ROLAND — Darrell Rantz, 60, of Roland died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, in Fort Smith. He was a retired car inspector for Burlington Northern Railroad, a scout leader, a member of the Railroad Union and of the Methodist faith.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Edwards Funeral Home with burial at Roland City Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Ann; a daughter, Suzanne Rantz of Fort Smith; three sons, Nathan and Kenny Rantz, both of Roland, and Patrick Rantz of Boley, Okla.; a sister, Carol Taylor of Elizabeth; a brother, Randall Rantz of Dunn, N.C.; and one grandchild.
The family will visit with friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 102454, Atlanta, GA 30368.

David Fitzer
WHITEFIELD, Okla. — David B. Fitzer, 38, of Whitefield died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, in a Stigler, Okla., hospital.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Whitefield Baptist Church with burial at Lona Valley Cemetery in Quinton, Okla., under the direction of King and Sherwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
The body may be viewed from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Homer Walton
SALLISAW — Homer Lee Walton, 72, of Sallisaw died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, in Sallisaw. He was born June 12, 1932 in Keota, Okla. He was a retired welder and painter for Vent Air Corp. in Tulsa.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
He is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Walton of Louisiana; two sons, Homer Walton Jr. of Tulsa and Michael Walton of Coweta, Okla.; a stepdaughter, Deanna Kelley of Tulsa; a sister, Jerry Sallee of Sallisaw; two brothers, R.W. and U.L. Walton, both of Sallisaw; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth and Leonard Hurst, Curtis Hayes, Chance Walton, Keith Miller and Jerry Christian.
The body may be viewed from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Carolyn Falleur
ARKOMA — Carolyn Falleur, 58, of Arkoma died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005 in Arkoma.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro with burial at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro.
She is survived by a son, Charles Conley of Liberty, Okla.; three brothers, Bill Morton of Arkoma, Clifford Morton of Elk Hart, Kan., and Austin Morton of Spiro; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brandon and Clifford Conley, Jeremy Lovell, Kramer Ledford, Les Silka and Kent Benge.
The body may be viewed from noon to 8 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Ethel Blake
ERICK, Okla. — Ethel Anna Amzilla Blake, 100, of Erick, Okla., formerly of Smithville, Okla., died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, in Erick. She was born Feb. 17, 1905, in Hatfield. She was a homemaker, of the Baptist faith and the widow of Albert Blake.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today at Watson Cemetery in Watson, Okla., under the direction of Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
She is survived by two daughters, Hazel Austin of Sapulpa, Okla., and Sue Keiss of Watson, Okla.; three sons, E.J. and Oscar Blake, both of Smithville, Okla., and Don Blake of Erick, Okla.; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Jimmy Duffle
PANAMA — Jimmy Lee Duffle, 58, of Panama died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, in Panama. He was born July 15, 1946, in Fort Smith. He was a factory worker, a retired firefighter for the city of Panama and widower of Challis Duffle.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Grace Manor Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Poteau with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Panama.
He is survived by a son, Jeffery Barnett of Panama; a stepson, Larry Thornburg of Panama; two sisters, Agnes Pierce of Panama and Betty Hopson of Bowie, Texas; three brothers, Ted Duffle of Panama, John Duffle of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Carl Duffle of Austria, Germany; and one grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Terry and Mike Pierce, Thomas, Ronnie and Don Hopson and Larry Kirkland.

Levi Hinkle
GORE — Levi Hinkle, 93, of Gore died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, in Muskogee, Okla. He was a farmer, a member of Elm Grove Assembly of God and the widower of Ora Hinkle.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Assembly of God in Webbers Falls, Okla., with burial at Vaught Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.
He is survived by his children, Maxine Moore of Muskogee, Okla., Johnnie Hinkle of Webbers Falls, Okla., Don Hinkle of Stigler, Wanda Farmer of Roland and Mary Biggs of Fort Smith; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Wade Biggs, Todd Gregg, Joe and Chase Croftcheck, Steven Horn and Josh Jones.

Bobby Duty
SPIRO — Bobby A. Duty, 39, of Spiro died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, in Spiro. He was born July 30, 1965, in Fort Smith. He was a forklift operator for Ashley Chemical and of the Baptist faith.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Belinda; a stepson, Jeremy Russell of Fort Smith; three brothers, Dickie and Roger Duty, both of Van Buren, and Rick Duty of Sallisaw; his mother, Helen Duty of Van Buren; and two grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Marie Guillet
POTEAU — Marie Guillet, 83, of Poteau died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, in Poteau. She was born Nov. 11, 1921, in Casblanca, Morocco. She was a homemaker, a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Poteau, worked as a tour operator in the travel industry, a volunteer translator at Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center in Poteau and a volunteer in the foreign exchange student program.
Rosary will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Evans & Miller Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Poteau.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Poteau with burial at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau.
She is survived by a son, Pierre Guillet of Poteau; a sister, Ann Thomas of Grove, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be John Figari, John and Thomas Dick, Merl Moss, Andy Reeves and Gene Wheat.

Deborah Hutchinson
SALLISAW — Deborah Ann Hutchinson, 47, of Sallisaw died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, in Sallisaw. She was born Dec. 16, 1947, in San Diego. She worked as a restaurant cook and was of the Assembly of God faith.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oakridge Assembly of God in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; a son, Brandon Cooke of Palm Beach, Fla.; four stepsons, Steven Hutchinson of Vian, Timothy Hutchinson of Warner, Okla., Jason Hutchinson of Pocola and Michael Hutchinson Jr. of Kansas City, Kan.; two stepdaughters, Stiffany Hutchinson and Amber Walker, both of Vian; a brother, Raymond Cooke of Sallisaw; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed from 1 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Arthur Jones
POTEAU — Arthur Carl Jones, 77, of Poteau died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005, in Fort Smith. He was born July 9, 1927, in Madison, Wis. He was a railroad and janitorial worker.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Community of Christ Church in Poteau under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; two daughters, Becky Moore of Albuquerque, N.M., and Jessica Jones of Poteau; a son, William Jones of Delaware; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Carl Dix
KEOTA, Okla. — Carl James Dix, 73, of Keota died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005, in Stigler, Okla. He was a member of the Crossroad Freewill Baptist Church and an insurance adjuster for Oklahoma Farmers Union.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Keota School Auditorium with burial at Keota City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille; two daughters, Linda Wilson of Moore, Okla., and Darlene Oldham of Stigler; three stepdaughters, Nancy Remus of Broken Arrow, Okla., Ruby Armstrong of Checotah, Okla., and Barbara Hall of Tucson, Ariz.; a son, Tony Dix of Preston, Okla.; a stepson, Bill Brown of Keota; his mother, Jesse Timmons of Keota; two sisters, Imogene Brown of Midwest City, Okla., and Freda Brown of Keota; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Ross, Lloyd Pike, Gary Maxwell, Chester Lowe, Walter Kates and James Storment.

Murel Crone
SALLISAW — Murel David Crone, 64, of Sallisaw died Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, in Sallisaw. He was born Oct. 12, 1940, in McAlester, Okla. He was a farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Tannehill Cemetery in McAlester under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
He is survived by his wife, Jewel; two daughters, Donna Tinsley of Columbus, Kan., and Cynthia Webb of Sallisaw; two sons, David and Sammy Crone, both of Sallisaw; his mother, Mary Crone of Oklahoma City; five brothers, Lester Crone of Mustang, Okla., Chester Crone of Oklahoma City, Jerry Crone of Oregon, Larry Crone of California and Danny Crone of Purcell, Okla.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Carl James Dix, 73, of Keota, Okla., died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005, in Stigler, Okla. He was a member of the Crossroad Freewill Baptist Church and an insurance adjuster for Oklahoma Farmers Union. Preceded in death by his father, Norman Dix, and two sons, Jerry Wayne Dix and Doyle DeWayne Dix.

He is survived by his wife, Lucille Hickman Dix of the home; two daughters, Linda Wilson and husband Bill of Moore, Okla., and Darlene Oldham of Stigler; three stepdaughters, Nancy Remus and husband Carl of Broken Arrow, Okla., Ruby Armstrong and husband Johnny of Checotah, Okla., and Barbara Hall and husband Doug of Tucson, Ariz.; a son, Tony Carl and Sylvia Dix of Preston, Okla.; a stepson, Bill Brown and Brenda of Keota; his mother, Jessie Timmons of Keota; two sisters, Imogene and L.T. Brown of Midwest City, Okla., and Freda Moore of Keota; 11 grandchildren, Wayne, Kevin, Keith, Kendra, Starlynn, Darla, Jesse, Jerry, Jamey, Hagen and Destinee; and nine great-grandchildren.
