REARDON Thelma Berniece "Bee" Reardon, 89, of Worthington, died Wednesday February 28, 2001 at her home. She was born March 1, 1911 in Byer, Oh. to Lincoln and Sybil (Robey) Rawlins. She married James P. Reardon in 1939, he died in 1977. She was a member of North Broadway United Methodist Church. Survived by daughter, Mary Lou (Jack) Crumley of Reynoldsburg; sons, J. Blair (Patricia) Reardon of Columbus, C. Michael (Stephanie) Reardon of Wooster, Oh., James P. Reardon Jr. of Delaware, Oh. Timothy W. (Sharon) Reardon of Powell, Oh.; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral service Monday 11 a.m., March 5, 2001, SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., (* mile south of I-270), where friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Rev. Douglas Shriner officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park. SARTIN Jimmie Sartin, age 64, died February 28, 2001 at his residence. He was a retired brakeman for the Norfork and Southern Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Myrtle; daughter, Laquita Lyons; sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmie Ray and Cindy Sartin, Terry Lee and Tonya Sartin; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Edna Smith. Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2001 at the SCHOEDINGER CLEVELAND AVE. CHAPEL, 2741 Cleveland Ave., where family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday. Pastor C.D. Roessler officiating. SCHORNAK Clara Christina Schornak, age 73, of Marietta, Ga., died Wednesday, February 28, 2001. A Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marietta with Fr. Sylvester Nwaogu officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Kennesaw, Ga. Thompson Peggy A. Thompson, age 63, of Columbus, suddenly Wednesday, February 28, 2001 at her residence. A member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Westerville, Oh., where she was also a member of Daughters' of the King. Survived by loving husband, Doug; daughter, Julianne (Steven R.) Brown; sons, Mark and Matthew Thompson; grandchildren, Jason, Megan and Austin Brown. Peg was a proud head football coach's wife, mother, grandmother and friend. During her life, she was a realtor, bookkeeper, and a member of the Happy Cookers. She enjoyed stitchery and was one of the "Four Foxy Friends From Fostoria." TOPPING Earl Zane Topping, 67, of Plantation, Fla., formerly of South Bloomfield, Oh. A loving husband, father and grandfather went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 26, 2001. He was retired from Field Publications, formerly of Xerox Publications, where he worked for 42 years. He served 3 years in the U.S. Army. His parents Artie and Lois Topping and sister Virginia Topping preceded him in death. His older brother, Charles Topping of Columbus, Oh. and a sister, Sue Carol Wells of Canton, Oh., survive him. He leaves behind his devoted wife of 43* years, Monnie Lucas Topping; children and spouses, Kimberly and Alan Parrina of Tampa, Fla., Diana and Michael Weber of Aventura, Fla., Sonia and Steven Bottona of Sunrise, Fla. He had 6 much loved grandchildren, Hope and Larissa Holbrook, Whitney and Chelsie Gibbs, Hayley and Heather Bottona. The family will receive friends at the REGER FUNERAL HOME, 1242 Adams Ave., Huntington, W.Va., on Thursday 6-9 p.m., where service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. Rev. Ben Dean will be officiating. Interment will be in Maple Hill Section of Docks Creek Cemetery.

TRACY Ardine A. Tracy, died February 26, 2001 at Broad Creek Care Center on Hilton Head Island, S.C., where she had been a resident for the past 2* years. Mrs. Tracy was born in 1906 in Columbus, Oh., where she lived most of her life. She was the daughter of Claude B. and Ina Arbogast. She graduated from St. Mary of the Springs Academy, and is past president of its alumnae. In 1928 she graduated in Home Economics from The Ohio State University where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and an avid football fan. She taught Home Economics in Bucyrus, Oh. until her marriage in 1930 to Paul A. Tracy who died in 1987. Mrs. Tracy was active in many church, school and civic organizations. She was a charter member of St. Catharine's Parish and a founder and past president of the St. Catharine's Golden Age Club. The St. Charles Preparatory School Mother's Club, the Elizabethan Guild, the Childhood League, the Mt. Carmel Health Center Auxiliary, of which she was a past president, all benefitted from her services. She was also a member of the Bexley Activities Club. Survived by 3 sons, Thomas A. (married to Mary Botkin Tracy) of Hilton Head Island, S.C., P. Joseph (married to Mary Elizabeth Tracy) of Strongsville, Oh. and John C. (married to Sue O'Leary Tracy) of Jackson, MS; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. Friends may call Friday 2:30-4 and 7-9 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. TRUXALL Florence L. Truxall, age 102, of Columbus, died Wednesday, February 28, 2001 at Whetstone Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Truxall. Her survivors include her children, Daniel (Dixie) Truxall of Grove City and Marshall (Eileen) Truxall of Worthington; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. She was a 50 plus year member of North Broadway United Methodist Church and a member of the Clintonville Woman's Club. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2001 at Union Cemetery with Rev. Ed Lewis officiating. The family will welcome friends at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington on Friday from 6-8 p.m. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to North Broadway United Methodist Church or to the charity of choice.

ALBAUGH Mary L. Albaugh, age 83, of Columbus, died Thursday, March 1, 2001 at the Laurels of Worthington Nursing Home. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lucy Frances and Phillip McPherson; grandchildren, Cheri, Phillip, Jr., Roderick (Gina) and Derrick; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Albert Landenberger; several nieces and nephews. Member of West Park United Methodist Church. Funeral service 10 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2001 at the RUTHERFORD-SHROYER FUNERAL HOME, 1278 West Broad St., Columbus with Rev. Jeff Julien officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. ALTHAUSER Ethel M. Althauser, age 95, of Westerville, March 1, 2001 at Manor Care Westerville. Retired from Timken Roller Bearing Co. Lifetime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Westerville. Survived by brother, Walter Althauser of Westerville; many nieces, nephews and close friends. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Sunday 2-5 p.m. Service will be held Monday 10 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 4686 E. Walnut St., Westerville. Pastor Charles Woodward officiating. BARNES Ella Barnes, 104, passed away on February 27, 2001 in Long Beach, Calif. She is survived by her loving daughter, Frances Dodd of Long Beach, Calif.; sister, Rose Alfonso of New Orleans, La.; grandchildren, Carl (Sheila) Grose of Scott City, Mo. and Toni (Charles) McAleer of Newark, Md.; her great-grandchild, Charles McAleer, Jr. The visitation will be from 12noon-4 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2001 at BROTHERS MORTUARY, Long Beach, Calif., 562-438-1145. The graveside service will be at Forest Lawn, Long Beach on Monday, March 5, 2001 at 10:30 a.m.

BARROW Ronald R. Barrow, age 57, of Westerville, Thursday, March 1, 2001. Employed for 35 years at Nationwide Insurance. BRAHM Carl F. Brahm, age 91, of Columbus, died Wednesday, February 28, 2001 at Riverside Hospital. Preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Dorothy Brahm. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Dick and Emily Brahm of Powell; grandchildren, Michael (Anne) Brahm of Westchester, Ill. and Jennifer (Eric) Hemstreet of Powell. BUSBEE Curtis Eugene Busbee was born March 6, 1910 in Wadley, Ala. to the late John W. and Anlizzie Busbee. He joined the U.S. Army in 1942 and served honorably during WW II. He was Trustee of Hanna Drive Baptist Church until sickness prevailed over his body. He was preceded in death by parents John W. and Anlizzie Busbee, a daughter Gynith, a great-grandson and 6 brothers. Curtis departed this life at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at his home after a serious illness. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memories, his loving wife of 59 years, Louise; devoted daughter, Loretta Willis of Columbus, Oh.; sisters, Eldora Rowe, Ophelia Davis of Fort Pierce, Fla., Fannie Moore of Atlanta, Ga. and Marie (Henry) Lee of Detroit, Mich.; brothers, Cephus (Rochelle) Busbee of Detroit, Mich. and Young Busbee of Dayton, Oh.; grandchildren, Loretta Adams, Thomas Adams, Anita (Dennis) Cooper, April Adams, Jovan Helton and Barbara Helton, all of Columbus, Oh.; 15 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Lewis (Hazel) Hubbard of Jamaica, N.Y.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Services were held Monday, February 26, 2001 at J.E. SCOTT MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, Charleston, W.Va. Burial was in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar, W.Va.
