Troy Gene Williams, 46, of Seminole died Wednesday at his home.

Survivors include his companion, Beth VanZant, of the home; her daughter, Amanda; two sisters, Beverly S. Williams of Seminole and Marsha Drumm of Oklahoma City; and two brothers, Jack Williams of Pittsburgh, Calif., and Ron Williams of Oklahoma City.

A service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.

Sadie R. Tyner
Sadie R. Tyner, 98, of Stroud died Thursday.

Traditional services will be with the Sac and Fox Community Center in Stroud.

Burial will be 10 a.m. Sunday at the Sac and Fox Tribal Cemetery in Stroud. Arrangements under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Stroud.

Viola M. (Grant) Spoon
Viola M. (Grant) Spoon, 77, Shawnee, died Sunday at a local hospital.

She is survived by three daughters, Lorena Pawpa of Shawnee, Marilyn Spoon of Shawnee and Frances Lewis of Phoenix, Ariz.; one son, Edward C. Spoon, Midwest City; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerome and Mary Ann Grant of Pryor and Chester and Aida Grant of Shawnee; four sisters and one brother-in-law, Christine and Lawrence Rolette of Shawnee, Elizabeth Exedine of Stroud, Lorena Ponkilla of Shawnee and Freda Wise of Tecumseh.

Services are 2 p.m. today at Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tom Morris officiating. Tribal rites are this evening at the home of Carol Patterson.

Burial will be in Wakolee Cemetery Wednesday morning. Arrangements are under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.

Dorothy Evelyn Porter
Dorothy E. Porter, 78, Prague, died Sunday in Prague.

Survivors include her husband, William Porter, Prague; son and daughter-in-law, David and Vickie Porter, Prague; daughters and sons-in-law, Carole and Gary Turner and Luanne and Ron McMahan, all of Tecumseh; half-sister, Laticia Hiskel, Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Graveside services are 2 p.m. today at Prague Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Roach, Prague United Methodist Church, officiating.

Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Prague, is in charge of arrangements.

Gladys Verna Maxey
Gladys Verna Maxey, 88, of Harrah died Saturday.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene, of Harrah; brother, Lewis Jones of Midwest City; daughter, Eugenia Ann Wiegert and husband Wayne of Harrah; a son, Robert Maxey and wife Juanita of Harrah; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of Harrah. Burial will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens under the direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service of Harrah.

Gloria L. Lane-Connor
Gloria L. Lane-Connor, 81, Shawnee, died Friday.

She is survived by four sons, David R. Lane, Wilburn G. Lane Jr., James P. Lane and Robert B. Lane; a daughter, Annabelle K. Gaiski; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Paylor Chapel in Midwest City.

Berry Heath
Berry Heath, 82, of Ravia, Okla., died Tuesday at Johnston Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Helen, of the home; two sons, Gerald Heath of Kingston and Berry Heath of Oklahoma City; a brother, Carl Heath of Tishomingo; eight grandchildren; five great-granchildren; two stepdaughters, Seliece Majors of Springfield, Mo., and Vinita Wright of Carrollton, Texas; two stepsons, Lanny Savage of Plainview, Texas, and Aaron Savage of Maricopa, Ariz.

Services were 10 a.m. Saturday at the Clark Funeral Chapel with Dee Teel officiating. Burial was at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Shawnee.

Eulene P. Lehto
Eulene P. Lehto, 81, Shawnee, died Saturday in Midwest City.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Lehto, of the home; a sister, Euleta Glenn, Phoenix, Ariz.; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Viewing is 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at Cooper Funeral Home.

Thelma Miller Gerardy
Thelma Miller Gerardy, 95, died Saturday at her home near Chandler.

Survivors include a daughter, Lenore Coble, Presho, S.D.; a son and daughter-in-law, Miller and Nina Gerardy, Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church in Chandler with the Rev. Hugh Wiloby officiating. Burial follows at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Chandler under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.

Londo Earl Johnson
Lifelong Seminole resident Londo Earl Johnson, 71, died Sunday at an Ada hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Joy (Jones) Johnson of the home; son, Albert Johnson of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Bobby Gardner of Midland, Texas, Linda Johnson of Roundrock, Texas, Leema and Gary Dewitt of Creyton, Mo., Nancy and Joe Bardeleben of Leander, Texas, Amanda and Chauncey Cravens of Wewoka and Tawanna and Mike McElroy of Cromwell; stepsons, Damon Bearden and Brian Bearden; stepdaughter, Lisa Harris; sisters, Leona Moppin of Seminole and Julia Johnson of Oklahoma City; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Middle Creek No. 2 Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Cooke and the Rev. Houston Tiger officiating.

Burial will follow at Middle Creek No. 2 Church Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole.

Joe Denison
Joe Denison, 82, of Duncan and former longtime resident of Seminole, died Tuesday at his home in Duncan.

Services are 4 p.m. Thursday at the historic Strothers Chapel at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole with burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole.

Anna B. Smith
Anna B. Smith, 87, of Great Mills, Md., and formerly of Shawnee, died Monday at Great Mills.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday.

Services are under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.

Billy N. Varner
Billy N. Varner, 76, of Meeker died Tuesday.

Survivors include his wife, Lorene Varner of the home; two children and their spouses, Lanell and Michael Kincaid of Meeker and Rickey and Suzanne Varner of Oklahoma City; three grandchildren; and one sister, Ethlyn Pound of Fort Worth, Texas.

No memorial services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.

Frances E. Stewart
Tecumseh resident Frances E. Stewart, 79, died Monday in Norman.

Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Cooper Funeral Home with Bob Anderson of Highland Church of Christ officiating.

Other information is pending and will be announced by the funeral home.

Bessie Cornelius
Bessie Cornelius, 83, Wewoka, died Saturday at a Wewoka care center.

Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Galbreath, Seminole; son Glynn Cornelius, Seminole; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Mekesukey Baptist Church with the Rev. George Harjoche and the Rev. Dorsey Nero officiating.

Burial will follow at the Jones Family Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.

Franklin James Hulbutta
Franklin James Hulbutta, 23, of Seminole died Saturday in an automobile accident.

Survivers include Jessica Kernell of Shawnee; a son, Anthony Tyler Hulbutta of Shawnee; mother, Wanda Sewell of Seminole; father and stepmother, Paul and Elaine Hulbutta of Wewoka; three brothers, Randy Hulbutta of Seminole, Christopher Hulbutta of Seminole and Russell Hulbutta of Wewoka; four stepbrothers, Daniel Wesley of Shawnee, Chris Samuels of Norman, Fabian Samuels of Wewoka and Dion Samuels of Norman; five sisters, Veronica Lopez of Shawnee, Sallie Wesley of Shawnee, Melissa Hulbutta of Big Cypress, Fla., Crystal Hulbutta of Wewoka and Christina Hulbutta of Wewoka; stepsisters, Belinda Cook of Shawnee, Stacey Samuels of Wewoka and Kelly Wade of Oklahoma City; and many other relatives and friends.

Wake service was 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Stout Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today at Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church with the Rev. Houston Tiger and the Rev. Bill Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Holdenville Cemetery under the direction of Stout Funeral Home.

George W. Glasgow
George W. Glasgow, 86, Canadian, died Monday in McAlester.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery, under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Home.

Further information is pending and will be released by Gaskill-Owens Funeral Home.

O. Jean Clark
Longtime Shawnee resident O. Jean Clark, 66, died Monday at her home.

She was born March 31, 1937, in Muskogee to Dee Burdine and Virgie Lee (Baker). She graduated from Vanoss High School and attended East Central University in Ada. She worked for AT&T as a telephone operator for 26 years before her retirement. She was a member of Putnam City Baptist Church.

She was married to Orval Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Violet Curtis.

Surviving relatives include a daughter, Kim Diane Thorpe of Shawnee; two sons, Dwight Dee Clark of Welling, Okla., and Dwayne Lee Clark and wife Janice of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Jessie Butler and husband Fred of Ada; five grandchildren, Shane Jackson and wife Carrie, Justin Jackson, Kristin Hendley and husband Robbie, Ryan Clark and Laura Clark; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Resthaven Memorial Park with the Rev. Rick Parker officiating. Resthaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Edna Davis-Foster
Edna Davis-Foster, 92, of Tecumseh died Saturday in Oklahoma City.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Magnolia Cemetery in Bristow, with the Rev. W.F. Crow officiating.

Further arrangements will be announced by Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.

Annemarie Pointer
Annemarie Pointer, 79, Seminole, died Friday at Unity Health Center, Shawnee.

Survivors include her husband, Bob, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Monika and Derek Nash, Dallas, Texas; and sister, Ursula Nowakowski of Bad Nauheim, Germany.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.

Bernice Richardson
Bernice Richardson, 87, Seminole, died Sunday at Seminole Medical Center.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Will and Lynda Richardson, Grand Prairie, Texas; Vic and Maureen Richardson, Seminole; daughters and sons-in-law, Ina Jean and Dick McQueen, Muskogee; Alpha and Harvey Young, Seminole; Deanna and Ivan Armstrong, Stillwater; son-in-law, Jim Williams, Shawnee; brother, Glen Anderson, Ada; sister, Wilma Craig, Albuquerque, N.M., 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Free Will Baptist Church of Seminole with the Rev. David McDougal officiating.

Burial will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
