| 2 - | Be considerate of the volunteer. Make only one surname request per day (or whatever limitations the volunteer states). You have no idea how many queries they may have received today! |
| 3 - | If your request involves mileage, copies, or membership fees, offer to reimburse the volunteer, even if the volunteer doesn't require it. |
| 4 - | Follow the rules that are specific to the other volunteer sites that are linked to from GenLookups. |
