Ruby was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s about two years ago. She was a dear sweet and amazing Mother, Grandmother, and friend. As her health declined, she became more appreciative of her loved ones. She never lost her sense of humor; every day was a good day. She was always surrounded with people that lifted her up. She was a tower of strength, always thinking of others. Because she had Alzheimer’s, one wonders if she lost ability to pray and talk with God. The answer is found in 2 Corinthian 4:16: That is why we never give up though our bodies are dying; our spirits are being renewed every day.

Ruby had many ANGELS that came into her life. Jackson County Home Health and most recently Hospice were her angels. She had a truly special caregiver, Eudora, who was a true Godsend. Ruby loved her as a daughter and the feeling was reciprocated.
