a resident of Westerville until he graduated from The Ohio State University Dental School in 1962. He joined the Navy in 1962 and served as a Dental Officer until his retirement in 1989. He moved to Apopka, Fla. in 1990 and was employed by Mt. Dora Country Club and a member of Errol Estate Country Club. Survived by wife, Dorothy; son, Doug (Angelia) Morris of Sanford, Fla.; daughter, Michelle (Mitch) Conn of Lawrenceville, Ga.; grandchildren, Ashley and Austin Morris, Calvin Dakota and Samantha Conn. Preceded in death by parents M. Ray and Beulah Morris; brother M. Neal Morris. Funeral service will be held at LOOMIS FUNERAL HOME, 420 W. Main Street, Apopka, Fla. 32703, Wednesday, April 4, 2001. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society.

McCANN Mary Madeline "Madge" McCann, age 80, Sunday, April 1, 2001. Member of St. Catharine Church and former member of the Elizabethan Guild. Retired Office Manager from John Hancock Insurance. Preceded in death by parents Alban and Blanche Colopy McCann and brother and sister-in-law Gregory and Joan McCann. Survived by brothers, T. Joseph (Peggy) McCann and Alban McCann, Jr.; sisters, Louella Meinken of Chicago, Ill. and Helen (George) Gugle; many nieces and nephews. McCLELLAND Harriet J. McClelland, 89, of Newark, died March 19, 2001 at LPN Health Care Facility. Born August 19, 1911 in Westerville, Oh., daughter of the late Hanby R. and Mary (Ranck) Jones. Retired School Teacher with Westerville Schools, Newton School and Newark School. Graduate of Otterbein College. Member of United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband Dean McClelland, March 19, 1982. Survived by son, Peter W. Frevert of Pomona, Kan.; step-sons, John McClelland of Titusville, Fla. and Dean "Sandy" of Grinnell, Iowa; step-daughter, Marilyn Hovater of Alexandria, Va.; 4 sisters; 4 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. McNAUGHTON Rosalie E. McNaughton, age 82, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2001. Charter member of Good Shepherd Community Church. Former owner of furniture store in St. Clairsville, Oh. Preceded in death by husband Robert, brother Harold Porterfield. Survived by daughter, Joyce (Edward) Rife of Columbus; grandchildren, Robert Rife and Rhonda Alston; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Austin, Bethany and Aaron Rife; sister, Mary Belle Rutan; several nieces and nephews. NEELD Charlotte Neeld, age 86, passed away at home Monday, April 2, 2001. She is survived by her son, William (Bert) Neeld; daughters, Charlotte Stephens, Joyce Stephens and Joan Overholt; brother, Robert (Irma) Mitchell; sisters, Edith Roebuck and Susan Sabold; 18 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson. Her family will receive friends Wednesday 7-9 p.m. at the COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg, where her funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate. NEWLAND Harry O. Newland, age 79, of Tucson, Ariz., died suddenly March 27, 2001. Retired from 40 years of private practice of Family Medicine at Westerville Medical Center, Westerville, Oh. and 50 years on the staff of Grant Hospital, Columbus, Oh. Born November 5, 1921 in Dover, Oh. Graduated from Bowling Green State University and The Ohio State University Medical School. Served in WW II Asiatic-Pacific Theatre as a 1st Sergeant and medical lab technician. Member of Phi Chi medical fraternity. Member of Blendon Lodge 339 F&AM, Westerville, Oh., life member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Rotary International. He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Sally Furry (Frank), Trevor Newland (Beverly), Brian Newland (LeeAnne), Susan Rose (Ed) and their mother, Mary Lou Newland; grandchildren, Brion, Brennan, Lisa, Laura, Austin, Alison, Gwen, Heidi; step-daughters, Carolyn Harrison, Janet Collins (Brad); grandchildren, Jacqueline, Kristen (Tim), Stefanie, Lora, Megan; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Austin. He leaves beloved friends with whom he shared his love of the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing and so many others whose lives were enriched by his intelligence, charm, humor and passion for life. Dr. Newland will also be missed by thousands of people whose lives were touched by his medical expertise and skills. A memorial service will be held for family and friends at Central College Church, 975 Sunbury Rd., Westerville, Oh. at 7 p.m. on April 5 with Dr. Richard Ellsworth officiating. NUNZIATA Martha O. Nunziata, age 78, of Worthington, died Sunday, April 1, 2001 at Worthington Christian Village. Survived by Antonio B. Nunziata, her husband of 54 years; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara (Edward) Waters-Staff of New York; son and daughter-in-law, Frank (Anna) Nunziata of Columbus; grandchildren, Carl Waters, Frank Nunziata II, Michael Nunziata; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose (Joseph) Dionesio of Fla., Josephine (Marcel) Pichonnat, Marie (James) Gagliano, Frances (Luke) Guglielmo, Elizabeth (Salvatore) Nespoli of New Jersey and Teresa (Michael) Franckhauser of Worthington. Preceded in death by parents Edgar Hiram and Lilly May Peck, brothers Jack, Willard and Clarence. Survived by wife, Lilly (Collins); son, Joseph M. Peck; daughters, Joyce M. (Douglas) Hagge, Susan L. (Ruben) Montes and Angela (Chris) Comstock; brother, Glen Peck; sister-in-law, Betty Peck; sisters, Mildred, Geneva, Betty, Mary and Dorothy; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. REDDING Robert Eugene Redding, 76, of Grove City, was born December 31, 1924 and died April 2, 2001 at The Ohio State University Hospital. Mr. Redding was a veteran of the United States Navy and served on the battleship New Jersey during WW II. He was a proud member of F&AM Lodge #689 in Grove City and was retired from Sears. Preceded in death by his parents Dennie and Opal Redding. Mr. Redding is survived by his loving wife of 36 years on March 12, 2001, Ardath M.; son, Steven (Monica) Redding of Grove City; daughter, Rebecca (Danny) Collier of Pickaway County; brother, Donald (Margie) Redding of Newark; grandchildren, Cody Robert Redding, Michael Collier and Rochelle Collier; and numerous other relatives, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2001 at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling. Arrangements by SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL.
