EMPLOYED BY: Boeing Company AS Worked in various product support program management, and business development positions. Harry was the MH-47E Program Manager which enabled him to spend time interfacing with his primary customer and special friends in the US Army 160th Special Operations Airborne Regiment, the Night Stalkers Retired April 2003
VETERAN: US Army WAR: Vietnam Entered the US Army upon his graduation from College as an Infantry Officer and became an Army Ranger. Upon his return from Vietnam, Harry entered pilot training and continued as a CH-47 Chinook helicopter as well as a fixed wing pilot. Harry further served as an Instructor Pilot in CH-47s, before continuing as an Aviation Logistics Officer. His last tour of duty was at the Pentagon serving in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Army Logistics. Harry retired after a wonderful and fulfilling 22 year career. Harry was highly decorated for his service, culminating with the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, and the Army Aviation Association's Honorable Military Order of St. Michael.

Other: Harry was an active member of several professional military associations including President of the local chapter of the Army Aviation Association. He enjoyed golf and watching his children in their activities.

(Eggleston) McGinness; His Children: Shawn and Heather McGinness of Middletown Twp., PA, and Harry, Chris and Ryan McGinness, all of Atlanta, GA; An Uncle who raised him, Edmund Abel of Rocky River, Ohio; Two Brothers: John and Greg McGinness of Tampa, Florida; One Granddaughter; Son of the late Harry J. and Ethel Abel McGinness.
