Reed T. Foster
Reed Thomas Foster, 79, of Carney died Saturday in Guthrie.
Survivors include two sons, Luther Foster of Stillwater and Stephen Foster of Carney; two daughters, Barbara VanHorn of Perkins and Brenda Clark of Prague; two brothers, Riley Foster of Cordell and Bill Foster of Binger; two sisters, Nannie Hines of Cordell and Pearl Brence of Lawton; 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Chandler. Burial will follow at the Rossville Cemetery in Rossville with the Rev. Curt Bellinger officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
Winifred Helen Barrett
Sapulpa resident Winifred Helen Barrett, 89, died Saturday, Sept. 29, at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home in Sapulpa.
Service is pending under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
Kelby Peters Dueck
Kelby Peters Dueck, 9 months old, of Shawnee died Sunday near Boley.
Survivors include his parents, Klaas and Susie Dueck of Boley; one brother, Sheldon Dueck of Boley; one sister, Samantha Dueck of Boley; and grandparents, C.L. and Annie Dueck of Boley and Henry and Susana Peters of Ontario, Canada.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Coley Mennonite Church in Boley. Burial will follow at the Mennonite Cemetery.
Leo M. Banning
Leo M. "Rusty" Banning, 80, of Stillwater died Saturday in Stillwater.
He was born Oct. 7, 1921, in Norman to Frank and Myrtle (Bartholomew) Banning.
He attended Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa.
Banning married Louise Goodson and she preceded him in death.
On Oct. 13, 1998, he married Ruth Wilkinson in Del City.
He worked in the aerospace industry as scheduler with McDonnell-Douglas. He worked on the Skylab and Gemini projects.
During World War II, he was stationed with the Flying Tigers in China and India.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and one brother and sister-in-law, Harvey and Hazel Banning.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Banning, of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Morgan Banning of Jacksonville, Fla.; three stepsons and their spouses, Billy Ray and Brenda Goodson of Walworth, Wis., Mark and Karen Pringle of Tecumseh and Denis Pringle of Tecumseh; two stepdaughters and their spouses, Paula and Andy Mertz of Grayson, Ga., and Karen and Glen Redding of Stillwater; one sister and brother-in-law, Mae and Bill Mitchell of Tecumseh; one brother and sister-in-law, Lester and Juanita Banning of Del City; nine grandchildren, Jessica Goodson, Noelle Goodson, Sarah Mertz, Benjamin Mertz, Corey Redding, Carie Hickerson, Tara Lee Pringle, Travis Pringle and Timber Pringle; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Cooper Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bill Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
William Isaac Eaton
William "Bill" Isaac Eaton, 76, died Saturday in Prague.
Survivors include five sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mamie Hayes of Glendale, Ariz., Ruby Carpenter, Elizabeth Irick and Vera and Leonard Dukes, all of Prague; Nancy and Clovis Booth of Blanchard; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel of Prague with Palmer Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Prague Cemetery.
Sandra Faye Stone
Konawa resident Sandra Faye Stone, 58, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, at her home.
Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Vamoosa Cemetery with the Rev. Pam Shirk officiating.

Melba Jeanne Davis
Enid resident Melba Jeanne (Mickey) Davis, 84, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, in Enid.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Chapel in Pond Creek with the Rev. Floyd Westfall officiating. Burial will be at White Cemetery in Hunter.

Melvin Williard Vanhorn
Former Prague resident Melvin Williard Vanhorn, 79, died Thursday, Sept. 30, in Wagoner.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Davenport Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
Gwen Barrett
Former Seminole resident Winifred Helen "Gwen" (Sims) Barrett, 89, passed from this life Saturday, Sept. 29, at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home in Sapulpa.
She was born Nov. 7, 1917, in Norge, Okla., to Charley Lewis Sims and Dolly Edith (Wheeler) Sims.
Mrs. Barrett married her husband Theodore William Barrett Nov. 18, 1933, in Duncan.
The Barretts lived in Seminole County from 1934 to 1959 and moved to Sapulpa in 1962. She was a homemaker and had also worked as a cook at both Varnum and Twin Oaks Schools. Gwen was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Shawnee.
Gwen was preceded in death by her parents, Charley Lewis Sims and Dolly Edith (Wheeler) Sims; husband, Theodore William Barrett; one daughter, Bobbie Jean Reeves; and four brothers, Charlie Brady Sims, Eldon Sims, Tom Sims and Bobby Sims.
Gwen leaves to cherish her memory daughters and sons-in-laws, Erma June and "Sug" Hale of Las Animas, Colo., Doris Helen Freeman of East Point, Mich., Patricia Ann and Larry Neer of Oklahoma City, Starla Kay and Marlin Southerland of Sapulpa; one son and daughter-in-law, Teddy Mitchell and Sonya Barrett of Littleton, Color.; one son-in-law, Doyle Reeves of Dallas, Texas; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Dan Sims of Shawnee, Tony Sims of Penticton, British Columbia and Wesley and "Vi" Sims of Shawnee; one sister and a brother-in-law, Jacqueline and Bill Farris of Newalla; one sister-in-law, Sena Sims of Tulsa; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. today at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee.
Sybil M. Dombek
Shawnee resident Sybil M. Dombek, 83, died Saturday, Sept. 29, in Shawnee.
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Ozark City Cemetery in Arkansas.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. today and Wednesday.
Arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
Barbara (Bobbie) Johnson Lindsey
Edmond resident Barbara (Bobbie) Johnson Lindsey was born May 17, 1942, in Bronxville, N.Y., to Vincent and Jeanne Johnson, who are deceased. She passed away Monday, Oct. 1, after a life full of many blessings, including her God, family, friends, nursing career, and many hobbies.
She graduated from Harding High School in Oklahoma City and St. John's School of Nursing in Tulsa.
She is survived by her "precious angels", her husband Jim Lindsey; son, Tim and wife, Kim, and children, Colton and Rose; her daughter, Allison Kidney and husband, Spence, and children, Kyler and Haley. She is also survived by her sister, Patty Casteel and her husband, Len.
Bobbie helped her husband in the family glass business and was active in all aspects of her children's lives. Bobbie worked at Baptist Hospital and Edmond Hospital, but her favorite and most recent work was as a hospice nurse. She treasured her friends and the family wishes to thank all who shared their love with her.
A celebration of her life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Cathedral, 127 NW 7th St., Oklahoma City.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Paul's Cathedral or a charity of your choice.

Genevive Horton
Shawnee resident Genevive "Ginny" Horton, 73, died Thursday, Sept. 30, at a local hospital.
She was born April 9, 1931, in Geary to Noah Sr. and Cora Bell Smith-Hines.
She graduated from Shawnee High School.
She worked as a caregiver and was a homemaker.
Horton was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Shawnee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Floyd M. Horton; two sisters, Ozeal Hampton and Dotsie Potts; brother, Jewel Hines.
Survivors include four sisters, Clara Collins, Lacoma Daniels, Ineva Ayers and Helen Cullison, all of Shawnee; one brother, Noah Hines Jr. of Shawnee; and numerous nieces; nephews and other family and friends.
Memorials may be made to Heritage Baptist Church Building Fund, 2100 N. Bryan, Shawnee, OK. 74804.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Heritage Baptist Church with the Rev. Kem Bearden and the Rev. Jason Lee officiating.
