Bill Fisher
Services for Mr. William P. (Bill) Fisher, 77, of Dickson, were 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Terry Bear officiating. Burial followed in Dickson’s Union cemetery.
Mr. Fisher died Monday, July 30, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Mr. Fisher is survived by his wife, Mildred Betty Fisher, of Dickson; two daughters, Janice Ann Fisher, of Dickson, and Mickie Marie Presley, of Pensacola, Fla.; three sons, William Presley Fisher Jr., of Dickson, Stephen Wayne Fisher, of Dickson, and James Edward Fisher, of Indianapolis, Ind.; three sisters, Gladys Cathey, of Dickson, Lillie Mae Williamson, of Hot Springs, Ark., and Eula Jane Crawford, of St. Marcos, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Roy L. Goins
Services for Mr. Roy L. Goins, 67, of Terrapin Hollow Road in Lyles, were 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2001, at McDonald Funeral Home with Bill McDonald and Wendell Ragsdale officiating. Burial followed in the Martin cemetery located in Lyles.
A native of Lyles born July 23, 1934, to the late Jordan Alex Goins and Mary Jane Russell, Mr. Goins died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. He was a truck driver for the Hickman County Highway Department.
Mr. Goins is survived by his wife, Martha Goins, of Lyles; two stepsons, Jeff Allen and Jackie Allen, both of Lyles; two stepdaughters, Debbie Sullivan, of Nashville, and Kathy Yates, of Nashville; two sisters, Margie Warren, of Lyles, and Bernice Tidwell, of Lyles; two step-granddaughters; and two step-great-granddaughters.

Alma B. Gray
Services for Mrs. Alma Brown Gray, 96, of Burns, were 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Gene Brown officiating. Burial followed in Dickson’s Union cemetery.
Mrs. Gray died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pernel Gray, two sons, Ben and Kenneth Gray, and a daughter, Kathryn Gray Buttrey.
Mrs. Gray is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, P.L. and Lacy Gray Jr., of Burns, Earl and Virginia Gray, of Dickson, and Bobby and Patty Gray, of Burns; two daughters and sons-in-law, Clara and Clyde Clifton, of Burns, and Alene and Carl Broshears, of Burns; a daughter-in-law, Dean Gray, of Burns; a brother, Otho Brown, of Donelson; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Mildred Pack
Services for Mrs. Mildred Butler Pack, 79, of Kingston Springs, were 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Brother Clifford Dobbs officiating. Burial followed in Scott cemetery.
A native of Cheatham County born to the late Charlie Calvin and Rosie Lee Brake Butler, Mrs. Pack died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2001, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. She was a homemaker and a cook in the Cheatham County school system. She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Pack.
Mrs. Pack is survived by her husband, Earl Pack, of Kingston Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Melvin and Ann Pack, of Kingston Springs, and Bobby and Ruth Pack, of White Bluff; two daughters, Joyce (Paul) Anderson, of Pegram, and Wanda Butler, of Nashville; a sister, Charlene Bell, of Delaware; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Cheatham County Health Care Center.

Sadie Spicer
Services for Mrs. Sadie Bibb Spicer, 90, of College Street in Burns, were 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother David Mosley officiating. Burial followed in Williams cemetery in White Bluff with the Retired Teachers Association of Dickson County served as honorary pallbearers.
A native of Dickson County born to the late Floy Henry Bibb and Bertie Jordan Bibb, Mrs. Spicer died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2001, at National Health Care Center in Dickson. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a retired school teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Spicer, a brother, Floyd Bibb, and a sister, Celia Hooper.
Mrs. Spicer is survived by a sister, Frances Bibb (Earl) Woods, of Nashville; a niece, Myra (Charles) Robinson, of Brentwood; two stepdaughters, Oulanda Spicer Choate, of Burns, and Elvana Spicer Tidwell, of Brentwood; a nephew; and eight step-grandchildren.

Georgia Spradlin
Services for Mrs. Georgia Viola Ragan Spradlin, 90, of McEwen, were 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Foy Phillips officiating. Burial followed in Meadow Lawn cemetery in McEwen.
Mrs. Spradlin died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2001, at Harton Regional Health Center in Tullahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Spradlin, a son, Edward Ragan Spradlin, and a brother, Carl E. Ragan.
Mrs. Spradlin is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James M. and Elizabeth Spradlin, of McEwen; two daughters, Ada Kate Spradlin and Sue Ann (Ronnie) Ray, both of Shelbyville; a daughter-in-law, Mildred Spradlin, of Dickson; two brothers, James Ragan, of Pembroke, Ky., and Earl Ragan, of Pearland, Texas; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Edna Tucker
Services for Mrs. Edna Elizabeth Sensing Tucker, 91, of Charlotte, were 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Ronnie Smith and Brother Chris Moddy officiating. Burial followed in Greenwood cemetery near Charlotte.
A native of Dickson County born to E.L. and Nancy Hayes Sensing, Mrs. Tucker died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001, at National Health Care Center in Dickson. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her husband, Grover Tucker, of Charlotte; a son and daughter-in-law, Leslie and Angie Tucker, of Charlotte; three daughters, Lula Mai Mills, of Old Hickory, Edith (Edgar) Davidson, of Charlotte, and Sally Hayes, of Charlotte; three brothers, Arthur, Johnny and Victor Sensing, all of Charlotte; two sisters, Ethel Gill, of Dickson, and Sallie Bell Batey, of Charlotte; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Alton Yates
Services for Mr. Alton Yates, 91, of Hummingbird Lane in Dickson, were 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Jim Morgan officiating. Burial followed in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Yates died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Mr. Yates is survived by his wife, Hazel Yates, of Dickson; four daughters and sons-in-law, Dorris Jean and James Kaiser, of Dickson, Delores Jane and Thomas Edmisson, of Dickson, Treva and Charles Caskey, of Dickson, and Becky and Perky DeVandry, of Talladega, Ala.; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Emma L. Moss
Services for Mrs. Emma L. Moss, 77, of Franklin, were 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Ed Slayton and Rex Barker officiating. Burial followed in Williamson Memorial Gardens with Kelley Allen, Kenneth Allen, Benton Moss, Todd Moss, Shannon Carter, Rex Barker, Mike Mullins, Gene Marlin, Lafayette Spears, Norman Moss Jr., Troy Choate, Ernest Tidwell, Hassell Lovell, Russell Proctor and Walter Massie serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were elders and deacons of Millview Church of Christ.
A native of Hickman County born to the late Spivey Hood and Mary Emily Bradley Hood, Mrs. Moss died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Claiborne Hughes Healthcare in Franklin. A homemaker and member of Millview Church of Christ, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oakley C. Moss.
Mrs. Moss is survived by a son, Norman Moss, of College Grove, Tenn.; two daughters, Elizabeth (Lafayette) Spears, of Centerville, and Gayle Moss, of Franklin; four sisters, Allene Hyndman, of Dickson, Eunice Lovell, of Dickson, Betty Massie, of Dickson, and Wanda Tidwell, of Mountain City, Tenn.; two sisters-in-law, Marie Proctor, of Dickson, and Bonnie Hood, of Lyles; five grandchildren, Penny Moss, Pam (Troy) Choate, Norman Moss Jr., Emily Spears, and Susan Spears; and two great-grandchildren, Kyle and Garrett Choate.

Marian M. Albertson
A graveside service for Mrs. Marian McCaul Fitzpatrick Albertson, 93, was Monday, Dec. 3, 2001, at Dickson’s Union cemetery with Rev. Noreen Adams. Burial was in Union cemetery.
A native of Dickson County, born to the late Lewie A. and Dell Lowry McCaul, Mrs. Albertson died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2001, at Winona Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind. A member of First United Methodist Church in Dickson, her organizations included the Aristo Club where she was vice president, Alpha Chi Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, 11th District American Legion Auxiliary, where she served as treasurer and secretary, Caroline Scott Harrison Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Clowes Hall Women’s Committee, Contemporary Club, Millersville Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Propylaeum, Rose Marie Cruzan Parliamentary Law Unit III where she served as vice president, Woman’s Department Club where she served as past treasurer, and a member of the local, state and national associations of Parliamentarians.
Mrs. Albertson is survived by a sister, Miss Dorothy McCaul, of White Bluff.
Memorials may be made to the North Church Library in Indianapolis, Ind., or the First United Methodist Church in Dickson.
Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson was in charge of arrangements.

Juanita Davis
Services for Mrs. Mary Juanita Morgan Davis, 46, was 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, 2001, in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Jeff Keele officiating. Burial followed in Bon Aqua Church of Christ cemetery in Hickman County.
Born to James Thomas Morgan and the late Evelyn Marie Coble Morgan, Mrs. Davis died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2001, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband, Floyd Davis, of Bon Aqua; father and stepmother, Thomas and Ruth Ann Morgan; two sons, Michael and Gary Davis, both of Bon Aqua; a daughter, Angela Dickens, of Bon Aqua; a brother, Larry Morgan, of Centerville; grandmother, Mary Coble, of Centerville; and two granddaughters.

Betty Sue Dunn
Services for Mrs. Betty Sue Dunn, 60, of Dickson, were 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, in the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Brother Bob Talbert officiating. Burial followed in Dickson’s Union cemetery.
A native of Cheatham County born to the late Robert Perry and Kizzie Bennett, Mrs. Dunn died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2001, at her home. A member of the Baptist Church, she was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Leon Perry and Robert Perry Jr.
Mrs. Dunn is survived by her husband, Coney C. Dunn Sr., of Dickson; two sons, Vernie Goodman Dunn and Coney C. Dunn Jr., of Vanleer; four daughters, Donna Kay Dunn Cravens, Arlene Dunn Fleet, Lisa Dunn Fleet, and Brandy Nicole Dunn, all of Vanleer; a brother, Roy Perry, of Dickson; a sister, Elizabeth Bowker, of Cumberland Furnace; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Eddie Gentry
Services for Mr. Eddie Anthony Gentry, 54, of Chapmansboro, Tenn., were 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, at Marshall Donnelly Combs Funeral Home in Nashville.
Son of Pauline Gentry Koaster and the late Kenneth Gentry, Mr. Gentry died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2001, in Nashville from injuries sustained in an accident. He was senior vice president of the Educator’s Credit Union.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Gentry is survived by his wife, P. Christine Gentry, of Chapmansboro, Tenn.; a daughter, Dana Gentry, of Hendersonville; two sons, Scott Gentry, of Lafayette, and Brandon Gentry, of Chapmansboro, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
