Adams
ADAMS -- Terry Earl, joined Our Lord, Saturday, March 12, 2005, after a lengthy illness. Service will be held Tuesday, March 15, at 9 a.m. at the Scottish Rite Masonic Building located at 6355 E. Skelly Drive; interment will follow at Floral Haven Cemetery. Terry was born September 9, 1957 in Broken Arrow, OK, to Marie and Harry Adams. A proud Osage, he was given his Indian name, Khu-Tha Wa-Sho-She (Eagle Warrior) in 1970 by Grandpa Henry Lookout. Terry was of the Hunka Clan from the Pawhuska District. He married Shawna Whitecrow on September 20, 1996 in Las Vegas, NV. They have two children: a daughter, Rachel and a son, Adam. He worked 26 years as a Tulsa County Tax Assessor. As President of the Intertribal Indian Club of Tulsa, Terry leaves his son, daughter, nieces and nephews well versed in their traditions and, therefore, IICOT will continue to grow, support and maintain our native culture. (A local organization that his father and Pierce St. John formed in 1978.) Terry had served as Head Man Dancer, Head Singer and Master of Ceremonies numerous times throughout the United States and Europe. He was a Past Worshipful Master of the Skiatook Masonic Lodge #416 where he was the Chairman of the Advisory Committee, a member
of the Saba Grotto, Tulsa Scottish Rite and the Akdar Shrine Center. He is listed three times as one of the Outstanding Young Men of America, Who's Who in America National Registry, a past Shriner of the Year and Akdar Shrine Circus Chairman for 2001 and 2002. He was Director of the Oklahoma Masonic Indian Degree Team and a member of the Akdar Shrine Indian Unit, the only all-Indian Shrine Unit in North America. He traveled extensively in the U.S. and Europe with the Oklahoma Masonic Indian Degree Team. Terry thrived on his affiliations with the Masons and the Shrine. His dedication to helping children in need and his generous heart are well known. He visited almost every Shrine hospital and burn unit in the U.S., dancing for the children and leaving smiles behind. Terry's hard work not only with Masonic affiliations but also within the Native American community was always appreciated. His sense of humor will not be forgotten. Terry was a husband, son, brother, uncle, father and friend. His father, Harry Earl Adams preceded Terry in death. Terry is survived by his wife, Shawna Adams; mother, Marie Adams Shultz; son, Adam Adams of the home; daughter, Rachel Adams, Tulsa, OK; sisters, Netah Adams/Ladyman, Wichita Falls, TX, Karla Phillips, Goldendale, WA and Dolletta Larie Blalock, Tulsa, OK; nieces, Lynnetta and Margaret Blalock of Tulsa, OK; nephew, Rob Phillips of Anchorage, AK; and a large extended family. In lieu of flowers Terry requested donations may be made to the Akdar Shrine Transportation Fund or the Intertribal Indian Club of Tulsa Scholarship fund. Castorena
CASTORENA -- Roy, born in Holland, MI on July 15, 1964, left this life March 10, 2005. He leaves behind his 2 children, Brittany Nicole Castorena, and Anthony Royal Castorena; his brothers, Juan Alfonso Castorena, Pedro Castorena, Juan Castorena; sisters, Rosa Maria Blakley; Lydia Tucker; and mother, Rosa Castorena. Roy graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, TX then moved to Tulsa, OK to attend the Spartan School of Aeronautics. He joined the Carpenters Union and became a Journeyman Carpenter and his construction life began. Roy was a rolling stone. He loved life and enjoyed making people laugh. He always had a way of making anyone he met feel like his best friend. He was a very simple, kind, loving man. We will deeply miss him. A celebration of Roy's life will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, 10 a.m. at the Evangelistic Temple, 5345 South Peoria, Tulsa, OK. Pastor Scott Hall will be conducting the service. Hartin
HARTIN -- Nadine Davis, 91, of Collinsville, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2005. Born September 28, 1913 in Collinsville, OK, to Theodore and Johnnie Anna (Harris) Davis. She was a lifelong Collinsville resident, member of Church of the Nazarene and a lifetime member of Eastern Star. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Aline and George Phillips of Collinsville; sister, Imogene Manley of Collinsville; sister-in-law, Gertrude Davis of Collinsville; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Edward Hartin; 2 daughters and a brother. Service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Tim Odom officiating. Interment will be at Ridgelawn Cemetery under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home (371-2111)

Heck
HECK -- Allan W., went to be with the Lord, Sunday morning, March 13, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Donna; his son, Shane and daughter-in-law, Jennifer; his mother, Ruth; and 2 brothers, Daniel and Lowell. He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Heck. Allan was born September 9, 1945 in New York. He graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1963. He was a Vietnam Veteran with the US Navy aboard the USS America. After service, he was employed at McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, and most recently, Nordam where he continued to work until his death. Service will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at 12:30 p.m. Floral Haven Funeral Home, 252-2518.

Hissom
HISSOM -- Mr. Ronny James, 68 of Goshen, AR passed away Thursday, March 10, 2005 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born November 8, 1936 in Lyons, KS to Robert Everet and Beulah Woods Hissom. He was owner of Circle H Farm in Goshen and was self employed in oil and gas exploration. He was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and was a member of Sigma Chi, Shikar Safari Club, Fayetteville Springdale Elks Lodge, Knights Templar and Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. Ronny had many varied interests. Chief among these was his passion for auto racing. He was a driver for the 1965 12 Hours of Sebring winning Chaparral Racing team and later became part owner of Chaparral's Indy 500 winning teams. Ronny was a four goal polo player and a founding member of the Midland Polo Club. He was an avid World traveler and hunter extraordinaire who made frequent trips to the Dark Continent for his beloved big game safaris. He is survived by 1 son, Robert Davis Hissom and wife, Andrea of London, England; 4 daughters, Tamra Hissom Budd and husband, Keith of Houston, TX, Caroline Hissom Wallace and husband, David, Julia Ann Hissom, Alexandra Carson Hissom, all of Fayetteville, AR; 6 grandchildren, Nicholas Robert Hissom, Alexander Victor

Krug
KRUG -- Michael, 74, of Tulsa, left this life March 11, 2005. Michael was born May 17, 1930, in Chicago, IL to Michael David and Genevive (Eiberger) Krug. Michael retired from Frisco Rail Road as an assistant District Sales Manager. He was a Navy Reservist for several years and was a 32nd Degree Mason belonging to the Centennial Lodge in Omaha, NE. He was also a John Calvin Mariner and member of the John Calvin Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his children, Thomas M. Krug and his wife, Diana of Collinsville, Janice Lee Kinney of Kansas City, MO, and Christopher Krug and his wife, Kara of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Michelle Krug of Waco, TX, Catherine Krug of Greenville, TX, Erin Kinney, Courtney Kinney and Katelyn Kinney of Kansas City, MO, and Wesley Krug of Tulsa; sisters and brothers, Shirley Kratchy of West Richland, WA, Ted and Amelia Krug of Chicago, IL, Alan and Judy Krug of Las Vegas, NV, Jerry and Wendy Krug of Chicago, IL, and Sandy and Paul Hughes of St. Joseph, MO; numerous nieces, nephew, family members and friends. Lane
LANE -- Elizabeth R., age 80, of Arlington, TN, died March 12, 2005 at her home after battling liver cancer for more than a year. Born in Stigler, OK, Mrs. Lane spent her life as an educator, serving in the Shelby County School System as a Principal, and in later years as a consultant with education groups. Mrs. Lane received a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Master's from Memphis State University. She was a member of more than a dozen education organizations, and received numerous citations and awards during her career, including the Outstanding Educator Award from the Tennessee Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development. An Oklahoma native, she was the wife of the late Tommy Lane, former minister of music at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis. Mrs. Lane is survived by a daughter, Mary Katherine Simpson of Bells, TX; a son, John Thomas Lane of Arlington, TN; a sister, Katherine Lowe Wilson of San Rafael, CA; a brother, Lonnie Clyde Robins of Tucson, AZ; as well as 8 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral service is scheduled for 4 p.m., Tuesday at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. Burial will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 17, 2005 in Woodlawn Cemetery in Claremore, OK.

McClure
McCLURE -- Marye Phyllis, 85, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2005, at her residence in Tulsa. She was born August 11, 1919 at Winslow, AR, the daughter of Cleve and Clara Bogan. She was reared in the Winslow area, educated in Winslow schools and was trained as a Beautician in the Fayetteville, AR area where she spent her early adulthood. Marye was married to Lyle Denver McClure on March 8, 1957, at which time their residency in the Tulsa area began. She was an avid golfer, a longtime member of the Tulsa Country Club and the Mohawk Women's Golf Association. Preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. In addition to her husband, Lyle, she is sur vived by her daughter, Phyllis and husband, Jeff Jones of Tulsa; grandchildren, Mindy, Jenny, Kyle, Kenda, Ashley and Dustin; one great-grandson, Kayden. Service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at Moore's Southlawn Chapel with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery. Mills
MILLS -- John Robert "Johnny," 62, of Tulsa, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2005. Born September 12, 1942 in Tulsa to Kenneth and Virginia Mills. He is survived by brother and his wife, Mike and Bodil Mills; nieces and nephews, Sydney Mills, Brent and Jennifer Mills, Brandon and Carley Mills. Memorial service Thursday, 2 p.m., Moore's Eastlawn Chapel. Service entrusted to Moore's Eastlawn Chapel, 622-1155.

Stuart
STUART -- Mary Catherine, 51, died unexpectedly March 12, 2005 of an unanticipated cardiac condition. Born October 16, 1953 in Tulsa, to parents, Horace I. "Stu" and Helen L. Spavor Stuart, who both preceded her in death. Mary was an avid and talented animal caregiver who had dogs, horses, and cats throughout her life, including Ribbon, her remaining Australian Shepherd. She attended Oklahoma State University where she worked in the Large Animal Veterinary Clinic and then worked as a Veterinarian Assistant. After attending the University of Tulsa, she became a Surgical Technician at St. John and St. Francis Hospitals, and then an Office Assistant at Wagner, Stuart & Cannon in Tulsa. In addition to her devotion to animals, Mary's avocation was creative writing. Survivors include brother, John Bruce Stuart and wife, Tish and nephews, Jonathan and Samuel; brother, James A. Stuart and Linda Pierson; and many other beloved relatives and friends. Funeral service 6 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2005, at the Contact Church of Christ, located at 1529 W. 49th Street (1 block East of Union on West 49th), (918) 447-1130. WALKER -- LouElla, passed away March 13, 2005 at St. Simeon's Episcopal Retirement Home in Tulsa. Mrs. Walker was born December 15, 1915 in Poteau, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde A. Walker, Jr. She is survived by her sons, James Walker of Garland, TX, Jesse Walker of Portland, OR; daughter, Deborah Walker Polk of Sparta, WI; 2 grandchildren, Stephanie Polk Roberson of Watertown, WI and Sarah Walker of Portland, OR; and 2 great-grandchildren, Dylan and Maeghan of Watertown, WI. WEICHE -- Era A., 94, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2005. She was born on November 30, 1910 in Mangum, OK, to Thomas and Annie (Maynard) Songer. Era was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse R. Weiche in 1987 and a daughter, Rose Marie Greer. She is survived by 2 daughters, Lynnetta Owens of Jay, OK, Shiela Marlene Moss of Bennington, OK; 3 sons, Chris Weiche and Carl Weiche, both of Tulsa and Charles Weiche of North Carolina; 2 sisters, Veda Dixon of Ft. Abernethy
ABERNETHY -- Alice Arlene, 98, passed away on March 2, 2005, in Tulsa, OK. Born December 14, 1906, in Bristol, CT, to A. Linn and Grace Weatherhead. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, James Brattin Abernethy. They lived and raised their family in Willimantic, CT. Arlene was a telephone operator in the days before the dial system and a homemaker. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Willimantic. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Lou Boyle (Lester) of Tulsa; a son, Christopher L. Abernethy (Cathy) of Houston, TX; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Carol Jean Williams, and granddaughter, Elizabeth Arlene Williams, preceded her in death. A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow on March 19, 2005, at 3 p.m. Floral Haven, 252-2518.

Geer
GEER -- Richard L. (Dick), passed from this world, March 14, 2005, at his home in Leonard, OK. Dick was born May 6, 1937, in Aberdeen, WA. Dick worked for the Bechtel Corporation for 25 years. Dick is survived by: his wife, Bonnie; father, Albert Geer of Aberdeen, WA; 3 brothers, Albert Jr., Larry and Billy; 1 sister, Linda Hoyer; 2 daughters, Sherri Rice and Valri Geer, both of Tucson, AZ; 2 stepchildren, Michael Guthrie of Corona, CA, and Sherrie Guthrie of Tulsa. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many family friends. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to "Bixby Masonic Lodge Scholarship Fund" or the "Muskogee County Cattlemen's Scholarship Fund." An Open House to honor Dick's life will be hosted in the family home Thursday evening at 7 p.m.

Scott
SCOTT -- Nelle P., 83, died Saturday, March 12, 2005. Nelle was born April 13, 1921, in Prescott, AR, to Emmett Edgar Pratt and Elizabeth Beidelman Pratt. She grew up in Tulsa, graduated from Central High School in 1939 and attended the University of Tulsa. In 1940 Nelle married John G. Scott II, who preceded her in death. He was well known in shooting circles as a champion trap shooter and in their younger years Nelle competed alongside her husband in trap-shooting events both here and on the West Coast. More recently, Nelle was an active bridge player. She was a long-time member of Trinity United Methodist Church. The Scotts lived in California and Oregon for 18 years, from 1946-1964. Otherwise, Nelle lived all her life in Tulsa. She is survived by her son, John G. Scott III and wife, Nona, of Hillsboro, OR; daughter, Elizabeth S. Averill and husband, David of Tulsa; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Nelle will be remembered by family and friends as a kind, generous and loving mother, grandmother and friend. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3737 S. Peoria Ave. Private graveside service, for family only, are planned at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Gore
GORE -- Thomas Emmett, 83, passed away March 14, 2005. He was born on August 15, 1921, in Wynona, OK, to Thomas Fredrick Gore and Dona Callie Eddings Gore. "Emmett," as he was known in his younger years, was the 4th of 6 children. Tom joined the Navy during WWII in 1942 and spent most of his career as a Corpsman in the Marines. He served with the First Marine Division, First Marine Parachute Regiment, in the South Pacific Solomon Islands in the war against Japan. After serving his first tour of duty in the South Pacific, he was reassigned to duty in San Bernadino, CA. He met Ensign Lois May Collicutt of the Navy Nurse Corps and they later married on November 4, 1944. Tom retired from Sun Company after 30 years of service, 6 of which were spent in Monrovia, Liberia, with Sun International beginning in 1968. Tom was also a 50-year 32nd-de gree Mason. Tom was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Lois. He is survived by a brother, Fred Gore of South Carolina, and a sister, Velma Butler of Stillwater, OK. Tom is also survived by: daughters, Lois Lynn Anderson and her husband, Jack R. Anderson, and Mary Martha Watson and her husband, Donald G. Watson; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. He was a member of Southwood Baptist Church,
Tulsa, OK. A service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2005, at Southwood Baptist Church. Interment at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, OK. Floral Haven, 252-2518.
