Richard Emerson Williamson Sr.
Shawnee resident Richard "Dick" Emerson Williamson Sr., 72, died Saturday at a local hospital.

He was born March 1, 1931, in Stratford to Walter and Ester Williamson. He attended Stratford High School, received his GED and also his college degree.

Williamson served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force.

He married Alice Leaser on May 15, 1952, in Konawa.

He was a member of Central Church of Christ, the American Legion in Ardmore, the Disabled American Veterans and was a member of Toastmasters.

He was preceded in death by a son, Richard E. Williamson Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Williamson of the home; two daughters and a son-in-law, Angela and Bob Elliott of Irving, Texas and Dodie M. Fielding of Shawnee; six grandchildren, Autumn and Valerie Claire, Richard Edward Elliott, David Lynn Fielding II, Laura Kae Arneecher, John Earl Fielding; and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be noon Monday at Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.

James Eugene Sivils
Oklahoma City resident James Eugene Sivils, 36, died Friday in Oklahoma City.

Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Resthaven Funeral Home of Shawnee with the Rev. Don Farris officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park of Shawnee.

Lillian Hogue Tison
Tecumseh resident Lillian Hogue Tison, 85, died Friday in Tecumseh.

Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cooper Funeral Chapel of Tecumseh. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Other information is pending and will be announced by the funeral home.

Joe M.L. Melton
Joe M.L. Melton, 79, of Midland, Texas, and formerly of Stroud, died April 13.

Survivors include daughters and a son-in-law, Mary Ellen Myers of Dallas, Janet Melton of Plano, Texas, and Pat and Tom Moore of Lakeside, Ariz.; sister-in-law, Shirley Melton; grandchildren, Christina Moore and Joey Moore of Lakeside, Ariz.; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church in Midland with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home of Midland, Texas.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Texas Heart Institute in Houston.

Texon Carlton Richards
Texon Carlton Richards, 67, Choctaw, formerly of Maud, died Saturday at an Oklahoma City hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Colleen Richards of the home; son, Terry Don Richards, Fort Lupton, Colo.; daughter, Carla Reneau Richards, Aurora, Colo.; two brothers, Noel L. and Delbert Richards; sisters, Ozeeta Dodson and Treva Ann Phipps; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Choctaw Church of Christ with Marty Kesslor officiating.

Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.

Margie S. Lasenberry
Margie S. Lasenberry, 80, of Chickasha died Thursday at a Shawnee Hospital.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Donna Lasenberry of Shawnee; son-in-law, Bill Harmon of Duncan; three sisters, Lillian Kuhnman of Chickasha, Margaret Huseman of Chickasha and Wanda Pilcher of Edmond; one brother, Howard Shoffit of Chickasha; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 3:30 p.m. today in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home of Chickasha. Burial will follow at Pocasset Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Grace Lavina Muns
Grace Lavina Muns, 90, of Warwick, Okla., died Thursday in her home.

Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-laws, Frances P. and Oscar Lesher of Crescent, Okla., Donna J. and John D. Vails of Wellston, Okla., Margie L. Muns of Wellston and Susan D. Muns of Wellston; one brother and sister-in-law, Homer V. and Bonnie Pool of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Margaret Pool of Midwest City and Bertha Pool of Chandler; three grandchildren; seven great-granchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Chandler. Burial will follow in the Wellston Cemetery under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.

Dawn D. Daon
Shawnee resident Dawn Daon, 64, died Wednesday in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include two sons, Cameron Ray Dyer of Prague and Charles Roy Dyer II of Noble; two brothers, Robert Beseda of Caldwell, Texas, and John Beseda of Bryan, Texas; five sisters, Josie Silsith, Mary Ann Beseda and Bonnie Sue West, all of Bryan, Texas; Carol Jean Pyle of Austin, Texas, and Betty Ruth Beasley of Waco, Texas; and six grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday in Prague Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Prague. Viewing and visitation will be 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday.

Floyd William DeWeber
Floyd William DeWeber, 84, of Tecumseh died Friday.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at Cooper Funeral Chapel of Tecumseh with the Rev. Kenny Myers, pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Tecumseh and the Rev. Delbert Akin officiating Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery.

Further arrangements are pending and will be announced by Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.

Ethel L. (Coffey) Ritchie
Ethel L. (Coffey) Ritchie, 96, of Tecumseh died Friday at a local nursing home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel. Other arragements pending with Gaskill-Owens Funeral Home of Shawnee.

Hazel Jewel Readnour
Hazel Jewel Readnour, 71, died Wednesday at her home near Meeker.

Survivors include one son, Lorn Gene Readnour of Ireland; one brother, Elzy Cantwell of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Opal Curb and Mavis Demo, both of Midwest City; special friends, Mary Elms and family and Nona Wheeler and family, all of Oklahoma City.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at New Hope Cemetery with the Rev. Michael Hamm officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.

Wanda Lucille Kiser
Wanda Lucille Kiser, 69, Wanette, died Tuesday at an Oklahoma City Hospital.

Survivors includes two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jerry Kiser, Albuquerque, N.M., and Keith and Pam Kiser, Wanette; daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis and Raymond McBroom and Priscilla and Glenn Jones, all of Wanette; brothers and sisters-in-law, Norman Sturgill, Kingston; James and Lydia Sturgill, Choctaw; Franklin and Sue Sturgill, Lebanon, Mo.; and Carl and Linda Sturgill, Wanette; sisters and brothers-in-law, Alene and Wyman Snow, Lexington; Gerelene and David Ogg, Wanette; and Joyce Sweden, Oklahoma City; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Services are 2 p.m. today at Wanette First Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Stevenson and the Rev. Cliff Bettes officiating. Burial follows in Wanette Cemetery.

Wadley's Funeral Service, Purcell, is in charge of arrangements.

Yvonne Wood
Yvonne Wood, 35, Seminole, died Tuesday at an Oklahoma City hospital.

Survivors include her mother, Ruby Laxton, Seminole; a son, Brandon Wood, of the home; two brothers, Nash Harjo Jr., Wolf, and Terry West, Konawa; two stepbrothers, Jamie Conger and Scotty Conger, Oklahoma City; three sisters, Barbara Harjo, Shawnee, Joanne Fish and Tina Sharpe, both of Texas; and two stepsisters, Lori Osborne, Shawnee, and Amie Conger, Oklahoma City.

Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sandy Harjo, assisted by the Rev. Roy Robertson, officiating. Burial follows in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Wake services are 6 p.m. today at Swearingen Funeral Chapel.

Carl Edward Hodge
Stroud resident Carl "Ed" Edward Hodge, 45, died Wednesday in Stroud.

Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Hodge, of the home; two sons, Bobby Ray Hodge of Cushing and David Edward Hodge of Oakley, Calif.; one stepson, Kevin Roberts, Ph.D., of Brentwood, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Cindy Barrios and husband Lance of El Dorado Hill, Calif., and Amy Roberts of Phoenix, Ariz.; his parents, Carl and Helen Hodge, Stroud; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sarah Hodge, Stroud; maternal grandmother, Violet Carr of Bristow; two grandchildren and several great-aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Stroud with the Rev. Jonathan Mitchell officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service.

Richard James Forrest
Richard James Forrest, 43, of Shawnee died Wednesday.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Episcopal Church with the Rev. Janie Kirt Morris officiating.

Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Allen Madison Storie
Seminole resident Allen Madison Storie, 67, died Sunday in Tucson, Ariz.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Cheryl Storie; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Allen Storie and Dale and Jennifer Storie; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anissa and Jim Leupold and Christina and Ryan Ditsler; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Ann Storie and Donald and Dorotha Storie; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Wilma Keller, Janie Reynolds and Jean and Bill Householder; two children from a previous marriage, David and Debra Coffee; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Fairview Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Stillwell officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.

Adron Kenneth Holland Sr.
Adron Kenneth Holland Sr., 74, died Wednesday at his home near Prague.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Vernon and Pam Holland of Tulsa and Adron Kenneth Jr. and Nan Holland of Moore; two daughters and a son-in-law, Judy and Palmer Smith of Prague and Janis Armstrong of Oklahoma City; children's mother, Lorene (Stephenson) Holland of Moore; 14 grandchildren, one stepgrandchild, seven great-grandchildren and six stepgreat-grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel of Prague with the Rev. Ellis Risenhoover officiating. Burial will follow at Prague Cemetery with military honors.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service.
