WILMA JEAN GOLDEN
Funeral services for Wilma Jean Golden, 63, of Russellville, Mo., and formerly of Grove, will be held Saturday, June 29, 2002 in the Worley-Luginbuel Chapel in Grove with Brother Roy Scribner officiating.
Interment will be in the Council House Cemetery.
Visitation by family and friends will be held at 7 p.m. Friday.
Mrs. Golden was born to Buster and Barbara (Rhodes) Back in Wyandotte, Okla., Dec. 21, 1938, and died Tuesday June 25, at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo.
She attended Turkey Ford School until 1954, and was a cook in the Village Kitchen in Grove until 1984 when she moved to Russellville to open "Golden's Trailer Park. She married David E. Kinslow in 1954 and he was killed in an accident in 1970.
She married Lloyd E. Smart in 1978 and he preceded her in death in 1984.
She married Frank Golden in 1984.
She was also preceded in death by her father in 1982, a brother, Kenneth "Buck" Back, in 1996, a sister, Patty Lou Pollick, in 1998, and a grandson, Larry Eugene Kinslow in 2001.
Survivors include her husband of Russellville; six children, Barbara Kinslow and Connie Donaldson, both of Wyanette, Okla., Lelon Kinslow of Helena, Okla., Betty Kinslow of Russellville, and Phyllis Wolfe and Loree Smart, both of Jefferson City; three brothers, Bill Back of Wyandotte, Ralph Back of Bernice, Okla., and Winnford Back of Grove; three sisters, Anna Arnold of Wyandotte, and Charlotte Jenkins and Sue McNitt, both of Coldwell, Idaho; 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

BESSIE MAE GOODING
MIAMI, Okla. - Bessie Mae Gooding of Miami, died Saturday, November 16, 2002 at Osborn Care and Rehab Nursing Home in Miami, Okla. She was 66.
Bessie was born November 12, 1936 to Fred and Margaret Prater at Grove, Okla. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Grove and has resided in Miami for the past five years. Preceding her in death were: her parents; three brothers, Charles Prater, Earl Prater, Cecil Prater; and one sister, Nadine Blevins.
Survivors include: two daughters, Debbie Black of Grove and Brenda Kerby of Miami; four grandsons, Kelly Joe Black, Joseph Everette Black, Joshua Abraham Kerby and Nathaniel Lee Kerby; one granddaughter, Kirstie Nicole Kerby; one great-granddaughter, Alaina Marie Black; three brothers, Lloyd Prater of Jay, Doyle Prater of Miami, and Ronnie Prater of Jay; two sisters, Maxine Blaha of Stillwater, Okla. and Rita Hodges of Jay, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, at the Olympus Cemetery in Grove. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove.

NELL PARRISH GOODISON
Funeral services for Nell Parrish Goodison, age 90, mother and best friend to Margaret and her husband, Robert M. Neely, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Tarp Chapel, 1401 W. Washington, Broken Arrow. Private interment will be in Floral Haven Cemetery under the direction of Ninde Funeral Directors, Woodland Chapel.
The eldest of six other siblings, Nell Goodison is survived by the youngest, Jim Parrish and wife, Sharon, of Idaho. She has one grandson, Steve Neely, and one great-grandson, Wilder Neely, both of Denver, Colo. Nell was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Don Goodison. They were both lifelong residents of Tulsa until they moved to the lake at Grove 25 years ago. They were members of the First Christian Church of Grove, as well as the Good Sams Club. They traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico and had a winter residence in Harlingen, Texas. She was a devoted mother who lived through the depression and World War II and never faltered in her care and love for her only daughter.

LOYLE LEE GORDON, III
TULSA, Okla. - Loyle Lee Gordon, III, 22, of Gravette, Ark., died Saturday, August 10, 2002 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born October 15, 1979, the son of Loyle Lee Gordon, II and Karen Wilson Gordon in Pryor, Okla.
He moved to the Gravette area in June 2000. He was a machine operator for Tyco Plastics and was a member of the Lowery Baptist Church of Lowery, Okla. Loyle was an avid knife and gun collector. He loved music, cars, and people.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and an uncle. He is survived by his parents, Loyle Lee and Karen Gordon, II, of Gravette, and two brothers, Jefferson J. Gordon of Pryor, and Timothy J. Gordon of Gravette.
Funeral services will be held at the Heritage Baptist Church of Gravette at 2 p.m. August 14, with John Powell officiating. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. August 13 at the Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Gravette.
Arrangements are under the direction of Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Gravette.

IVAN GOURD
CLAREMORE, Okla. - Services for Ivan Gourd were held Friday, August 30, 2002, in Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Chapel in Claremore. Pastor Dale Thorne officiated. Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday morning at Sandy Baptist Church Indian Cemetery in Sulphur, Okla. Pastor Bill Frazier will conduct the interment service.
Ivan died Wednesday, August 28, in Saint Francis Hospital. He was 59 years old.
The son of Dan R., Jr. and Ora Mae Cravatt Gourd was born April 28, 1943 in Claremore. He attended Haskell Indian School in Lawrence, Kan. and studied culinary arts at Okmulgee Technology Center. Ivan served in the United States Navy for four years as an air traffic controller. He was employed as an inventory control supervisor for Tulsa Community College since 1978. Ivan was always interested in his Indian culture as he was born of Chickasaw, Cherokee decent. He had attended the Chickasaw National Holiday celebrations several times. Ivan enjoyed traveling and was very close to his family.
Family members who survive are: sisters, Joan Neal of Jay, Okla., June and husband, Max Holcomb, of Miami, Okla., and Janet and husband, Jim Patterson, of Claremore; four nephews and three nieces; and a special friend Sally Mattrox of Tulsa, Okla.
Ivan is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kenneth "Bob" Gourd; and two sisters Tammy Louise Barehead and Virginia Moore.

RUBY M. GRAHAM
GROVE - Ruby M. Graham died at the Grove Nursing Center at 4:08 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2002 after a long illness. She was 93.
Ruby was born August 11, 1908 to Telmon P. and Pearl (Mercer) Green east of Miami and was a lifelong resident of the Miami area. She was a housewife and homemaker, and worked for the Dobson family as a housekeeper for 17 years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Miami and taught Sunday School for over 40 years.
She married Ray Graham on July 31, 1926 and he preceded her in death on October 14, 1977 at Miami.
Survivors include: three sons, Glen and his wife, Odessa Graham, of Miami, Gerald and his wife, Mary Graham, of Wyandotte, Okla., and Carl and his wife, Pat Graham, of Picayune, Miss.; a daughter, Vera and her husband, Cecil Jones, of Monkey Island, Okla.; a brother, Ernest Green, of Miami; a sister, Josephine Hoffman, of Red City, Calif.; 30 grandchildren; several great-grand children and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, Dallas Graham of Edmond, Okla., and Telmon Graham of Tucson, Ariz.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 4, at the First Assembly of God Church in Miami with the Rev. Gerald L. Baser and Rev. Jerry Baser officiating. Burial will follow in the G.A.R. Cemetery under the direction of the Cooper-Althouse Funeral Home in Miami. Pallbearers will be grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday March 3, at the Cooper-Althouse Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and may be sent in care of the funeral home.

MAKAYLA LYNN GRAVES
JAY, Okla. - Makayla Lynn Graves, daughter of William P. Graves and Tammy Battiest, died at birth on Monday, October 28, 2002 at Grove General Hospital.
She is survived by her parents; one brother, Tyler Battiest, Eucha; paternal grandparents, Porter and Olive Graves, Jay; and maternal grandparents, Valinda Scraper and Ron Haskins, both of Eucha.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 1, at Zena Cemetery with Pastor Ardith Graves officiating.
Services are under the direction of Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay.

JEAN F. GRAY
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Jean F. Gray, a 76-year-old resident of Fayetteville, Ark., died Sunday, May 12, 2002 in Tulsa, Okla. She was born August 10, 1925 at Tupelo, Okla., to Luther Francis and Emma Anderson Turner.
She was secretary/treasurer of NAPCO of Springdale, Ark., and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lowell, Ark. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Joplin Chapter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Gray, on March 11, 1994, one sister, Ellie Lee Turner at an early age, and one half sister, Evelyn Cours.
Survivors include: two sons, Bill Gray of Lowell, and Charles Earl Gray of Gentry, Ark.; two brothers, Bill Turner of Woodsville, Texas, and Donald Turner of Houston, Texas; one sister, Dorothy Brown of Dumas, Texas; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 16, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. Gary Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale.

EUGENE GREEN
JAY, Okla. - Eugene Green, 66, of Jay, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2002 at his home.
Gene was born on March 1, 1936 in Madill, Okla., the son of Jesse and Laura Green. He married Pauline Harviston on June 23, 1975 in Stilwell, Okla. He was the owner/operator of Gene's Body Shop in North Little Rock, Ark., and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include: his wife, Pauline, of the home; two sons, Kent Green of Madill and Artel Green of Little Rock; one daughter, Charlotte McRae of Garland, Texas; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Aris Green.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 9, at the Bell Cemetery under the direction of the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.

HELEN MARIE GREEN
MIAMI, OKLA. - Helen Marie Green, 79, died June 21, 2002 at the Baptist Regional Health Center after an illness. Mrs. Green was born September 6, 1922 in Lamar, Mo. ,and has lived in Miami for the past 35 years. Prior to moving here she lived in Commerce, Picher and Idaho. Mrs. Green married Howard R. Green on July 10, 1963 in Picher, Okla. Mr. Green preceded her in death February 11, 1999. A daughter and two grandchildren also preceded her.
Survivors include: two sons, Charlie Sears, Miami, and Harley Sears, Picher, Okla.; one daughter, Glenda Kay Conrad, Miami; a sister, Norma Reed, Smetlerville, Ind.; 13 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, in the G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami. Rev. Bob Barker will officiate. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Guilford-Thomas Funeral Home, Miami. The family will receive friends from 6-7 Monday evening at the funeral home.

JAMES 'POPS' WILLIAM GREEN
GROVE - James "Pops" William Green, 84, died Thursday, September 26, 2002 at Betty Ann Nursing Center.
James Green was born January 8, 1918 in Buzzard Roost, Ark., to William Henry and Lora (Henry) Green. He married Marie Green in 1945. Mr. Green was a farmer. He had lived in Grove for six years, moving from Phoenix, Ariz. He was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of being able to fish and enjoy the lake.
Survivors include: his only child, Bonnie Sue Owens, Grove; his only granddaughter, Jamie Marie Coker, West Fork, Ark.; one sister, Rachel Bylander, Brighton, Tenn.; four great grandchildren, Seth Andrew Coker and Caitlin Marie Coker of West Fork, Ark., and Bailey Rae Sherman and Austin David Sherman of Arma, Kan. He was preceded in death by his first wife and Bonnie's mother, Marie Green, of Arizona in 1965; his second wife, Freda Green of Phoenix, Ariz., and his only grandson, Charles David Sherman, Jr., in 2001.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 28, at Butler Cemetery with Rev. John E. Butler officiating.
Services were under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove.
