She is the daughter of Cindy Rose and Joseph Spence, both of Dallastown.
He is the son of Gayle Norris of Windsor and Mark Hackler of Peterstown, W.Va.
The Rev. Ed Robbins performed the ceremony at Zion Lutheran Church in Glen Rock .
Cynthia Rose was matron of honor and Crystal Beyer was bridesmaid.
Mark Hackler was best man. John Norris was groomsman. Ushers were Tim Beyer and Greg and John Keefer.
A reception was held at the Goodwill fire hall.
Tiffany is a 2000 graduate of Dallastown Area High School. She is a pharmacy technician at Brockie Pharmatech.
Mark is a graduate of the same high school. He is a reconditioning technician at Beasley Ford.
They live in Red Lion.
