Linda Ann Burnham
Linda Ann Burnham, 59, of Bethlehem, Pa., died Sunday, at a Bethlehem, Pa., hospital.

She had been an licensed practical nurse for community services in Bethlehem Township for four years and for the past six months was employed by Lifepath in Coplay, Pa.

She was a member of St John's Lutheran Church in Shawnee.

Burnham was born Aug. 7, 1943, in New London, Conn., and was the daughter of Winifred (Heins) Weigant of Shawnee and the late Dean Martin Weigant.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years Walter F. Burnham of Bethlehem, Pa.

She also is survived by her mother; two daughters, Lisa Upton of Norman and Laura Manners of Shelburne Falls, Mass., son, Christopher Spaugy of Shawnee; two sisters, Marie Wiedekehr of El Paso, Texas, and Patricia Weigant of Chapel Hill, N.C.; two brothers, Michael Weigant of Choctaw and James Weigant of Denver; and eight grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Connell Funeral Home Inc., 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, Pa. The service will be 4 p.m. Friday at Connell Funeral Home.

Laesha LaJohn Denise Fox Tramble
Laesha LaJohn Denise Fox Tramble, age 1 1/2, Oklahoma City, died Thursday in Oklahoma City.

She was born Nov. 29, 2001, in Shawnee to Mark Allen Tramble Jr. and Mary Nicole Fox.

Surviving are her mother, Mary Fox, of the home; father and stepmother, Mark Allen Tramble and Melody Ybarra; brothers, Michael Tramble, Elijah Bender and Montrael Fox; maternal grandparents, Sheri and Thomas Fox; paternal grandparents, Mark and Patty Tramble; four aunts, Natasha DeLeon, Heather Fox, Latonya Tramble and Jordan Tramble; four uncles, Anthony Tramble, MarQuion Tramble, SanDiago Carolina and Thomas Fox III; immediate cousins, Marquese, Monique and Makyra Tramble, Lupe DeLeon III, Mariah DeLeon and Aislinn Fox; and many other cousins, family and friends.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Galilee Baptist Church with the Rev. Wilbert Triplett officiating. Burial will follow at Fairveiw Cemetery under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.

Donald H. Searle
Donald H. Searle, 69, Lawton, died Tuesday at his home.

Searle was born Aug. 14, 1932, in Bartlesville to John E. and Ona Joan (Brown) Searle. He graduated from Bartlesville High School and later attended Bethany College, now known as Southern Nazarene University.

He retired from the U.S. Army after serving more than 20 years. He served in Vietnam and Korea and received the Purple Heart and many other honors and medals.

Searle is a former Shawnee resident who lived in Lawton for the past eight years. He also had lived in France and Germany.

He married Vera May Stewart July 1, 1951, in Pine Bluff, Ark. She preceded him in death in 1991. He married Julie Ann Tadlock on July 28, 1992, in Cedar Town, Ga.

Searle was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and the Church of the Nazarene. He had traveled to all 50 states.

He also was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Donald Searle, in 1985; a brother, Bill Searle; and a sister, Martha Searle.

Survivors include his wife, Julie Searle, of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Byron and Susan Searle, Vermont; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Bill Worthley, Shawnee; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Debra Searle, Oklahoma City; three sisters and two brother-in-laws, Jean Lawrence, Bartlesville; Brenda and Bill Jetton, Enid; and Ruth Ann and Charles Keaton; Bartlesville; four grandchildren and their spouses, Jeff and Carol Worthley, Jason and Kathy Worthley, Matthew Searle, Jennifer and Jason Searle; four great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Donald Worthley, Brayden Michael Worthley; George Alexander Searle and Morgan Searle; and many nieces and nephews.

Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with Jim McGuire, chaplain, and the Rev. Harold Blankenship officiating. Burial follows in Resthaven Memorial Park.

Jearl E. Rolland
Jearl E. Rolland, 59, Shawnee, died Saturday in Shawnee.

He was born Oct. 18, 1942, in Oklahoma City to Ernest and Oma Lee Rolland. He graduated from Midwest City High School and attended Oklahoma Baptist University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in computer science. He then earned a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in business administration.

On Jan. 10, 1969, he married Sandra Jo Kinsey. He worked at Tinker Air Force Base for 31 years, retiring as a personnel management specialist. After retiring, he was a substitute teacher at Gordon Cooper Technology Center.

He served in the U.S. Army for three years, including a tour in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, a perpetual member of Tecumseh Masonic Lodge No. 69, AF & AM and the McAlester Scottish Rite. He was a board member of Shawnee DeMolay and Rainbow Girls.

Preceding him in death was a son, Brent Rolland.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra, of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Rusty Helms of Fort Bragg, N.C.; two grandsons, Craig and Joshua Helms of Fort Bragg, N.C.; parents, Ernest and Oma Lee Rolland of Comanche; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Gina and Jack Lokey of Comanche and Nancy and Bill Walker of Duncan; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Debbie Rolland of Choctaw; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harland and Vineta Kinsey of Tecumseh; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Stacy and Karen Kinsey of Tecumseh; two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sheila and Don Fink of Oklahoma City and Sherry and Roger George of Newalla.

The family has designated the Tecumseh Masonic Lodge as appropriate for memorials.

Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cooper Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home, Tecumseh.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.

Una Mae Logan
Una Mae Logan, 84, Shawnee, died Thursday at a local nursing home.

She was born May 29, 1917, in Meeker to Virgil and Dovie (Quinn) Donnohue.

She attended school in Prague. She was a homemaker and worked various jobs.

She was married to W.S. (Bill) Logan.

Preceding her in death were her parents; a daughter, Judy Logan; a son, W.S. Logan III; two brothers, O.V. Donnohue and Theodore Donnohue; and three sisters, Irene Haney, Zula Chronister and Odessa Sweatland.

Surviving are a sister, Marcella Hinesley of Shawnee and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Leroy Kerbo officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.

Harold Loyd Cosby
Harold Loyd Cosby, 71, of Shawnee, died Saturday at a local hospital.

Cosby was born Jan. 24, 1931, in Stratford to F.C. and Mable (Slate) Cosby.

Cosby attended school in Bradley, Okla. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and retired from Jones and Pella Oil Company in 1986.

He married Mildred Lucille Thomason on April 17, 1948, in Purcell.

He lived in Shawnee for 20 years.

Cosby was a member of the Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Cecil; son-in-law Monroe Moody; and sister-in-law Gerline Copher.

Cosby is survived by his wife, Mildred, of the home; two daughters and a son-in-law, Shirley Moody of Shawnee and Brenda and Mike Lyon of Shawnee; a son and daughter-in-law, Loyd Ray and Charlene Cosby of Shawnee; five grandsons and their spouses, Tommy Stiles, Steve and Paula Lyon, Darrell and Keli Stiles, Jennifer and David Cosby and Kevin Cosby, all of Shawnee; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lavenia and John Mayberry of Maysville and Gladys and Eddie Waterman of Lindsay; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John Ray and Terry Cosby of Lindsay and Clyde and Rosie Cosby of Lindsay; three sisters-in-law, Birdie Vestal of Lindsay, Opal Thornburg of Bakersfield, Calif., and Ethel Bryan of Riolinda, Calif.; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Mike Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Jimmie Virl Cox
Jimmie Virl Cox, 65, of McLoud died Tuesday at a local hospital.

He was born Oct. 13, 1936, to William Dewey and Nova Lee Cox.

He was a truck driver most of his life and had been a long-time employee of Cherry Trucking.

He had lived in Seminole for more than 15 years before recently moving to McLoud.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Cox, in 1996; his parents; and two brothers, Virgil and Bobby Cox.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Nancy Cox of Oklahoma City and Kelly and Ruth Cox of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren, Lauren, Kyle, Travis, Jamie and Kurt; two sisters, Bonnie Campbell of McLoud and Barbara Williams of Macomb; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Christopher Cox of Balch Springs, Texas, William and Nancy Cox of McLoud and Roy and Mary Cox of McLoud; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held 1 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Larry Sparks officiating at Dale Cemetery.

Margaret Elizabeth Lazenby
Margaret Elizabeth (Terrell) Lazenby, 86, of Shawnee died Monday at her residence.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Chapel at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Other information is pending with Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.

Winnifred Lorraine Garlington
Winnifred Lorraine Garlington, 84, of Maud died Sunday at an Ada hospital.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Norvel and Barbara Garlington of Maud; one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Larry Lan of Shawnee; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Daniel Capstick of Fayetteville, Ark., and Gayle Capstick of Tulsa; and one sister, Betty Burshik of Pawnee.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Basil Keenan, O.S.B., officiating at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Knight-Swearingen Funeral Home of Maud.

Lavon Dahlke
Lavon Stice Dahlke, 66, died Sunday.

Dahlke was born Sept. 15, 1935, in Chandler, to Dewey and Hattie Stice.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father and five sisters.

Dahlke is survived by her husband, Don, of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law Trisha and Mike Hancock of Sallisaw and Wanda and Mike Ragsdale,of Oklahoma City; son and daughter-in-law, George and Lynn Hicks of Chandler; stepsons and stepdaughters-in-law, Marlin and Janice Dahlke of Oklahoma City, MikeDahlke of Yukon and Mark and Ginger Dahlke of Yukon; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Al Lessman of Oklahoma City; brother and sister-in-law, Merle and Chris Stice of Bartlesville; eight grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many other friends and family members.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Chandler Friends Church, 215 N. Blaine, Chandler under the direction of Agent Funeral Home, Sallisaw.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in her memory be made to: The American Cancer Society, care of First Bank of Chandler, 902 Manvel Ave., Chandler, 74834.

Charlie Andrew Wilson
Charlie Andrew Wilson, 42, of McLoud, died Wednesday at a Norman hospital.

Wilson is survived by his wife, LaDonna; four children, Ashley, Andrea, Andrew and Alyssa; his parents, Charlie and Willie Mae Wilson of Newalla; father-in-law Wayne Heath, of McLoud; mother-in-law Patty Taylor, of McLoud; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Vickie Wilson of McLoud and Joe and Christina Wilson of Wellston; 23 nieces and nephews; one great-niece; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services were 2 p.m. Monday at Newalla Baptist Church. Burial followed in Dale Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, Oklahoma City.

Karen Novack
Karen Garner Carpenter Novack, 57, of Shawnee died Monday at a local hospital.

Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dale Cemetery. Other information is pending with Roesch Walker Funeral Chapel.

Tunky Jason Stevens
Tunky Jason Stevens, 28, Choctaw, died Monday.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Asa Smith Memorial Chapel. Further arrangements are pending with Asa Smith Funeral Service in Harrah.
