Jake loved and wanted to be friends with everyone and always wanted to please. His mom and dad are going to miss his sweaty hugs and handshakes after every game and the honor of caring his duffle bag to the car.

While Jake's future looked very bright, we now feel honored to call him our son, brother and friend. Jake was warm, loving and a considerate young man who loved his friends, his family, his school and lived each day of his 19 years to the fullest.
