Mr. Marco F. Way, of Bryn Mawr, Pa. passed away Thursday June 26, 2003 at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Mr. Way is the Husband of Carol (Nee Anderson) Way. Mr. Way was the beloved Brother of Elizabeth Way(Late William) Stouges, Frank (Marge) Way, Anthony (Grace) Way, William (Audrey) Way, and James (Julie) Way. Also surviving him are his brother and sister-in laws; George and Margaret Anderson and Mark and Betsy Anderson.
Mr. Way was born in Elmhurst, New York but grew up in Hicksville, Long Island where some of his family still resides.
Mr. Way was a professor of biology at Villanova University for 33 years, specializing in bactieriology.
Marco is graduate of Bishop Laughlin High School in Brooklyn, New York. He continued his education at St. Bonaventure University and had attended some graduate courses at the same school.
Mr. Way's family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society 1615 West Chester Pike Suite 101 West Chester, Pa. 19382.

Joseph M. Doran, Sr.

Mr. Joseph M. Doran passed away Sunday June 29, 2003 at his home in the Ardmore section of Haverford Township, where he and his family have resided since 1966. Mr. Doran is the beloved husband of Joan (Nee Trebino) Doran. He has three children; Roy E. (Peg) Doran, Thomas A. (Rose)Doran, Sr., and Joseph M. (Dannielle) Doran, Jr. Mr. Doran has 6 Grandchildren. He was the last surviving member amonst his siblings. He is predeceased by John, James, Thomas, And Katherine Doran, and Anne McNally, and Roseanne Wunder.
Mr. Doran was born and raised in Wayne, Pa. and graduated from both St. Katherines Elementary School and St. Katherines High School.
Joseph Doran was employed as a bartender for 39 years. He worked at Weber's Restaurant in Narberth, The Conestoga Mill in Rosemont, and the San Francisco In Wayne.
Mr. Doran was also a lifetime member, Gold card holder of the Earlington Men's Club in Ardmore, Pa. He was also an avid golfer and was a member of the Main Line Golf Club.
Mr. Doran also spent a short period of time serving in the United States Navy during World War II.
The Doran family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the Jefferson Hospice 130 South Bryn Mawr Ave. Bryn Mawr, Pa. 19010.

Louis G. Pavoni, Sr.
Born in Altoona, Pa. on Nov. 16, 1915
Departed on Jun. 30, 2003 and resided in Merion Station, PA.

Mr. Louis G. Pavoni, Sr. passed away Monday, June 30, 2003, at his home in Merion Station, Pa. from complications of colon cancer. Louis is the husband of Maria (Nee Tiburzio) Pavoni. Mr. Pavoni is the Father of Louise (Bruno) Ceccarelli of Wynnewood, Pa., Justin (Kimberly) Pavoni of Park City, Utah, and the late Louis G. Pavoni, Jr.. Mr. Pavoni is also survived by his 2 Brothers; Anthony of Wayne, Pa. and Arthur of Lansdowne, Pa. and his Sister, Adeline Manganello. He is the Grandfather of 7.
Mr. Pavoni was a graduate of Altoona High School, Class of 1934. He spent 34 years as an employee of the United States Government as a Contract Negoitator. He worked mainly out of the Frankford Arsenal. Louis was also a successful businessman in the field of Real Estate.
Mr. Pavoni served his country fro 5 years in the United States Navy, serving in Japan during World War II.
Louis Pavoni was quite an adventurer as his work for the government took him to many exotic destinations. Among them were Greenland, Cuba, and Alaska (the Yukon Territory), where he worked on the Trans-Alaskan Highway.
The Viewing for Louis Pavoni will take place Thursday July 3, 2003 at 9 am in St. Margarets Church 208 N. Narberth Ave. Narberth, Pa. 19072 and his Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 am.
The Pavoni family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the St. Margaret's Church 208 North Narberth Ave. Narberth, Pa. 19072.

MARIO VERTICELLI
Born in Morro d'Oro, Abruzzi, Italy on Jul. 25, 1917
Departed on Jun. 29, 2003 and resided in Ardmore, PA.

Mario Verticelli of Ardmore, Pa. died Sunday June 29, 2003 in Bryn Mawr Hospital. He was 85.
Born July 25, 1917 in Itlay to Sofia and Nicolo Verticelli. He lived in Itlay until 1950 when he came to the united States. He settled in Ardmore, Pa. and has lived there ever since.
Mr. Verticelli was an iron and steel craftsman. There was nothing he couldn't make or do with steel and iron.
His love was his garden, growing vegtables in his garden at home for his dinner table and many other friends tables. He planted his garden this summer and it is in full growth.
His wife Maria (nee Marziani) Verticelli passed away in 1997. He is the father of Filiberto (Ethel) and the late Walter. Grandfather of Walter, Christopher, Susan, Mario, and Lisa and great grandfather of Lexus.
Family and friends may call 8:30 AM Wednesday in the Funeral Home of John Stretch, E. Eagle Rd. & St. Denis Lane, Havertown, Pa. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 AM in St. Denis Church, Havertown, Pa. Interment is in St. Denis Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the charity of the donors choice.

ALMER J. SEEDS
Born in Phila., Pa. on Jan. 26, 1913
Departed on Jul. 2, 2003 and resided in Chadds Ford, PA.

Almer J. Seeds, 90, of Chadds Ford, Pa., formerly of Drexel Hill and Bala Cynwyd, Pa, died July 2, 2003 at Whitehorse Village in Newtown Square, Pa.
Born January 26, 1913 in Philadelphia, Pa. to Edith (nee Gunlock) and Charles Seeds.
He was raised in Philadelphia and graduated from Overbrook High School.
Mr. Seeds was a grocer by profession and he owned and operated Bryces Pioneer Market at 21st & Edgemont Aves. in Chester for 35 years.
He was the husband of the late Mildred (nee Wood) Seeds. He is survived by his sons, Joseph D. Seeds (Pauline), Michael W. (Millie) Seeds, 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Saturday in St. Matthias Church, Bryn Mawr & Highland Aves, Bala Cynwyd, where family and friends may call after 9:00 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to Missionary Diocese of Fairbanks, Alaska, 1312 Peger Rd., Fairbanks, Ak. 99709-5199

Charles F. Loughrey
Born in Philadelphia, Pa. on Aug. 8, 1912
Departed on Jul. 1, 2003 and resided in Gloucester City, NJ.

Mr. Charels F. Loughrey passed away on Monday Juy 1, 2003 at Kennedy Hospital in Cherry Hill, New Jersey at the age of 90. Mr. Loghrey was precede in death by his wife of 54 years, Ida J. (Nee Bell)Loughrey. He is the loving Father of Eileen A. Lippl, Diane I. Schorza, and Charlene R. Hadley-Horiates. Mr. Loughrey had 7 Grandchildren; Jennifer, Brian, Erinn, Callin, Meghan, Stephan, and Bubba.
Mr. Loughrey was born in Philadelphia, Pa. before moving to Havertown, Pa., where he was a longtime resident and a member of St. Denis Church.
Charles began working for the Pennsylvania Railroad at the age of 17. He worked as a conductor. In 1972 he retired and went into the real estate business and he became a member of the Delaware County Realtors.
Mr. Loughrey's interests included playing the violin and attending school. He was actually enrolled in Camden County Community College at the age of 87. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Kenrick Council, where he attained the 4th degree
There will be a viewing Sunday eve, July 6, 2003 from 7 to 9 pm in the Funeral Home and his Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, July 7, 2003 in St. Denis Church. The burial will be at Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, Pa.

Anthony J. Trebino, Jr.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa. on Jan. 3, 1934
Departed on Jul. 1, 2003 and resided in Upper Darby, PA.

Mr. Anthony J. Trebino, Jr. passed away Monday July 1, 2003 suddenly at the Oceanview Campground just outside Sea Isle City, New Jersey. Andy, as he was referred by, was the Friend of Mary Rosati and the Brother of Mrs. Joan Doran. He had 3 nephews; Roy, Thomas, and Joseph Doran.
Mr. Trebino was a graduate of Philadelphia Textile College. He was an avid reader.
Mr. Trebino was a longtime resident of Aston, Pa. before Upper Darby, Pa. He was employed for a longtime at the Collins & Eichmann Corp in Philadelphia, Pa. That company made and distributed uniforms and matierals for the military and other government offices.
