Patrick Alan Hay
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2001, in Grant Park Church in Portland for Patrick Alan Hay, whose body was found March 26. He was 40. Mr. Hay was born April 1, 1960, in Portland. He graduated from Grant High School and Portland Community College. He was a self-employed electronics repairman and yard maintenance worker.
Survivors include his parents, Harold and Margaret; brothers, Hal and Ian; and grandmother, Gladys.

Eileen Marie Hayes
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2001, in Molalla Church of the Nazarene for Eileen Marie Hayes, who died April 12 at age 49. Mrs. Hayes was born Eileen Marie Wallace on July 7, 1951, in Silverton. She was a lifelong resident of Colton and was an office worker for Colton Telephone Co. for 20 years. In 1994, she married
Robert Hayes.
Survivors include her husband; son, Bryce Hendrickson; daughter, Heather Hendrickson; mother, Leona Wallace; brother, Ted Wallace; and three grandchildren.

Paulona Elvira Dias Kluge
Paulona Elvira Dias Kluge died April 9, 2001, at age 89. Mrs. Kluge was born Paulona Dias on July 16, 1911, in Klaten, Indonesia. She lived in the Netherlands before immigrating to Watertown, Mass., in 1960. She was a dietitian at Brandeis University and Wellesley College until retiring in 1970, when she moved to Portland. She and her husband managed the Holgate House for 10 years. In 1937, she married
Friedrich Kluge; he died in 1980.
Survivors include her sons, Willem and Frits; daughters, Maud Gemser, Johanna Anhaack, Helene Bome, Francisca Sittrop and Priscilla McMullen; brothers, Nico Dias, Theo Dias, Bartho Dias and Marius Dias; sisters, Jacoba Dias and Greta Luntungan; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Muriel E. Lindahl
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2001, in Lincoln Memorial Park for Muriel E. Lindahl, who died April 12, at age 83. Mrs. Lindahl was born Muriel E. Collins on July 6, 1917, in Houghton, Mich. She was a homemaker who moved to Milwaukie in 1951. In 1939, she married
Donald Carl Lindahl; he died in 1970.
Survivors include her sons, Douglas D. and Keith J.; daughter, Gloria J. Wright; sister, Rosemary Freitag; and eight grandchildren.

Helen M. Loffer
Helen M. Loffer died April 6, 2001, at age 78. Mrs. Loffer was born Helen Crowl on Aug. 8, 1922, in Scott City, Kan. A homemaker, she moved to Coos Bay in about 1952 and to Portland from Longview, Texas, in about 1999. In 1947, she married
Ron Loffer; he died in 1997.
Survivors include her sons, Lyle, Fred and Jesse; daughter, Clara Jenson; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Willie B. McCoy
A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2001, in St. Johns Missionary Baptist Church, 602 N.E. Prescott St., for Willie B. McCoy, who died April 3 at age 77. Mr. McCoy was born Aug. 9, 1923, in Marshall, Texas. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army. He moved to Portland in 1965, and held several jobs, retiring as a foundry worker in 1991. In 1999, he returned to Marshall. About 1960, he married
Margaret L. McCowan; she died in 1971.
Survivors include his twin sister, Lessie B. Johnson; and brother, Charles; and nieces and nephews.

Blanche M. McGoogan
Blanche M. McGoogan died April 7, 2001, at age 90. Mrs. McGoogan was born on Oct. 15, 1910, in Sawyer, N.D. She worked as a manager for Hazeltine Cleaners in California and moved in 1992 to Portland. In 1935, she married
Kenneth McGoogan; he died in 1982.
Survivors include her son, Bill; daughter, Sherrill; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

LaVerne H. Moore
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2001, in Riverview Abbey Funeral Home for LaVerne H. Moore, who died April 9 at age 89. Mrs. Moore was born LaVerne Hutchens on Aug. 4, 1911, in Portland, and was raised in Newberg. She graduated from Pacific Academy in 1929, from Pacific College in 1932, received a degree from Northwestern School of Law and later a master's degree from Portland State University. She was a case manager for the state of Oregon for 40 years, retiring in the late 1970s. She served on the Citizen Involvement Committee of Multnomah County, was chairperson for two years of the Portland-Multnomah Commission on Aging and was a six-year member of the Governor's Commission on Senior Services. In 1935, she married
Ralph A. Moore; he died in 1995.
Survivors include her son, Michael R.; daughter, Anita M.; brother, Tyra Hutchens; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Interment in Riverview Abbey Mausoleum. Remembrances to Friendly House.
Mildred F. Mosier~ Mildred F. Mosier died April 6, 2001, at age 82. Miss Mosier was born May 26, 1918, in Winlock, Wash. She moved to Portland as a child and graduated from Franklin High School. She worked as an office clerk for more than 40 years.
Survivors include her sisters, Loraine Clure, Virginia Mosee and Victoria Butler.

Kay Juanita Nedry
Kay Juanita Nedry died April 7, 2001, at age 60. Mrs. Nedry was born Kay Juanita VanLoon on July 27, 1940, in Portland. She attended Franklin High School and later worked as a telemarketer for A.R.C.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Hook; and father Peter J. VanLoon Jr.

Cecil F. Ostrander
A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2001, in Pegg, Paxson & Springer Funeral Home for Cecil F. Ostrander, who died April 11 at age 76. Mr. Ostrander was born Feb. 4, 1925, in Fedora, S.D. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in the South Pacific. Afterward, he was a machinist in Portland and later in Torrance, Calif. He moved to Cornelius in 1962, where he worked for Columbia Forge until retiring in 1984. He operated his own machine shop for about six years, retiring in about 1991. In 1946, he married
Vera Wooden.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Bobby and Paul; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. His son Gary Ostrander died in 1968.
Interment in Crescent Grove cemetery.
Mark Richelsen
Mark Richelsen died April 5, 2001, at age 93. Mr. Richelsen was born Oct. 2, 1907, in West Virginia. He moved to Portland in 1975 from Saigon, Vietnam. A chemical engineer, he worked in Vietnam for many years. He married
Tuyet Tu in 1977.
He is survived by his wife; son, John; daughters, Lise Foley, Mark Ellen Berns, Anh Sabin, Na Dung and Le My Pham; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

G. Edmund Robinso
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2001, in St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Beaverton for G. Edmund "Ed" Robinson, who died April 9 at age 61. Mr. Robinson was born April 22, 1939, in Portland. He graduated from Grant High School and Oregon State University. He later earned a master's degree in science education from Florida State University. He was a teacher and principal for the Beaverton School District for 30 years. He was principal at several elementary schools, including Merle Davies, Sunset Valley, Ridgewood, Raleigh Park and Vose. He served as chairman of the Beaverton Education Foundation board. In 1967, he married
Arlene Anderson.
Survivors include his wife; son, Kyle; daughter, Kristi Norris; and sister, Gail Hoover.
