Mrs. Boykin, who died Wednesday, Nov. 23, was born in Columbus, N.C., a daughter of Alfred and Betty Hart Sellers Jr. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was associated with the Dairi-O since she was age 17.

Surviving are her husband, Jake Boykin; daughter, Jakette Boykin; son, Kevin Boykin, all of Bishopville; her parents of Columbus, N.C.; father- and mother-in-law, Eddie and Eunice Boykin Sr. of Bishopville; sisters, Debra (Wayne) Mathis of Sumter, Sharon (Malcolm) Kissiah of Hartsville; Barbara (Steve) Culbreath of Fayetteville, N.C.; brothers, Allen Ray Sellers of Orangeburg, Alfred (Trey) Sellers III of Columbus, N.C.; grandson, Justin Blake Brown of Bishopville; brothers-in-law, Charles Boykin of Darlington; Ralph, Eddie Jr., Clay Boykin of Bishopville, Steve Boykin of Sumter; sister-in-law, Chris Watson of Bishopville; special friend, Charlene Logan of Bishopville.

ELEANOR B. WALLACE
Graveside services for Eleanor Elizabeth Boan Wallace, 80, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, 2005, at Magnolia cemetery. The Revs. Dr. Bev Kennedy and Tony Hemphill officiated, and Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home was in charge. Memorials may be made to West Hartsville Baptist Church, 1003 W. Carolina Ave., Hartsville, SC 29550.

Mrs. Wallace died Saturday, Nov. 26. Born in Chesterfield County, she was a daughter of the late Luther B. and Maybelle Turnage Boan. She was a faithful member and worker of West Hartsville Baptist Church for 45 years. She was a loving and giving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was employed with J.L. Coker & Co. for many years and also worked with Robert Wallace & Son Heating and Air Conditioning.

Surviving are her husband, Robert T. Wallace of Hartsville; son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Bert Wallace of Savannah, Ga.; daughters and sons-in-law, Eleanor and Bill Hurtes of Charleston, Beth and Ronnie Amerson of Hartsville; grandchildren and spouse, Jimmy and Denise Amerson, Meg Hurtes, Glenn and Paula Wallace Jr., Julie and Robert McCutchen, Matthew Hurtes, Christie Wallace; and four great-grandchildren.

CARRIE O'NEAL
Funeral services for Carrie Dixon O'Neal, 77, will be held at 3 p.m. today, Nov. 30, 2005, at Mount Olivet Baptist Church. The Revs. Ed Griggs, Gary Wells, Elwood Freeman and Ricky Hartsoe will officiate with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 1652 Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Rd., Patrick, SC 29584.

Mrs. O'Neal died Sunday, Nov. 27. Born in Darlington County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Nancy Player Dixon. She was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Junior O'Neal of Patrick; sons and daughters-in-law, Buck and Ann O'Neal of Patrick, Candy and Sib O'Neal, Larry and Brenda O'Neal, Merdith and Lynn O'Neal, all of Patrick, and Eddie and Nikki O'Neal of Hartsville; daughters and sons-in-law, Emma Jean and Elwood Freeman of Great Falls, Myrtle and Bill McGuirt of Bennettsville, Catherine and Franklin Teal of Patrick, Linda and Lee Register of Patrick; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Irene Gilbert and Patty Gainey; brothers, Wade Dixon and Earl Dixon.

BUCK A. DIXON
Funeral services for Buck A. Dixon, 76, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at Wilkes Chapel United Methodist Church. The Revs. Randy Jackson and Ronnie Caulder officiated with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home.

Mr. Dixon, widower of Margaret Freeman Dixon, died Tuesday, Nov. 22. Born in Chesterfield County, he was a son of the late Burell and Emma Dixon Dixon. He was a member of Wilkes Chapel United Methodist Church.

Surviving are his sons, Richard Dixon of Hartsville and Donnie Dixon; daughter, Joane Runey of Virginia; sisters, Edell Melton of Cheraw, Geneva Gainey of Kannapolis, N.C.; brother, John Dixon of Hartsville. Special friends who showed love and compassion are James and Teresa Shaw and Johnny and Margie Winburn.

TYRUS WHEELING
INWOOD, N.Y. - Tyrus Wheeling, son of Bobby Wheeling and Sarah McCullough, formally of Hartsville, died on Tuesday, Nov. 22, at his home in Inwood, N.Y., after an illness. Local arrangements will be handled by Hines Funeral Home Inc. of Hartsville.

CECELIA ANN ADCOCK
LOCUST GROVE, Okla. - Memorial services for Cecelia Ann (Epps) Adcock are scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2, 2005, at the Ft. Gibson American Legion. Interment will be at the Ft. Gibson National cemetery in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the Locust Grove Funeral Home.

Mrs. Adcock departed this life on Thursday, Nov. 24, in Locust Grove, Okla., at the age of 61 years, 1 month, and 29 days. She was born Sept. 25, 1944, in Hartsville, to Onnie E. (Hicks) and Paden Sull Epps.

Mrs. Adcock was a resident of Locust Grove, Okla., for the past 30 years. She retired from Boeing and had served in the United States Army Reserves. She and her husband, Gene, were married for more than 42 years.

Mrs. Adcock is survived by her husband, Gene Adcock, of the home; two daughters, Christina M. Cox and husband Douglas of Middleburg, Fla., and Ginger D. Turcotte and husband Joe of Tulsa, Okla.; two grandchildren, Charles W. Dishong of Missouri; Gabrial M. Holden and husband Cody of Middleburg, Fla.; six great-grandchildren, Ivy Lynn Dishong of Mount Olive, N.C., Jacob Adcock of Tulsa, Okla.; Andrew and Ryan Turcotte of Tulsa, Okla., Alexus Dishong of Missouri; Christopher Holden of Middleburg, Fla., and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Adcock was preceded in death by her parents, Onnie and Bob Norris.

EDELL KIRVEN
Funeral services for Sara Edell Watford Kirven, 83, will be held at 3 p.m. today, Nov. 30, 2005, at First Baptist Church of Pine Ridge. The Rev. Jackie Hinson will officiate with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kirven, widow of J. C. Kirven, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2005. Born in Darlington County, she was a daughter of the late John Dudley and Mary Jane Britt Watford. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Ridge.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Raeford and Shirley Kirven of Hartsville; grandchildren, Timmy Kirven, Derrick Kirven, Jason Kirven, Wendy Yarbrough; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, J.D. Kirven; brothers, J. W. Watford, Calvin Watford; sisters, Media Domaigue, Peggy Johnson, Rita Jackson, Lela Silverthrone; grandchild, Jamie Kirven.

ELOUISE BROWN
Funeral services for Elouise Brown, 72, were held Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at Green Hill Baptist Church with burial following in Sunset Memorial cemetery, directed by Young & Young Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brown died Saturday, Nov. 19, at Morrell Memorial Nursing Center after an illness. She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Joe H. Scott and Ella Mae Graves Wells. She received her education in the public school systems in the area and also graduated from the School of Nursing in New York. She was a member of Grace Temple and also attended Green Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Roosevelt Brown of Florence; two daughters, Helen (the Rev. Clarence) Byrd Jr. of Hartsville and Linda Rainge Harrison of Roswell, Ga.; two sons, Luther (Louvenia) Rainge of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jimmy (Myra) Rainge of Florence; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a host of other close relatives and friends.

CEDELL DAVIS
Funeral services for Cedell Davis were held on Monday, Nov. 28, 2005, at the Gilbert Hines Memorial Chapel beginning at 2 p.m. Burial followed in Darlington Memory Gardens, directed by Hines Funeral Home Inc.

Mrs. Davis died on Monday, Nov. 21, at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City after an illness.

Ms. Davis was the fifth child born to the late Eddie and Liller Chavis-Davis on Dec. 12, 1922. She was a native of Bishopville and attended the Lee County public schools.

Her work history began in the rural communities of Alcot and Stokes Bridge in Lee County with her parents and other siblings. At an early age, she married the late J.T. Huggins.

She was the mother of three children. Her oldest son, Willie James Huggins preceded her in death.

To better provide for her children, she moved to Wilmington, N.C., where she worked as a domestic for many years. Later, she relocated to New York City and continued to work in the service industry until she retired in 1992.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her two children, Jessie (Ethel) Huggins of Mt. Vernon, N.Y., and Doris Davis-Lloyd of Jamaica, N.Y.; one sister, Helen (Carlyle) Lymus of Omaha, Neb.; two sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Davis of Lydia and Margaret Davis of Bishopville; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, nieces; nephews; a host of relatives and many friends.

WELDON JORDAN
Funeral services for Brody Weldon Jordan, 39, were held Monday, Nov. 28, 2005, at 3 p.m. at Kelleytown Baptist Church. Burial was in Magnolia cemetery, directed by Norton Funeral Home.

Mr. Jordan died Thursday, Nov. 24. He was born in Hartsville, a son of Patsy Shumake Jordan and the late Bobby Weldon Jordan. He was employed with Wellman Inc. and was a member of Kelleytown Baptist Church.

Surviving are his mother of Hartsville; sisters, Myra Jordan and Mike Moles of Kinston, N.C., and Teresa (Robin) Sanders of Darlington; nieces, Bobbi and Stephanie Sanders of Darlington.

GRETTA McMANUS
Funeral services for Gretta McManus, 28, were held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005, at Middendorf Baptist Church. The Revs. Ed Griggs, Don Rhyne, and Jerry McManus will officiate with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the Middendorf Baptist Church cemetery Fund, 2202 Middendorf Church Rd., Hartsville, SC 29550, or Saleeby Center Parent Council, 714 Lewellen Drive, Hartsville, SC 29550.

Ms. McManus died Tuesday, Nov. 29. Born in Florence County, she was a daughter of Kerry and Gwen Hoffman McManus.

Surviving are her father and mother, of Hartsville; sister, Angela Atkinson; brother, William K. McManus Jr., both of Hartsville; nieces, Danielle Atkinson, Carol Atkinson; grandmother, Mary Bethune Hoffman of Hartsville.

The family would like to thank her extended family - the individuals and staff at the Hartsville Saleeby Developmental Center.

JUANITA B. BULLARD
SUMTER - Graveside services for Juanita B. Bullard, 86, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2005, in the Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery with Pastor Morris Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.

Mrs. Ballard, widow of William T. Bullard, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, in a Florence nursing center. Born in Robbins, N.C., she was a daughter of the late William Thomas Brown and the late Betty Blanche Brown. Mrs. Bullard was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and was retired from Cover Manufacturing Co.

Surviving are two sons, William Larry Bullard and wife Pat of Ladson and Randy LeVan Bullard and wife Dawn of Manning; three daughters, Betty B. Nordquist of Hartsville, Anita King and husband Ed of Honea Path, DeLette Jordan and husband Burt of Darlington; a daughter-in-law, Patti Shuler of Sumter; a sister, Willie Ballard of Rockingham, N.C.; 19 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Roger Dale Bullard, and a grandson, David Gilbert.

Memorials may be made to the Roger Dale Bullard Memorial Scholarship Endowment in care of the University of South Carolina-Sumter, 200 Miller Road, Sumter, SC 29150.
