MARIETTA, Ga. — Sarah P. Barbee, 67, wife of Alton Barbee, died April 16, 2000. Born in Greenwood, S.C., she was a member of Maple Avenue Methodist Church. She moved to Cobb County in June 1963. Survivors include her husband of Marietta; a son, Alton Barbee Jr. of Buford; three daughters, Karen Barbee of Jasper, Susan Sweatman of Ball Ground and Ann Barbee of Buford; a brother, Donald Jo Palmer of Denver; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 2 Wednesday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Wayne Monroe. Burial will be in Mount View Cemetery, Marietta. Visitation is from 7-9 tonight and Tuesday at the funeral home. Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home is in charge.

GREENWOOD — Titus Raniel Brown, infant son of Beverly Peterson and Marvin Brown, died April 16, 2000. Survivors include his parents of Greenwood; a sister, Crystal Denise Peterson of Greenwood; a brother, Marvin Brown Jr. of Greenwood; maternal grandparents, Ossie and Bertha Marshall Peterson of Greenwood; paternal grandmother, Lizzie Mae Brown of Greenwood; and maternal great-grandparents, Willie B. Marshall and Janie Ruth Marshall, both of Bradley. Graveside services will be at 1 Tuesday in Piney Grove AME Church Cemetery. The family is at the home of maternal grandparents, Ossie and Bertha Marshall Peterson, 523 Liner St., Greenwood. Robinson and Son Mortuary Inc. is in charge.

Lawrence A. Falls
UNION — Lawrence A. Falls, 77, of Magnolia Manor, 63 Blackstock Road, Inman, formerly of Union, died April 14, 2000. Born in Union, he was a son of the late William Falls and Lillian Dill Falls Owens. He was a World War II Army veteran, a retiree of Milliken Co., Monarch Plant and a member of McCutchen Memorial Presbyterian Church. Survivors include three sisters, Helen F. Cathcart of Moore, Ernestine Hopkins of Buffalo and Mary Kennett of Greenwood. Graveside services were Sunday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Melvin Shelton. S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home was in charge.

Beverly Feaster
BATESBURG — Beverly McGee Feaster, 46, died April 15, 2000. Born in Saluda County, she was a daughter of Roderick and Sarah Satcher McGee. She was a member of Richland Springs Baptist Church. She was assistant personnel director with Columbia Farms, West Columbia Plant and an EMT. Survivors include her parents of Batesburg; a daughter, Candice Collins of Saluda; a brother, Benjamin McGee of Batesburg; and a granddaughter. Graveside services will be at 3 Tuesday in Ridge Spring Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Steve Jones and Mike Flowers. Pallbearers are Larry Satcher, Edwin McGee, Ansel Trotter, Wade Amodio, Lynn Hodge and Bill Colley. Visitation is from 7-9 tonight at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The family is at the home of her parents. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29210 or to S.C. BRADLEY — Services for Norman Foster, of 107 Vicky Drive, Promised Land Community, will be at 2 Wednesday at Milway Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Bernard White, assisted by the Rev. L. Jones. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1. Pallbearers are Willie White, Augusta White, Ben Wideman, Franklin Wilson, Larry Calhoun and Willie J. Briggs. Flower bearers Jacqueline White, Betty Briggs, Martha Chiles, Doris Calhoun and Willie White. Visitation is from 7-8 Tuesday at the home in Promised Land Community. Robinson and Son Mortuary Inc., Greenwood, is in charge.

ABBEVILLE — Barbara E. Glasby Cameron, 65, of 136 Highland Terrace, wife of Bill Cameron, died September 1, 2000, at Ephrata Hospital, Ephrata Pa.
Born in Oakland, Calif., she was a daughter of the late Robert Sage and Barbara Brummit. She was a homemaker and a member of Abbeville First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of the home; six daughters, Valerie G. Shea and Lori C. Glace, both of Abbeville, Susan G. Benjamin of Greenwood, Kelly C. White of Saluda, Allison C. Addis of Anderson and Ashley C. Moss of Comer, Ga.; three sons, Jim H. Glasby Jr. of Greenwood, Chirs Cameron of Abbeville and Shawn B. Glasby of Conway, S.C.; a brother, Bobby Sage of Napa, Calif.; 24 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 3 Tuesday at the Abbeville First Baptist Church, conducted by the Revs. Rieny Koschel and Wayne Wiggins. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. The body will be placed in the church at 2.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Brady Glasby Jr., Mike Cooper, Wayne Bell, Bobby McCurry, Greg Young, Tony Simpson and Mark Strickland.
Honoary escorts will be the State Farm friends and associates.
Visitation is from 5:30-7:30 tonight at Harris Funeral Home.

SALUDA — Madie Williams Crawford, 100, widow of Ben Crawford, died September 3, 2000, at the Saluda Nursing Center.
Born in Sanderson, Fla., she was a daughter of the late Jaquem and Betty Davis Williams. She was retired from Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Fla.
Survivors include a daughter, Gladys Swindler of Saluda; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 Wednesday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, conducted by Rev. Gordon Parish.
The family is at the home of her daughter, 519 Brooks Road, Saluda.

Virginia A. Dishner

KINGSPORT, TENN. — Virginia Ash Dishner, 79, of Baysmont Health Care Center, died September 2, 2000.
Born in Gladstone, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Hugh Ash and Gladys Ash. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she taught Sunday School, sang in the choir and was active in Presbyterian Women.
Survivors include her two daughters, Linda Compton of Kingsport, Tenn. and Sharon Smoke of Greenwood; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Family services will be held at 10:30 Tuesday at Oak Hill Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 11 Tuesday at the Hamlett-Dobson Chapel, downtown, conducted by the Rev. Gary L. R. Bullard.
Visitation will follow immediately following the memorial service.

GREENWOOD — Cecil Furman Fain, 72, of 522 Circle Dr., husband of Gaynell Langley Fain, died September 3, 20000, at VA Hospital in Augusta, Ga.
Born in Ga., he was a son of the late Wallace B. and Mamie Bridges Fain. He was a retired farmer and a US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, Woodrow “Pete” Fain, George “Frankie” Fain, and Cecil “Eddie” Fain, all of Greenwood; a daughter, Dorothy “Dot” Fain of the home; two sisters, Elizabeth Holley of Ninety Six and Annie Ruth Sheppard of Travelers Rest; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 Tuesday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Rev. Leland S. Scott and the Rev. Buddy Wiles. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tom Gary, Chris Williams, Ray Scott, Russ Harrison, Terry Hall and Sam Norris.

Born in Abbeville County, he was the son of the late William Glen Sr. and Lillian Campbell Ferguson. He was a retired textile employee with Milliken Mills, Abbeville Plant, and was a member of Little Mountain Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife of the home; a son, Albert Pat Ferguson of Abbeville; two daughters, Vickie Wilson and Janice James, both of Abbeville; a brother, William Glen Ferguson Jr. of Abbeville; a sister, Irene Ferguson of Abbeville; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 Tuesday at Little Mountain Presbyterian Church, conducted by Rev. John Parks. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late Clyde M. Fowler Sr. and Lula Belle Laney Fowler. He was retired from Affordable Fire Protection and was a US Army Veteran of WWII, where he fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons, James M. Fowler of Greenwood and Ricky Dill of Ninety Six; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be at 2 Tuesday at Bethlehem Cemetery in Coronaca, conducted by the Revs. Bobby Davis and Milton Stubblefield.
Visitation is from 7-9 tonight at Harley Funeral Home.

Born in Opp, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Gary Richard Danley and Ruth Cowart Danley. She was a former member of the Self Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and a past Hospice volunteer. She was a member of Jordan Memorial Baptist Church and a former Sunday School Teacher.
Survivors include her husband of the home; two daughters, Mrs. David (Gloria) Austin of Statesville, N.C. and Mrs. Melvin (Linda) McInnis of Geneva, Ala.; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a godchild.
Services will be at 11 Tuesday at Blyth Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Revs. Billy Huff and Robert Patton. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Fitspatrick, Terry Chastin, Ray Fawlkner, Sam Strickland, Lane Meredith and Bobby Brookshire.
