Ontario - Charleen Mary Percifield, 69, of Ontario, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m., at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Fruitland.
Cremation is under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Fruitland.
Charleen was born April 10, 1940, in Jefferson Co., Mont. Loving mother of four girls, who through the years she taught love and ambition, never to settle for second best, and to stand up for what we believe in.
A woman so strong in her own right, we as her daughters could always stand proud at her side. She was very active and faithful in her church, her life was filled with many friends.
To know her was to love her, as she loved her friends.
There was not a need she would not try to fulfill, day or night!
Charleen could hunt, fish, pick wild berries and then make you a muffin over a camp fire.
The next day she would paint you a picture of that very mountain where she camped.
Charleen, until just recently, enjoyed painting at Wellsprings in Ontario where she resided.
She is survived by a brother, Robert Trobovich; daughters, Susan Watkins, Teresa Calica, Deann DeLaFuentas, and Corena Vasilevski; 22 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
And in loving memory of her sister Deann Sanderson, God bless them both.
