Audrey Elaine Taylor
Funeral services for Mrs. Audrey Elaine Taylor, 70, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004 at Dickson Funeral Home with Bro. Gordon R. Donahoe officiating. Interment icon will follow at Williams cemetery in White Bluff.
Visitation is Wednesday, Oct. 6 from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 7 from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Taylor of Dickson County was born Nov. 24, 1933. She died Monday, Oct. 4, 2004 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Taylor and his wife, Brenda and Barry Taylor, both of Nashville; brother Doyle Putnam of Nashville; sister, Charlene Wells of Anaheim, Calif.; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and two step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Louella Joslin Putnam; and husband John Taylor.

Charles Edward Bagnato
Funeral services for Mr. Charles Edward Bagnato, 63, are 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004 from the chapel of Dickson Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Weaver officiating.
Mr. Bagnato, born in Dickson and a resident of Madisonville, Texas, died Thursday, Sept. 23 in McPherson, Kan. He served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Dora Margaret Bagnato of Madisonville, Texas; sons, Michael (Vickie) Bagnato of Houston, Texas, Scott (Nancy) Bagnato of Dickson, Charles (Amanda) Bagnato of Houston, Texas and Peter (Wendy) Bagnato of New Zealand; brother, Donald F. Bagnato of Pittsburg, Pa.; sister, Marilyn Artiste of Pittsburg, Pa.; and nine grandchildren.

Emma Lee Ann Fuller
Funeral services for Emma Lee Ann Fuller, 18, are 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Edgar Beard officiating. Interment icon follows in Edwards cemetery.
Miss Fuller, born in Dickson County, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2004 in Nashville.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Sheryl Ann Fortner Tidwell and Tommy Tidwell of Bon Aqua; brothers, Robert Keele of Pleasant View, Michael Cochran of Lyles, Andrew Tidwell and Gregory Tidwell, both of Bon Aqua; grandparents, Geneva (Debbie) Fortner of Dickson, Nora and Clyde Tidwell of Bon Aqua, Wilson Greer of Lyles and Mary Cochran; boyfriend, Ernest Poteete; friends who loved her very much, Robby Cochran and Aundrae Cannon; nephew, Clayton Augustus Keele; several aunts and uncles and great-aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clayton Fortner; aunt, Nellie Tidwell; and uncle, Steve Tidwell.

Dr. Rebekah Earle Griffitts
Funeral services for Dr. Rebekah Earle Griffitts, 63, are 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004 at First United Methodist Church in Dickson with Rev. Ron Sexton and Rev. George Rye officiating.
Graveside services and interment icon will be Sunday, Oct. 3 at 4 p.m. (EST) at Mt. Zion Baptist Church cemetery on the banks of the Little Tennessee River. Dr. Griffitts will be buried with her maternal grandparents and great-grandparents.
Visitation is Friday, Oct. 1 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson.
Dr. Griffitts died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004 after a courageous three-year battle with breast cancer. She was Dickson’s first emergency physician certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). She was a founding fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM).
Dr. Griffitts was born July 8, 1941 in Tallassee, Tenn., to George Earl Griffitts and Marynell Wells Griffitts.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. Eldred H. Wiser of Dickson; three children and children-in-law; Dr. Eldred Jonathan Wiser and Melanie Anne Clark Wiser of Hattiesburg, Miss., Dr. Elizabeth Brittian Wiser and Dr. Nicolas Gray Anderson of Philadelphia, Pa., and Dr. Sarah Houck Wiser of Boston, Mass.; granddaughter, Rebekah Anne Wiser; grandson, Ethan Eldred Wiser; brother, John Lamar Griffitts of Atlanta, Ga.; sister, Deborah Reese Griffitts and brother-in-law, Michael J. Hining of Hillsborough, N.C.; and a host of other family members and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Harpeth Valley Community Church benevolence fund.

Edith Inez Sherrill Thomas
Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Inez Sherrill Thomas, 86, were 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Brother Robert Cullom officiating. Interment icon followed in Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Thomas, born in Wilson County to Homer Wilson and Catherine Elizabeth (Betty) Vantrease Sherrill, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Survivors include her son, Leslie Ray (Lois) Thomas of Burns; daughters, Gerry (Jimmy) Lampley of Culleoka and Sheila (Mark) Luffman of Burns; sister, Minnie Pearl Arnett of Donelson; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren ;and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Wilson and Catherine Elizabeth (Betty) Vantrease Sherril; husband, Leslie Cleaton Thomas; and daughter, Wanda Thomas Ogle.

Jerry Wayne Welker
Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Welker, 57, are 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2004 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Ted Kerley officiating. Interment icon follows in Mt. Olive cemetery.
Mr. Welker of Cumberland Furnace died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Welker of Cumberland Furnace; sons, Brian Welker of Charlotte and Clint (Michelle) Welker of Cumberland Furnace; daughter, Lenee (Todd) Berry of Charlotte; brothers, Thomas “King” Welker of Cumberland Furnace and Robert Welker of Cumberland Furnace; and granddaughter, Allie Berry of Charlotte.
Mr. Welker was preceded in death by his parents, George and Bertha Aline Proctor Welker; and brother, George Thomas Welker Jr.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Hospice or American Cancer Society.

Ronald Wayne Wright
Funeral services for Mr. Ronald “Ronnie” Wayne Wright, 52, are 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Elder James Satterfield officiating. Interment icon will follow in East Dickson cemetery.
Mr. Wright, born in Davidson County to Herbert Clyde and Mary Louise Sanders-Wright, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2004 at Veterans Hospital in Nashville. He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran. He worked for 15 years in administration the Pentagon. He attended Tennessee State University.
Survivors include a son, Ronald W. (Adonia) Wright Jr. of Cheyenne, Wyo.; daughter, Monique Wright of Tallahassee, Fla.; parents, Herbert C. and Mary Sanders Wright of Dickson; sisters, Bridget Huddleston of Moreno Valley, Calif., Lynett Wright of Nashville and Rosalind Wright of Moreno Valley, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

John D. Baker
Mr. John D. Baker, 50, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. His remains were cremated. Arrangements were handled by Taylor Funeral Home.
Mr. Baker was born in Bay City, Mich., to Sue Reeves Baker and the late John D. Baker. He was a stocker with Wal-Mart.
Survivors include his mother, Sue Reeves Baker of Dickson; brother, Darrell Baker of Dickson; sisters, Karen Carlson, Sharon Wolcott and Darlene Baker, all of Bay City, Mich.; special friend, Debbie White and her family of Hickman County.

Frances Rebecca Morse Corlew
Graveside services for Mrs. Frances Rebecca Morse Corlew, 91, were 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 27, 2004 at Liberty cemetery with Rev. Joan Hubbard officiating. Spann Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Corlew of Charlotte died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004.
Survivors include her son, Coleman Corlew of Charlotte; brother, Clayton Morse of Goodlettsville; granddaughter, Dinah Hutchings of Charlotte; and great-grandson, Cole Hutchings of Charlotte.
Memorials may be made to the Liberty cemetery fund.

Edna Luther Kasica
Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Luther Kasica, 82, were 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Warren Medley officiating. Interment icon followed in Frazier cemetery.
Mrs. Kasica, a homemaker, was born in Dickson County to Aubrey and Eliza Myatt Luther. She died Thursday, Sept. 23, 2004 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. She was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her husband, Bernard Kasica of Dickson; son, Jim Kasica and his wife, Donna of Arlington, Va.; daughter, Joyce K. Work of Dickson; grandchildren, John Work and Nancy Work, both of Dickson; and great-grandchildren, Kendal Guthrie, Kristen Laguna and Allie Laguna.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Eliza Myatt Luther; daughter, Susan Kasica; brothers, Hubert Luther and Frank Luther; sisters, Elizabeth Redden, Maypell Work and Clara Crow Tidwell; and son-in-law, Kenneth Work.
Memorials may be made to Frazier cemetery.

Ronnie Carrel Wilkerson
Funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Carrel Wilkerson, 65, were 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004 from the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson with Bro. Jeff Hicks officiating. Interment icon followed in the Hicks Family cemetery.
Mr. Wilkerson, a fiberglass worker with Boat Manufacturing, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004 at his home. He was born in Smithville in DeKalb County, Tenn.
Survivors include the mother of his children, Betty Wilkerson Curtis of Dickson; sons, Randy Wilkerson of Nashville and Troy Wilkerson of Dickson; daughters, Angie Smith of Charlotte, Connie Parker and Sherry Porter, both of Dickson, and Teresa Noble and her husband, Ed of Paris; sisters, Kathline W. Harris and her husband, E.W. of Dickson and Mary Lou Hicks Beasley and her husband, James of Bon Aqua; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert C. and Laura Ponder Wilkerson; and sister, Clara Nell McCord.

Mary Faye Underhill Woodard
Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Faye Underhill Woodard, 75, are 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, 2004 at National cemetery in Madison with Reverend John Williams officiating. Services are under the direction of Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson.
Mrs. Woodard, born in Charlotte to Carey Fred Underhill and Onie Bell Sensing Underhill, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. She was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church in Nashville.
Survivors include her daughter, Judy Woodard Swor of Nashville; daughter-in-law, Phyllis McElroy Woodard; sister, Sara Emma Sensing of Charlotte; three grandchildren, David (Dana) Woodard, Jeffrey (Dawn) Woodard and Adam Swor; five great-grandchildren, Abigail Woodard, Maggie Woodard, Noah Woodard, Gracie Woodard and Ellie Woodard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Thomas (Tom) Woodard; and son, Danny T. Woodard.
