HAD BEEN A RESIDENT OF Middletown Twp., PA since 1958.

EMPLOYMENT: Mrs. Kopp work in the hotel industry as a Hostess until her retirement in 1976.

ORGNIZATIONS: A woman devoted to her home and family.

SURVIVORS: Survived by Two Daughters: Marcia Brown of Avondale, PA and Carol Kopp of New York City; A Granddaughter: Erin Brown; Four Sisters: Zoa, Myrtle, Hallie and Blanche;

Former Husband the late Herbert W. Kopp

SERVICE INFORMATION Funeral Service Thursday 1:00 p.m. from The Minshall-Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte#352) & Knowlton Roads, Middletown Twp., Media, PA where friends may call after 12:00 Noon. Interment Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.

Koppenhaver, Bernice E.

Bernice Elizabeth Koppenhaver Drennen, 89 formerly of Chester, died August 15 at Jefferson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Beaumont, Texas.

Born in Valley View, Pa., she was a 1938 graduate of Hegins High School in Schuylkill County. Following graduation, she worked at Swarthmore College, where she met her future husband of 60 years, Robert Bartlett Drennen.

The Drennens moved to Chester, where they raised two daughters. With her husband away in the Navy, Mrs. Drennen handled parenting duties while holding jobs at Ship 'n Shore clothing, Roger's Department Store and McCrory's five and dime, all in the Chester area.

Along with her husband, she was a longtime member of Providence Avenue Methodist Church and Christ United Methodist Church, both in Chester. After relocating to Texas following Mr. Drennen's death in 2000, she attended Wesley United Methodist Church in Beaumont.

Mrs. Drennen was the daughter of the late Edna Kimmel and Mark Koppenhaver. She was the mother of the late Sandra M. Montag and sister of the late Marie Koppenhaver and Mary Wynn.

Survirvors: Daughter and son-in-law with whom she lived, Barbara A. and Stan Killian of Beaumont; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.

Service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Broussard's Mortuary, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont.

Visitation: 9:00 a.m., Wednesday at the mortuary.

Burial: Chester Rural Cemetery.

William Kosek, Jr. "Bill, Kozey, Mr. K." AGE: 70 OF: Brookhaven, PA and formerly of Claymont, Delaware

DIED: Friday, February 29, 2008 AT Home

Born: Chester, Pa, He had been a resident of Brookhaven, PA for 17 years.

EDUCATION: Graduate Chester High School

VETERAN: US Army

EMPLOYMENT: Boeing as a Machinist in helicopter, space and defense for 52 years until his retirement in 2007

ORGANIZATIONS: A man devoted to his home and family. He enjoyed hot rods, NASCAR and NHRA.

Son of the late William W. and Anna (nee Zaremba) Kosek

SURVIVORS: Survived by his wife of 45 years Geraldine June (nee Yohey) Kosek; Two Daughters: Cindy Kosek of Newark, Delaware and Charlene Cooper of Claymont, Delaware and her fiance Charles Cannavo; Two Brothers: Walter Kozak of and Victor Corranza of West Palm Beach, Florida; A Sister: Joanne Tate of Boothwyn, PA; A Brother-in-Law: Dan R. Yohey; An Aunt: Helen Zaremba of Brookhaven, PA; Also survived by Three Grandchildren, Two Nieces, One Nephew, a close family friend Carmela Maccoll of Decater, Georgia and many special friends.

SERVICE INFORMATION: Funeral Service Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at The Minshall-Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte#352) & Knowlton Roads, Middletown Twp., Media, PA. Interment Mt Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA. Friends may call Tuesday 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday after 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home.

EMPLOYMENT: Haverford State Hospital in the Dietary Department from 1968 to 1978

ORGANIZATIONS: Mrs. Kowal was a woman devoted to her home and family and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Wife of the late John Kowal who died in 1968.

SURVIVORS: Survived by her Son and Daughter-in-law who cared for her John M. and Dorothy Kowal of Swarthnore, PA; One Brother: Alfred Letrinko of Norristown, PA; Also survived by Three Grandchildren: Scott (Colleen) Kowal of Swarthmore, PA, Michael Kowal of West Grove, PA and Stephen Kowal of Swarthmore, PA; Three Great-Grandchildren: Andrew Moran, Jade and Mikayla Kowal.

Julia (nee Duncan) Kriebel, age 93 years of Elizabethtown, PA and formerly of Middletown Twp., and West Chester, PA died on Monday 9/4/06 at the Masonic Home, Elizabethtown, PA.

Born in Chester, PA she had been a longtime resident of Middletown Twp., later moving to West Chester and Hershey Pa. Before moving to the Masonic Home.

She had attended Middletown Presbyterian Church and was a woman devoted to her home and family.

She was the wife of the late John W. Kriebel who died in 1993. She is survived by her two sons:J.Duncan Kriebel of Hershey, PA and Stephen H. Kriebel, MD of Forks, WA., also survived by 4 grandchildren.
