EURA T. PERRY

BEAVER, Okla. --ญญ Eura Perry, 90, died Monday, March 31, 2003, at Beaver County Nursing in Beaver.

She was born on April 11, 1912, to Charlie and Addie (Parks) Tice in Beaver County.

She married Delmon Harvey Perry on Oct. 15, 1937 in Beaver. He died Jan. 2, 1990.

She graduated from Balko High School.

Survivors include, two sons, Melvin Dean Perry and Billie C. Perry, both of Beaver; one daughter, Joye Dell Gunsaulis, Fairview, Okla.; one brother, Gwynn Tice, Balko, Okla.; one sister, Mable Barnett, Roswell, N.M.; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Beaver First Baptist Church with Mike Gunsaulis, David I. Parker and Robert Jacobson presiding.

Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Balko under the direction of Clark Funeral Service in Beaver.

FLORENCE D. MCCULLEY

TURPIN, Okla. ญญ-- Florence D. McCulley, 74, died Monday, April 1, 2003, at her home in Turpin.

She was born Oct. 14, 1928, to Elmer and Lora (DePriest) Gillespie in Parkville, Mo.

She married Neal McCulley on April 30, 1948, in Olathe. He survives.

She worked as a secretary for an insurance company.

Other survivors include four sons, Ora McCulley and wife, Peggy, Liberal, Clair McCulley and wife, Verna, Turpin, Glenn McCulley and wife, Rosalind, Weatherford, Okla., and Gary McCulley, California, Mo.; two daughters, Lora Adams and husband, Robert, Hoisington, and Alice Frederick and husband, David, Ft. Worth, Texas; one sister, Helen Hines, Kansas City, Mo.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.

There will be private graveside services.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today, and from 8 a.m. until noon Friday at Miller Mortuary.

WILEY C. COTTER

BUFFALO, Okla. -- ญญ Wiley Clinton Cotter, 72, died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at his home in Buffalo.

He was born April 8, 1930, to Earl B. and Eathel M. (Miller) Cotter in Buffalo.

He married Mary Carolyn Bayne on Jan. 20, 1968, in Buffalo. She survives.

He attended school at Liberty Country School.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1954-1956, and received an honorable discharge. He later worked for the Okla. State Department of Transportation Division 6, and retired in 1986.

Other survivors include, one step-daughter, Dianne Owens, Ft. Supply, Okla.; one brother, Robert Cotter, Liberal; four sisters, Margie Hoffman and husband, Harold, Buffalo, Glenda Carr and husband, Paul, Milpitas, Calif., Earleen Boston and husband, Travis, Elmwood, Okla., and Margaret Kinney and husband, Steve, Beaver, Okla.; three step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Buffalo with the Rev. Gary Williams and the Rev. Robert Kinney presiding.

Burial will be at High Point Cemetery in Buffalo with military graveside rites by the Buffalo Laverne American Legion.

Friends may call until 8 p.m. today, and from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at Myatt Funeral Home in Buffalo.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of donor's choice in care of Myatt Funeral Home, P.O. Box 749, Buffalo, OK 73834.

RUTH TOPINKA

FORGAN, Okla. --ญญ Ruth Topinka, 80, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at Beaver County Nursing Home.

She was born April 8, 1922, in Orchard, Neb.

She married Fred Topinka Sept. 22, 1950. He died in February of 1999.

She taught school for many years in the Forgan school system.

She was a member of Forgan United Methodist Church in Forgan.

Survivors include one sister, Lila Houdyshell, Ottawa; one brother-in-law, Joe Knebs, Sterling, Colo.; three nieces and two nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Forgan United Methodist Church with David Mercer presiding.

Burial will be at Forgan Cemetery under the direction of Clark Funeral Service in Beaver, Okla.

DARRELL GIBSON

HOOKER, Okla. ญญ-- Darrell Gibson, 68, died Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at Baptist St. Anthony Hospice in Amarillo, Texas.

He was born Dec. 13, 1934, to Clarence "Jake" and Francis (Walters) Gibson in Guymon, Okla.

He married Joan Blehm Hess on Feb. 17, 1978, in Hooker. She survives.

He graduated from Guymon High School in 1953, and later attended Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Okla.

He worked in the oil and gas industry until 1997, retiring from Parker-Parsley.

He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

Other survivors include, three daughters, Cindy Rogers and husband, Travis, Drummond, Okla., Kim Holt and husband, Kevin, Guymon, and Debbie Gibson, Enid, Okla.; two step-daughters, Cindi Harroun, Vernon Center, Minn., Joanette Roybal and husband, Tony, Palmer, Texas; one sister, Merlene Long, Guymon; one brother, DeWayne Gibson and wife, Betty, Hooker; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one granddaughter, Hope Johnson.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Church of the Nazarene in Hooker with Rev. Dr. David Hoffman presiding.

Burial will be at Hooker Cemetery in Hooker.

Memorials are suggested to the Nazarene Family Center or the Hooker Cemetery in care of Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, OK 73945.

LARRY GROUNDS

HOOKER, Okla. ญญ-- Larry Grounds, 66, Hooker, died Thursday, April 24, 2003, at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.

Services are pending and will be announced by Roberts Brothers Funeral Home in Hooker.

GERALD W. DANLEY

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. ญญ-- Gerald Wayne Danley, 68, died Tuesday, April 29, 2003, in Oklahoma City.

He was born Aug. 8, 1934, to Arthur Edward and Lora Belle (South) Danley.

He married Freda Roberts Jan. 25, 1958, in Minco, Okla. She survives.

He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

He taught and coached at Plainview School from 1959 to 1961. He later became Superintendent of Schools at Felt, Okla., Balko, Okla., Okarche, Okla., Turpin, Okla., and Follett, Texas. He retired to Oklahoma City in 2000.

He was a member of New Hope Methodist Church.

Other survivors include two sons, Gerald "Gerry" Wayne Jr. and wife, Karen, of Cashion, Okla, Larry Don and wife, Aleta, Phoenix, Ariz.; one daughter, Paula Marie Stein and husband, Rance, Cashion; three brothers, A.E. Danley, Jr., Van Nuys, Calif., Ronald Danley, Spokane, Wash., and Roger Danley and wife, Pat, Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren, Brian and wife, Amber, Stephanie, Christopher, Dustin, Shayla, Rae Anna and Hollie.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Methodist Church in Oklahoma City.

Burial will be at noon at Evergreen Cemetery in Minco, Okla.

Bill Eisenhour Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.

WILLIE GODLEY

HARDESTY, Okla. --ญญ Willie "Billie" Godley, 85, of Hardesty, died Friday, May 2, 2003, at Baptist-St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.

She was born Jan. 29, 1918, to E.L. and Mary Gussie (Lynn) Biles in Maysville, Okla.

She married Lon Jackson Godley Dec. 24, 1940, in Boise City, Okla. He died Aug. 23, 1993.

She taught music in Boise City.

She then moved to Hardesty to run the family farm.

She also taught in Balko, Okla., Tyrone, Okla., Turpin, Okla., Hooker, Okla., and Hardesty.

She continued teaching voice and piano from her home.

She had served as pianist at Victory Memorial United Methodist Church in Guymon, Okla.

She was honored by the Oklahoma Music Teachers Association Award, and was nominated for the International Who's Who of Music.

Survivors include one son, Gehrig Godley, Hardesty; one daughter, Iris Lamanna and husband, Luigi, Pleasant Hill, Calif.; one brother, Robert Biles and wife, Maxine, Maysville; one sister, Lee Klassen and husband, Mel, Santa Clara, Calif.; and three grandchildren, Shonda Jill Godley, Gianna Andrea Lamanna and Tomaso Luigi Lamanna.

She was preceded in death by eight sisters and brothers.

Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Victory Memorial United Methodist Church in Guymon with the Rev. Mike Chaffin presiding.
