Dale Bradfield
age 69 of Rapid City, formerly of Kadoka, died July 8, 2009, at the Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Dale Ernest Bradfield was born at home on November 5, 1939, the son of Byron and Dorothy (McFarland) Bradfield. He lived at home until he was 12 years old. Then he went to live at the State Home in Redfield SD. He moved to Rapid City and lived at the Black Hills Workshop Indiana Home until the present time.
He was a gentle soul who loved trains, music, pickups, family, dogs and short trips. He did let you know when he didn't agree with you, however.
He was blessed with the many people who cared for him at the Black Hills Workshop and the Indiana Home. The caregivers and the residents were family to him. Joy, Ruby, Pat and Connie thank you all.
He will be missed.
Grateful for having shared his life include four sisters, Ruby Motes of Green Valley, Arizona, Pat Valandry of Green Valley, Arizona, Joy Neville and her husband Jerry of Philip, and Connie Holst and her husband Jerry of Rochester, Minnesota; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Dale was preceded in death by his father Byron Bradfield on August 9, 1991; his mother Dorothy Bradfield on October 11, 2003; and two brother-in-laws Bob Motes and Dave Valandry.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Interment in the Kadoka cemetery will be held at a later date.

Cory William Brooks was born March 26, 1972 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Cory was raised his whole life in Philip, South Dakota by his loving parents Darral and Marilyn Brooks. As a child, Cory was very active in sports. Cory participated and lettered in football, basketball, and golf at Philip High School, however his proudest moments came while playing baseball, having the privilege of being coached by his father. Cory grew up in the comfort of a small town and cherished most, the time he spent on his family’s ranch.
Cory’s success and pride continued while in college. He began college at the University of South Dakota in August, 1990 after completing Basic Training for the National Guard. While in college, Cory maintained a successful education while being honored as a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. Cory was also selected to participate in the notorious Strollers program while at the University. Cory graduated from the University of South Dakota with a BS in Psychology. He continued on in dignity to obtain a Law Degree in December of 2000, while on the same day obtaining a MS in Administrative Studies. Cory was published in the South Dakota Law Review and succeeded in Law School, while continuing to be dedicated to the National Guard. Prior to his activation for military duty, Cory was scheduled to take the Bar Examination in February of 2004.
Cory’s most treasured accomplishments came in the National Guard. At the time of his death, he had served his country in the National Guard for nearly fifteen years. He was a member of the Wheeler-Brooks American Legion Post #173 of Philip. Cory received many awards and was promoted quickly due to his hard work and dedication. He received the following awards; National Defense Service Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War On Terrorism Service Medal, Noncommisioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Overseas Training Ribbon, and the South Dakota Distinguished State Service Award and the Army Commendation Medal.
Cory returned to Philip to pursue his legal career while spending as much time as he could on his family’s ranch. There was no man more proud to be from a small town than Cory. He loved where he came from and those that represented Philip. His desire was to give back to a community those things he had treasured the most; integrity, pride and family values. Cory devoted his time to scouting for the Philip High School football team, as well as refereeing high school basketball games. Cory loved sports and entertained many by his vast knowledge of any and all sports. He carried on that love of all sports with his nephew Hunter, playing many games of baseball in the backyard. In addition, Cory loved playing golf and spending time with his yellow lab, Zeke.
Grateful for having shared his life are his parents Darral and Marilyn Brooks of Philip; his sister and brother in-law Angi and Mike Kiewel of Rapid City, the parents of his beloved nephew and niece Hunter Brooks and Hannah Jo; a very special friend Heidi Linngren of Rapid City; four uncles Arlie Brooks and his wife Heidi of Reedley, California, George Brooks and his wife Dee of Gregory, Dale Brooks and his wife Ellen of Sturgis, and Gary Brooks and his wife Vicki of Pierre; an aunt JoAnn Prichard of Kadoka; an uncle Jerry Hansen and his wife Norma of Spearfish; several cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Cory was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Marvin and Alice Brooks; and his maternal grandparents Alfred and Sylvia Hansen.
SSG Cory W. Brooks, age 32, of Philip, died Saturday, April 24, 2004 in Baghdad, Iraq, while bravely serving his country on active duty.
Visitation was held 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2004 at the Philip High School Armory.
Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 3, at the Armory, with Pastor Paul Bly officiating.
Interment with military honors was 3:00 p.m. on Monday, at the Black Hills National cemetery near Sturgis.
A memorial is being established in honor of Cory.

Elizabeth L. Brown
age 82 of Tyndall, South Dakota, died November 14, 2007, Tyndall Good Samaritan Center
Elizabeth Lucy Maris Brown was born February 17, 1925, in Parade, South Dakota, the daughter of James and Agnes (Paradis) Brown. She grew up in Parade, and later in the Chamberlain, South Dakota area. She finished her schooling in Kansas. She received her nursing training in Los Angeles, California during WWII. After the war she returned to South Dakota where she worked as a cook on the Diamond A Ranch north of Midland.
Elizabeth was united in marriage to L.B. Benson on July 16, 1949 in Tucumcari, New Mexico, and to this union were born three children, Robert, Rosemary and Remy. After their marriage they continued to work on the Diamond A Ranch. In 1953 the family moved into Philip. She worked as a switchboard operator for a short time, and then she stayed at home to raise her children. In 1968, she worked as a nurses’ aide in Kadoka prior to moving to Eagle Butte in 1969. While in Eagle Butte, she worked as a teacher’s aide until 1974. After 1974, she lived in various places in the United States. In the late 1990’s she moved to the Yankton area and because of health reasons moved into the nursing home in Tyndall, where she has since resided.
Survivors include one daughter Rosemary McAdam of Sidney, Nebraska; one son Remy Benson of Philip; four grandchildren David D. Pederson, Desiree Smith, Jacob Benson, and Danielle Benson; one great-granddaughter; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; a son Robert Benson in infancy; and all her sisters and brothers.
Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 16, at the Rush Funeral Chapel in Philip.
Interment was in the Masonic cemetery.

Bessie Brozik
age 90 of Rapid City, South Dakota, died May 5, 2010, at Fountain Springs Health Care in Rapid City.
Bessie Bouska was born November 10, 1919, the daughter of Czech immigrants Anton and Francis (Vtipil) Bouska in Wagner, South Dakota. At a young age, she moved to Gregory with her family where she spent her growing up years.
Bessie married Frank Brozik on September 26, 1945. The couple lived north of Gregory where they farmed and raised two daughters. Bessie enjoyed her life on the farm where she nurtured their daughters, raised chickens, gardened, and helped her husband in the field. She also was very active in the First Baptist Church in Dixon. She taught Sunday School, Bible School, held a state mission office and served as officer and member of the Baptist Women’s Group.
After her husband passed away on May 9, 1969, she and her daughter Deb, moved to Spearfish to be with her oldest daughter, Jan, who was attending college there. Bessie spent 18 years in Spearfish where she worked as a dietary aide at Lookout Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Spearfish Methodist Church and taught Sunday School for a number of years.
In 1987, Bessie moved to the Kadoka area. She lived for a time at Gateway Apartments in Kadoka and Prairie Village in Wall. Then she resided on the ranch with her daughter Jan and her husband Bob for seventeen years until she was admitted to Fountain Springs Health Care, where she resided for three and a half years.
Survivors include two daughters Debbie Schultz and her husband Todd of Black Hawk, and Jan Cerney and her husband Bob of Philip; five grandchildren Cory and Brent Schultz, Chad Cerney and his wife Tacasa, Jodi Knuteson and her husband Levi, and Cari Bachand and her husband Casey; two great-grandchildren Bailey Belle Cerney and Bradi Jo Bachand; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, Bessie was preceded in death by twin sons, a grandson, her parents, two brothers, and five sisters.
Graveside services will take place at Bohemian National cemetery in Gregory, at a later date.

Dalles Craig Brucklacher, age 18, of Philip, died Wednesday morning, May 16, 2007, as a result of an automobile accident south of Philip.
Dalles Craig Brucklacher was born August 27, 1988, in Pierre, South Dakota, the son of Perry and Sharon (Anderson) Brucklacher. He attended school in Ft. Pierre, Pierre, and presently was a junior at Philip High School.
He was active in baseball, basketball, and his favorite sport, football, and looked forward to his senior football season. He was also a member of the "SeaBass" dodge ball team from the Philip Junior Class.
Dalles was an avid outdoorsman, going hunting, fishing, and camping. He also enjoyed helping his uncle Craig on the ranch, and other ranchers in the community during branding season. He currently was employed at Coyle's Super Valu where he always had time for a smile and chat. He liked spending time with the family dogs, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his brother Derek.
Dalles was a member of the United Church where he was confirmed. He was a kind-hearted person,who liked to be around people, and always had time to help someone out.
Survivors include his father Perry Brucklacher of Philip; his mother Sharon Ellwein and her husband Shane of Pierre; his brother Derek Brucklacher of Pierre; his grandparents Pastor Al and Lenore Brucklacher of Philip, and Robert and Sandy Anderson of Hermosa; his great-grandparents Vern and Carrol Foland of Philip; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Dalles was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Dianne Anderson on April 10, 1994; his great-grandparents Raymond and Mary Alice Deuchar; and his uncle Paul Brucklacher in 1972.
Visitation was held 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 21, at the Philip High School Gym, and one hour preceding the services on Tuesday.
Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, at the high school, with Pastor Mark Ford officiating.
Interment was in the Masonic cemetery.
A memorial is established.

Charlie Brunson
age 66 of Kadoka, South Dakota, died March 11, 2008, at the Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Charlie W. Brunson was born June 17, 1941, in Murdo, South Dakota, the son of Charles and Ada V. (Swan) Brunson. He grew up on the ranch near Belvidere and attended eight years at Prospect Valley Rural School, three years at Belvidere High School and graduated from the School of Agriculture in Brookings. As a young man he worked as a cowhand for Paul Berry for several years, and worked on various ranches in western South Dakota and Nebraska.
Charlie was united in marriage to Bonita Boyd in 1967, and to this union was born a daughter Kelsey. They made their home on a ranch south of Belvidere.
On February 29, 1988, he married Jane Meyer in Nebraska and to this union were born five children Frankie, Louie, Cody, Kylie and Wylie. They resided in rural Belvidere.
Charlie continued to work on ranches and also at the Philip Livestock Auction. After his retirement in 2002, he made his home in Kadoka, where he has since resided.
He was an avid horseman, and had a full page story in Life Magazine of trailing cattle in 1962.
Survivors include six children Kelsey Euper of Tipton, Missouri, Frankie Rath and her husband Robert of Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, Kylie Brunson of Edgemont, Charles V. “Louie” Brunson of Kadoka, who travels with the rodeo circuit, Cody Brunson of Kadoka, and Wylie Brunson of Fairburn; two grandchildren Wyatt Euper and Cyrus Rath; three brothers Darrel Brunson of Rapid City, John “Jack” Brunson of Edgemont, and James Brunson of Belvidere; two sisters Judy Finck and her husband Kenneth of Piedmont, South Dakota, and Darla Byrd and her husband Terry of Belle Fourche, South Dakota; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Richard “Bud” Brunson, and three sisters Verna Hix, Jeanine Larson, and Virginia Brunson.
Visitation will be held one hour preceding the services at the church on Monday. Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 17, at the Belvidere Community Church, with Pastor Gary McCubbin officiating.
Interment was in the Belvidere cemetery.
A memorial is established.
Arrangements are with the Rush Funeral Chapel of Kadoka.

Loyd R. "Pete" Buchert, age 92, of Philip, died Saturday, April 2, 2005 at the Philip Nursing Home.
Loyd R. "Pete" Buchert was born in rural Lyon County, Minnesota, near Marshall, on May 11, 1912, the son of Oscar Buchert, Sr. and Ella (Dahlquist) Buchert. He helped on the family farm and later set out on his own to farm, do custom corn shelling, and trucking.
Pete was united in marriage to Vivian Johnson on December 12, 1942, in Tracy, Minnesota. They lived on rented farms and in 1945 they purchased the Hans P.Peterson ranch north of Philip. In February 1947 they had a farm sale and headed west to the ranch. Together they raised their family ranching and farming on the hill fifteen miles north of Philip. Pete purchased more land throughout the years. In 1974 they moved one mile west of Philip, where they resided until his health forced him into the Philip Nursing Home in April of 2004. Until the age of eighty-nine, Pete remained very active on the farm and ranch.
Pete was a member of the United Church of Philip, a former member of the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association, and served on the Elbon School Board for several years. He was also instrumental in building and maintaining the Elbon Telephone Exchange.
Grateful for having shared his life include his wife Vivian of Philip, South Dakota; a son Terry Buchert and his special friend Rene of Philip; three daughters Twila Dean (LeRoy) of Alzada, Montana, Vonnie O’Dea (Jim) of Howes, South Dakota, and Betty Smith (Jim) of Philip; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; two brothers Ross Buchert (Agnes) of Mankato, Minnesota, and Warren "Buddy" Buchert (Marge) of Rapid City; a sister Ella DeVries of Marshall, Minnesota; a half-brother Everett Buchert (Arlene) of Tyler, Minnesota; a special sister-in-law Elaine Buchert of Russell, Minnesota; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Oscar Buchert, Jr.; a half-brother George Buchert; and two half-sisters Evelyn White and Olive Lee.
Visitation was held 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, at the Rush Funeral Home in Philip, and one hour preceding the services at the church on Wednesday.
Funeral services were held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, at the United Church in Philip, with Pastor Mark Ford officiating.
Interment was in the Masonic cemetery, Philip, South Dakota.

Edna L. Buls, age 97, of Philip, died Wednesday, March 09, 2005 at the Philip Nursing Home.
Edna L. Mundt was born February 9, 1908, on her parent’s farm near Inwood, Iowa, the daughter of William F. Mundt, Sr. and Ida M. (Stofferahn) Mundt. As an infant the family moved to a farm near Humboldt, South Dakota. She grew up there and received her education in that community.
As a young lady she worked at the Manchester Cookie Company in Sioux Falls.
Edna was united in marriage to Clarence E. Buls on August 3, 1927 in Canton, South Dakota.
In December 1928 they moved to the Philip area and in 1939 they purchased the Fordyce Sammons ranch which they operated until retiring in the spring of 1978. They continued to make their home on the ranch. After her husband’s death on August 1, 1986, she continued to live on the ranch until 1991 when she moved into the Philip Nursing Home, where she has since resided.
Edna was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Philip, Trinity Lutheran Ladies Aid, Grindstone Womens Club, Scatted Few Club, Bad River Senior Citizens, and served on the Hans P. Peterson Hospital Auxiliary Board.
Grateful for having shared her life include her son Bill Buls and his wife Shirley of Philip; a daughter Bonnie Buls of Philip; four grandchildren Becky Richmond, Barbra Buls, William Buls, Sr. and Wyatt Buls; two step-grandchildren Karen Nelson and Bret Sether; four great-grandchildren Alacia Altemose, Maxwell Buls, William Buls, Jr. and Sabrina Buls; seven step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-grandson; a sister Helen Newburg of Inwood, Iowa; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband Clarence, Edna was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and ten sisters.
Visitation was held 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, at the Rush Funeral Home in Philip, and one hour preceding the services at the church on Saturday.
Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at the First Lutheran Church in Philip, with Pastor Ann Schlossnagle officiating.
Interment was in the Masonic cemetery.

Edna M. Buswell, age 96, of Philip, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at the Hans P. Peterson Memorial Hospital in Philip.
Edna May Sherwood was born July 5, 1908 at Midland, South Dakota, the daughter of Mervin and Fleta May (Weeks) Sherwood. She moved with her family to Philip in January 1918. She grew up and received her eduacation in Philip, graduating from Philip High School in 1926.
Edna was united in marriage to Hubert Lee Buswell October 12, 1926, and to this union were born to children, Gordon Lee and Linda May. She and her family lived in Mitchell from 1928 until 1937 when they moved to Aberdeen.
Her husband Hubert preceded her in death in 1959.
In 1965, Edna moved to Philip, where she has since resided.
Edna was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Philip.
Survivors include one daughter Linda May Sommerfield and her husband Charles of New Haven, Connecticut; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a daughter in-law Audrey Buswell of Phoenix, Arizona; a sister Ruth Fairchild of Philip; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband Hubert, Edna was preceded in death by a son Gordon Buswell; her parents; and two brothers Charles and John Sherwood.
Services will be held at a later date in Aberdeen.

Bertha O’Tillie Eckert, better known as "Tillie" to her family and friends, was born May 11, 1909 on her parents’ homestead in Jones County, northwest of Okaton, South Dakota, the daughter of Peter and Katherine (Huber) Eckert.
She grew up on the homestead and attended rural school in that community. As a young lady she worked with her family on the homestead.
Tillie was united in marriage to Eltor Buxcel on March 28, 1937, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church south of Midland. They made their home on their present farm-ranch which they operated all their married life.
After her husband’s death on July 6, 1990, she continued to resided on the farm-ranch until 2002 when she moved into the Maryhouse in Pierre, where she has since resided.
Tillie was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, where she was baptized and confirmed, and the LWML of the church.
Grateful for having shared her life include three sons Virgil Buxcel and his wife Susan of Yankton, South Dakota, Norman Buxcel of Okaton, and Clifford Buxcel and his wife Elaine of Murdo; a daughter Doris Buxcel of Okaton; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband Eltor, Tillie was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers Gustav, John, Joe, and Philip; eight sisters Elizabeth, Anna, Lillian, Phillipino, Katherine, Eleanor, Rosie, and Mary.
Bertha O’Tillie "Tillie" Buxcel, age 95, of Okaton, died Tuesday morning, November 09, 2004 at St. Mary’s Healthcare Center in Pierre.
Visitation was held 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, November 11, 2004, with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m., all at the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church south of Midland.
Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m. CST Friday, November 12, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, with Pastor Glenn Denke officiating.
Interment was at the St. Peter’s Lutheran cemetery.
A memorial is established.

Irene M. Buxcel, age 84, of Kadoka, died Friday evening, March 4, 2005, at the Kadoka Nursing Home.
Irene M. Manke was born on a farm near Carlock, South Dakota, the daughter of Sam and Lydia (Schamber) Manke. At the age of seven, the family moved to a farm near Stanford. She attended Harmony Rural School and then after the family moved to a farm southeast of Stanford, she attended Iburg Rural School. As a young lady she worked with her parents on the family farm.
Irene was united in marriage to Reuben Buxcel on March 22, 1941, in Valentine, Nebraska. They lived on a farm near Reuben’s parents. They operated the farm until moving into Belvidere in 1957. She worked as the janitor and cook at the Belvidere School until the school closed in 1965. She then cooked at various restaurants in Belvidere and Kadoka, as well as the Kadoka Hospital.
She retired from cooking at the Chuck Wagon Cafe in Belvidere in the mid 1990’s. They continued to reside in Belvidere until moving into the Gateway Apartments in September 2004.
Irene was a member of the Belvidere Community Church. She and her husband were avid fisherman and Irene caught the record large mouth bass in the state of South Dakota on May 12, 1986.
Grateful for having shared her life include her husband Reuben Buxcel of Kadoka; two sons Marvin Buxcel and his wife Mary of Pierre, and Larry Buxcel and his wife Karen of Hutchinson, Minnesota; two daughters JoAnn Saffert and her husband Ed of Wheeler, Wisconsin, and Ruby Sanftner and her husband Leonard of Kadoka; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one brother Lawrence "Bud" Manke and his wife Carolyn of Midland; one sister Esther Harris of Redding, California; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Irene was preceded in death by one grandson Brad Reisdorf; her parents; five sisters Alma Hale, Rose Smith, Alvena McKinney, Viola Manke, and Lucile Waack.
Visitation was held 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, at the Rush Funeral Chapel in Kadoka, and one hour preceding the services at the church on Tuesday.
Funeral services were held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, at the Belvidere Community Church in Belvidere, with Pastor Gary McCubbin officiating.
Interment was in the Belvidere cemetery.
A memorial is established.

Lonny Loyd Carlson, age 54, of Kadoka, South Dakota, died Monday morning, August 13, 2007, in Kadoka.
Lonny Loyd Carlson was born May 12, 1953, in Kadoka, South Dakota, the son of Leonard and Lillian (Erickson) Carlson. He grew up on his parents’ ranch northeast of Kadoka, where he attended grade school at South Creek Country School graduating from the eighth grade. He then attended Kadoka High School, graduating in 1971.
Lonny was united in marriage to Tammy O’Bryan Prang on January 3, 1976, and to this union were born three children, Jessy James, Frank James, and Lonnie Jo. Lonny and Tammy ran the Belvidere Bar for many years. Then he lived and worked in Arthur, Nebraska, Howes Corner, and Malta, Montana, working on ranches. He moved to Interior, South Dakota, where he owned and operated the Horseshoe Bar and worked at the Wagon Wheel Bar.
Lonny was united in marriage to Shirley Wilcox on June 7, 1990, in Rapid City, South Dakota. They made their home in Interior.
His lifelong passion was trading horses, pigs, chickens, milk cows, or whatever he had.
He always had a gentle horse he could bring into the bar, and his famous steer "Radar" which he broke to ride in many local parades around the country.
The last nine months he was cared for by his children, grandchildren, and close family members.
He was a very caring and loving dad, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. Lonny easily made friends with whomever passed through.
Survivors include his wife Shirley Carlson of Interior; two sons Jessy James Carlson and his wife Valerie J. of Belle Fourche, and Frank James Carlson and Euretta Kerns of Minatare, Nebraska; one daughter Lonnie Jo Doney and her husband Gabe of Rapid City; seven step-children; seven grandchildren Colton, Corter and Camden Doney, Cade and Trey Lyle Carlson, and Vesta Jo and Kaktis Charles Carlson; his parents Leonard and Lillian Carlson of Kadoka; four brothers Larry Carlson and his wife Robin of Pierre, Charlie Carlson and his wife Kathleen of Kadoka, Mark Carlson and his wife Tammy of Kadoka, and James Carlson of Kadoka; four sisters Glenda Carlson of Kadoka, Marlene Perault and her husband Mike of Belvidere, Lavonne Leonard and her husband Joe of Cades, South Carolina, and Lesa Addison and her husband Sid of Kadoka; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Lonny was preceded in death by a brother Lenus as a child.
Visitation was held 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, at the Rush Funeral Chapel in Kadoka, and one hour preceding the services at the auditorium on Thursday.
Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 16, at the Kadoka City Auditorium, with Gus Craven officiating.
Interment was in the Kadoka cemetery.
A memorial is established.
