MIDDLEBROOK -- Bill R., born January 9, 1938 at Clarksville, AR, the son of Alfred and Jessie (Jordan) Middlebrook. Bill died Thursday, April 14, 2005 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. He was married to Melynda Kaye Oslin on June 1, 1962 at Ft. Smith, AR. She preceded him in death on September 16, 2003. Bill was an Investment Broker for Bill Middlebrook, Inc. He lived in Tulsa for most of his life, other than a few years in Dallas. He enjoyed his family and being involved at his church, Woodlake Assembly of God. Memorials may be made to Woodlake Assembly of God Land Fund, 7100 E. 31st, Tulsa, OK 74145. He is survived by sons, David of Los Colinas, TX, and Todd and wife, Katherine of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, William, Wesley, and Hope; sisters-in-law, Reba and husband, Jerry Stockburger and family, Joy Middlebrook and family; brother-in-law, Bill and wife, Joni Wood and family; niece, Stephanie Cline; and special friends, Jerry and Coleen Sharp, Astrid Toro and husband, Luis and daughter, Vanessa. Passmore
PASSMORE -- Ronald C., M.D., 74, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2005. He was born in Neosho, MO on July 26, 1930. In 1952, he graduated from The University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Mathematics. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952 until 1954. In 1959, he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia. He and his family settled in Tulsa in 1964 when he joined the Tulsa Psychiatric Foundation. He later established a prominent private psychiatric practice from which he retired in January, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Hazel; his sons and their wives, Dr. Wayne and Marilyn Passmore of Vienna, VA, and Drs. Tom and Mhairi Passmore of Portland, OR; his daughters and their husbands, Kathryn and John Meyer, Laura and Chuck Dodson, Dr. Sarah Passmore and Denis McGilvray, all of Tulsa; 10 grandchildren; and his brother, Frank of Pittsburg, KS. The pride and joy he derived from helping people through his psychiatric practice was only surpassed by his love for his wife, children and grandchildren. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Sime on's Adult Day Services at St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church, 3701 North Cincinnati, Tulsa, OK 74106. A Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., on Monday,

Rhoads
RHOADS -- Karen Sue Medlin, born September 18, 1947 at Broken Arrow, OK to Cliff and Verba Medlin. She lost her 22-month battle with cancer on April 15, 2005. She retired from the Department of Human Services as a Case Manager in April, 2005. She is survived by mother, Verba Medlin, Broken Arrow; brothers, Gerald and Jerry Medlin of Broken Arrow; and sister, Kay Judkins of Ft. Worth, TX. Terrell
TERRELL -- Hugh Edward (Ed), loving husband, father and friend, passed away peacefully, Friday, April 15, 2005, at home surrounded by his loving family. Born June 19, 1933 in Oklahoma City and moved to Tulsa in 1968. A graduate of St. Gregory's High School and attended Saint Benedicts College in Atchison, KS and Central State College in Edmond, OK. A retired Insurance Salesman who loved golfing, playing softball and bowling. He was a member of the Church of the Madalene Parish, a Grand Knight of Tulsa Council 4721 and past State Deputy and District Master of the 4th Degree of the Knights of Columbus of Oklahoma. Ed established and coordinated the Knights of Columbus' involvement in the Special Olympics. He was Past President of the Coronado Club in Oklahoma City and Past President of Bishop Kelley Booster Club. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Roy Terrell and sister, Mary Ellen Wacker. Survived by his mother, Mary C. Terrell of Oklahoma City; faithful, loving and loyal wife of 44 years, Gladys; children, Mary of Tulsa, Michael of Tulsa, Katie and husband, Scott Schofield of Oakton, VA; sister, Patricia McAboy of Oklahoma City; brothers, Richard and wife, Teresa Terrell of Richardson, TX and John Roy and wife, Wendy Terrell of Fort Worth, TX; many nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. Friends can honor Ed's Memory with donations to the Knights of Columbus St. Gregory's University Scholarship Fund, Fr. McGivney Retirement Burse for Diocesan Priests, Special Olympics of Oklahoma or to your favorite charity. Bash
BASH -- Joseph Leonard "Joe," 81, died Saturday, April 16, 2005. Born September 26, 1923, in Lancaster, OH, to Katherine McIntyre and Linus Bash. He began working at 15 for the CCCs, digging sewage lines in Yellow Stone National Park; Firefighting and Reforestation at Devil's Elbow and Nowhere in Idaho. He worked at the U.S. Navy Shipyard as a Civil Service Mechanic during WWII. Joe was a Medical Experimental Machinist at the Medical Repair unit of Guam Navy Hospital. He was the 1st man to measure a bone from an X-ray and built the 1st lung biopsy tube. Upon returning to Tulsa, he worked at Unit Rig, Brooks Flame and Spray, Black Syvals & Bryson and TKI as a Master Machinist and Innovator. Joe was a generous, adventuresome, well-versed people person and humanitarian. He engendered a love of literature and arts in his children. His hobbies included travel, camping, fishing, golf, literature and art. When able, he attended Mass at Holy Family Cathedral. He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, John Clement Bash; sister, Theresa Bash, Bernice Bash, and Mary Zita Dean; and daughter, Veronica. Left to cherish his memory is the love of his life, his wife, Dorles Fryman Bash; brother, Fr. Cletus Bash; children, Joseph Bash and wife, Arleene, James Bash and wife, LeAnn, Katherine Scarpinatto and husband, Joe, Mary Wagoner and husband, John, Norma Aul and husband, Steve, Michael Bash and wife, Salwa; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He meant much to many. Visitation 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Rosary 7 p.m., both Tuesday, Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. Wednesday, Holy Family Cathedral. Dickerson
DICKERSON -- Mary, age 54, of Claremore, OK, died April 16, 2005. Preceded in death by her brother, James Robert II. Survived by: her mother, Carrie Barefoot Dickerson; her sisters, Florence Snelling of the home, and Patricia Lemon of Warwick, MA; her nieces, Sandra Patterson and Melissa Price of Claremore, Signe Friedrichs of Herndon, VA; her nephews, Ted Lemon of Tucson, AZ, and J.J. Dickerson of Claremore; and 4 great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation, Tuesday, April 19, at the Rice Funeral Home, 12 noon to 8 p.m. Service, Wednesday, 2 p.m., April 20, 2005, at the First Methodist Church, 1615 North Highway 88, Claremore. Interment, Sageeyah Cemetery. Memorial preferences, donations to the First Methodist Church are encouraged. Mary Dickerson, 54, born at home on September 10, 1950, to the late Charles Robert Dickerson and Carrie Barefoot Dickerson, died suddenly at her home east of Claremore, on April 16, 2005. Mary was known to a wide spectrum of Oklahomans through her work in support of her mother's anti-nuclear activism, and to another, more localized group through their shared interests in herbal medicine and the history of Rogers County and the Cherokee Nation. The granddaughter of pioneer Cherokee educator, Anna Hanes Dickerson, and Rogers County's first Superintendent of Schools, Eugene Dickerson, Ms. Dickerson's early education was in schools in the Justus and Sequoyah communities and at Rogers State University. An avid reader on many topics, she never ceased to learn. She was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, who for many years supervised the kitchens of Aunt Carrie's (later Wood Manor) Nursing Home. With her mother, she later established and operated Aunt Carrie's Health Foods in Claremore. In recent years, she had devoted most of her time to the care of her mother and great-nieces and great-nephews, with whom she was a universal favorite.

Evans
EVANS -- Leland Dee. Born June 6, 1958 in Wichita, TX, to Kenneth Clifford and Charnelsa Joyce (Flanigan) Evans. Passed away April 16, 2005, at the age of 46 years, 10 months, and 10 days. Leland was a loving father and devoted husband. He loved spending time with his son, Brandon. He helped with coaching his son's T-ball team. He had a love for Harley motorcycles and rock-n-roll music. He was always there to lend a helping hand to those who needed him. He will surely be missed by all who knew him. Survivors: wife, Glenda Evans; son, Brandon Evans; daughter, Larissa Cravatt; mother, Joyce Harris; stepfather, Robert Harris; brother, Carl Evans; sister, Marlo McManus; 11 nieces and nephews; and numerous other family members and friends. Preceded in death by: father, Kenneth Clifford Evans; brother, Richard Wayne Evans; and grandmother, Lillian Peterson. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2005, in the Johnson Funeral Chapel, Sperry, OK. The Reverend David Shatwell will officiate and burial will be in the Rest Haven Cemetery, Sperry, OK. Willis-Miller
WILLIS-MILLER -- Mrs. Johnnie Lee, 82, of Tulsa. Funeral service for Mrs. Johnnie Lee Willis-Miller will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at 3 p.m. in the Kennard Funeral Chapel. Johnnie Lee Billington was born on May 3, 1922, in Duncan, OK. She was married to Don Willis and the couple co-owned and operated Don's Chili House Restaurant on 11th Street in Tulsa for over 30 years. Don passed away in 1979 and Johnnie married Mr. Bill J. Miller in September of 1987, and the couple made their home in Claremore. Her survivors include her husband, Bill J. Miller of the home; her daughter, Pam and husband, Dale Blakley; her grandchildren, Baron and wife, Cynthia Blakley, Derek Blakley, Jason and wife, Angie Blakley, Kyle Lee Willis, Monica and husband, Craig Smedley; her sister, Vivian Wells; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by: husband, Don Willis; son, Donald Lee Willis; and 4 sisters, Pauline, Louise, Marie, and Helen. Amis-Kennard Funeral Home, 251-5331.

Livesay-Stevens
LIVESAY-STEVENS -- Catherine Louise. Catherine was born at Tuskegee, OK, on April 12, 1929, and died April 12, 2005, at Inverness Village Retirement Home. She attended school at Tuskegee, Bristow and Okemah. She graduated from Okemah High School in 1947. Upon graduation, Catherine moved to Tulsa where she worked for Vandevers Department Store and later Miss Jackson's in their office. In 1953, she went to work for Tulsair Beechcraft at the Tulsa Airport, where she continued until 2001, when she retired due to her health after 48 years. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Connie and Maudie Livesay; and her husband, Voyne Stevens, who she married in 1987. She is survived by: 1 brother, David Livesay and wife, Ramona of Porter; 1 sister, Allene Brickner and husband, John of Houston, TX; 3 nephews, Kent and Steven Livesay of Porter, Scott Brickner of Houston, TX; 1 niece, Jane Dodson of Corpus Christie, TX. She is also survived by: 2 stepdaughters, Pam Cox of Tulsa and Jill Zehren of Riverwood, IL; and 6 step-grandchildren, including Kayce Cox of Tulsa. Service was conducted by Rev. Conrad Barrett on April 14 at 10 a.m. at Floral Haven Chapel in Broken Arrow. Floral Haven, 252-2518.

Peterson
PETERSON -- Harvey Dale, 75, Tulsa, died April 14, 2005. Service was held Monday, April 18, 2005. Born March 7, 1930, in Seamon, OH, to Floyd B. and Beulah C. Peterson. Graduated from Grove City High School, Grove City, OH. He was a member of The United Methodist Men's Organization and Professional Land Surveyor's Association, where he was registered in 26 states. He retired from Universal-Ensco, Inc. On January 12, 1951, he and June Crabbe were married in Grove City, OH. Survived by: loving wife of 54 years, June Peterson of the home; 3 sons, Floyd Peterson, Riverside, CA, Mark Peterson, Susanville, CA, and David Peterson, Tulsa, OK; 1 grandson, Ryan Peterson, Riverside, CA; 1 brother, Lowell Peterson, Columbus, OH; and 1 sister, Shirley Peterson, Galloway, OH. Billy Ray Chapman
Services for Billy Ray Chapman, 62, Sulphur was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 1998 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. James Swain officiating. Interment will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery with Cowley-Krien Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Chapman was born February 24, 1936 in Hickory to Leonard Chapman and Eva Lou Stidham. He died May 10, 1998 at Arbuckle Memorial Hospital.
On August 25, 1957 he married Dorothy Brandt in Henryetta.
He was born and raised in Hickory, moving to Sulphur in 1969. He lived in Sulphur the remainder of his life. He retired from National Park Service in 1994. He had served in the US Army and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Mr. Chapman is survived by his wife, Dorothy, of the home; one daughter, Regina Brewer and husband, Randy, Sulphur; one grandson, Lance, and one granddaughter, Stacie; one brother, Harold Chapman, Broken Arrow; one sister, Jalinda Kirkendoll, Littlefield, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Clifford Hughes, Billy Warren, Butch Hill, Loyd Gurley, Glenn Ward and Joe Peterson. Honorary Pallbearers were all his fellow co-workers of the National Park Service and his brothers-in-law.

Wesley G. Warren
Services for Wesley G. Warren, Davis were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 1998 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Finis Steelman officiating. Interment was in the Green Hill Cemetery, Davis with Fox Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Warren was born May 4, 1920 in Davis to John and Cora Pope Warren. He died May 18, 1998 in Sulphur.
On August 22, 1953 he married Lena "Dean" Howard in Atoka. She preceded him in death in 1994.
He retired from the Oklahoma Tax Commission after 34 years service. He became an ordained Deacon in 1973.
He is survived by two step daughters, Merlene McManus, Dallas, Texas and Norman Freeman, Ardmore; three step-sons, Glennel D. Cargal, Carrolton, Texas, Harold G. Cargal, Austin, Texas and Artie B. Cargal, Oklahoma City; one sister, Doris Swicegood, Modesta, Calif.; three brothers, Willard Warren, Davis, Norvell Warren, Oklahoma City and Lynn Warren, Richmond, Calif.
Pallbearers were grandsons.

Harold Raymon Wright
A private family memorial service for Harold Raymon Wright, 88 Ada, was held Wednesday with Criswell Funeral Home, in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation was held at 12:00 -4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 20.
Mr. Wright was born February 10, 1910 at Hobart to Harry C. Wright and Maggie Prescott. He died Monday, May 18, 1998 at his residence.
He came to this area 25 years ago from California.
Mr. Wright worked in ship harbors in California and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by two sons, Raymon Wright and Jack Wright, both of Sulphur; six daughters, Helen Hux, Davis, Ida Stanford, Sulphur, Doris Turner, Oklahoma City, Martha Stacy, Healdton, Lula Brewer, Ada and Lillie Henry, Oklahoma City; one sister, Eileen Donham, Woodlands, Texas; a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Willie Waterson and one brother, Jack Louis Wright

Robert David (Bob) Miller
Services for Robert David (Bob) Miller, 60, Chickasha will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 22, 1998, at the College Heights Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Oak lawn Cemetery, Sulphur, at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha.
Mr. Miller was born September 18, 1937, in Yuba City, Calif., the son of William Bryant and Josie Mae (Ward) Miller. He died Tuesday, May 19, 1998, at his home in Chickasha.
Mr. Miller grew up in Sulphur. He and Susie Diacon were married August 31, 1956, in Oklahoma City. They lived their married live in Oklahoma and Chickasha.
He was a computer programmer for the FAA.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Miller, of the home; two sons, Robert David Miller, Jr., Jersey City, New Jersey, Ronald Miller and wife, Leslie, Chickasha; three granddaughters, Nicole Miller, Erin Miller and Samantha Miller, all of Chickasha; one sister, Peggy Miller Leming, Sulphur; one brother, William Ward Miller, Alexander, Ark.; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry Dan Carter
Services for Jerry Dan Carter, 57, Pauls Valley were held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2000 at the First Baptist Church, Wynnewood with brother Jerry Wells officiating. Interment was in the Oaklawn Cemetery with DeArman Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Carter was born June 8, 1942 in Wynnewood to Everett and Ollie Carter. He died Jan. 7, 2000 at his home in Pauls Valley.
Mr. Carter worked for the State School in Pauls Valley for about 18 years. He retired in 1998. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wynnewood. He married Oletha Pierce in 1963 and later married Marie Moss of Wynnewood.
He is survived by his son, Wesley Carter and wife, Angie, Holdenville; three grandchildren, Chealsi, Rikki Dawn and Sean Loyd, Holdenville; three step-daughters, Stacey,Terri and Kari Carter, all of Tuttle; his mother, Ollie Carter; two brothers, William (Bill) Carter and his wife, Sue, Charlie Carter and his wife, Myrna, all of Wynnewood; two sisters, Pat Kinard and her husband, Don, Wynnewood, Jearlene Mize and husband, Don, Sulphur; best friend, Gary Beavers and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Carter; one brother Glen (Frog), a twin sister, Mary Ann and also two infant sons.
Pallbearers were John Puckett, Mike Scherrin, Tommy Lane, C.E. Kinare, Joey White, Rick Sonders, James Miller and Bobby Dobbins.
